    Close to the station.

    We stayed for two nights. The front desk is automated, but staff are on hand, so it’s easy to use. They helped us carry our luggage from the rental car, which was a big help. You choose and take your own amenities, and the selection is very well stocked. The Room was clean, and the bath was not a unit bath, so we could relax and enjoy it. Even at departure, the staff were thoughtful—letting us use the restroom and more—so we were able to leave the Hotel with a great impression until the very end. However, the breakfast buffet doesn’t have a wide variety, so it may feel lacking for those expecting more options. Thank you very much for your kind hospitality.

    It was a clean and well-maintained Hotel.

    Although not very spacious, I was satisfied with the clean and well-maintained Room. The location is excellent. It would have been perfect if the breakfast had offered something more distinctive.

    It was comfortable.

    The entire Facility was new, clean, functional, and tastefully designed. The front desk staff were also very pleasant. The amenities were well stocked and very convenient. There were several types of Onsen bath salts, and they really helped me relax in the bath! Having a spacious bathroom with a separate washing area was especially appreciated. The Room lighting was thoughtfully designed in terms of placement, color tone, and switches. The air conditioner worked well too. There was a coffee machine in the lobby where we could enjoy freshly ground coffee, and the cocoa was delicious as well. It was also convenient to have Seicomart just 30 seconds away on foot. The Room was small and felt a bit cramped for two people, but considering the location and price, it’s understandable.

    As expected from the...

    As expected from the JR Group, JR-East Hotel Mets Premier Sapporo was very clean and spotless. I was able to relax and rest well. The breakfast was also delicious. I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

    Spacious bathroom, convenient for a Multiple Night Stay

    I stayed for 5 nights after the Obon holidays in August. The bathroom was spacious, with plenty of room both in the bathtub and the washing area, which was especially helpful for a Multiple Night Stay and made it easy to relax and recover from fatigue. It was also nice that I could check the coin laundry availability in real time from the in-room panel. It’s very close to Sapporo Station’s North Exit and also near the group bus stop, making it convenient for getting around.

    The bath, meals, and bed were great.

    1) Breakfast: There were options like seafood ochazuke and soup curry, and everything was very delicious. 2) Bed: Very comfortable—I slept soundly. 3) Bath: It had a washing area, plus a chair and wash basin—perfect. 4) If I had to mention one drawback, the fixed sink faucet sticks out, which makes washing my face inconvenient. 5) Overall, it was a very good Hotel.

    Compact and very nice!

    This was my third stay. It’s close to the station, and the Room is very clean. The breakfast is just as good as at other Hotels, with daily rotating menu items, so I never got bored. The amenities are plentiful, and even on a business trip I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay here again.

    First stay in five years

    This was my first stay in five years, and the shower head had been upgraded to ReFa, with the hair dryer and air purifier changed to Dyson. There were also bath salts and face masks available at the front desk, so many aspects had been improved. The bath towels in the Room were thick and felt very luxurious. You can definitely hear some noise from nearby construction, but it was quiet at night. However, the refrigerator near the bedside in the Room was fairly loud, so it would be even better if there were a switch to turn it off. I will be staying again in September as well—thank you in advance.

    As always, the staff...

    As always, the staff were wonderful, and the Hotel was very clean, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay. It’s close to the station and there’s also a convenience store nearby, making it very convenient—so I’ve decided that when staying in Sapporo, this is my Hotel of choice. I look forward to staying again.

    We hope for improvements in your pre-arrival support.

    There was one disappointing issue with the pre-stay handling. At the time of my Reservation, I noted my stay dates in the remarks section, but because the Hotel did not sufficiently Check Reservation details, a package I had sent to the Hotel in advance was not accepted and was returned. Later, I was contacted after the Hotel seemed to have confirmed my Reservation, but by then it was already the day of my stay and I was on my way to the airport for departure. The return process had already started, so nothing could be done to improve the situation, which was very disappointing. On the other hand, when I actually checked in, the staff were very polite and kind. The amenities were varied and high quality, making for a comfortable stay. The location is also extremely convenient and ideal for sightseeing. The room was somewhat compact, but overall it was comfortable. If pre-stay Reservation confirmation is improved, I think this would be an even more reassuring Hotel to stay at.

    A clean and comfortable Hotel.

    The check-in and check-out procedures were very simple, and the Facility was easy to use and thoughtfully prepared, making for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The spacious, user-friendly bathroom was a plus, and I was happy with the excellent breakfast selection, including jingisukan (grilled mutton), soup curry, and zangi (Hokkaido-style fried chicken).

    It was a clean Hotel.

    This was my first stay here. Until now, when I came to Sapporo I stayed at JR Tower Hotel Nikko, which is directly connected to the station, and I initially made a Reservation there this time as well. However, since I was traveling alone and wanted to try another Hotel, I chose this one. Perhaps because it’s a relatively new Hotel, it was clean. It wasn’t spacious, but the Room was a comfortable size. I went out for drinks after the concert and got back late so I didn’t use it, but it seemed like you could also watch WOWOW and enjoy your time even when staying alone. The bathroom in the Room also had a separate washing area, which was great (I’m not really a fan of unit baths). The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Because of construction around Sapporo Station and the surrounding area, it was a little hard to get there at first, but it ended up being closer than expected and very convenient. I wonder how it would have been if it had been raining... Maybe I just couldn’t find them, but I couldn’t locate a toothbrush set. Was there one? It’s not somewhere that’s easy for me to visit often, but this is a Hotel I’d want to choose again when I come back to Sapporo.

    It’s almost perfect, but…

    The Facilities are new and kept clean, making for a very comfortable stay. However, it was disappointing that the elevator did not arrive quickly and that breakfast was almost the same for two days. Considering the price, I can recommend it as the best Hotel in Sapporo.

    Suitable for business trips

    I stayed here on a business trip. It’s very close to Sapporo Station, and there are convenience stores nearby, making it perfect for both business and sightseeing. The amenities were well stocked, and there was also a free coffee machine, so I was able to relax during my stay. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options with plenty of dishes, which made for a great start to the day.

    Accommodation due to schedule changes caused by a typhoon

    Due to a typhoon, my outbound flight was canceled, so I had to arrive a day earlier and stayed here at short notice. The Room was clean, the bathroom had a separate washing area, the shower head was ReFa, the hair dryer was Dyson, and there was even a Dyson fan—absolutely satisfied. Because of the schedule change, I couldn’t print my materials in time, but they kindly printed them for me as well, which I really appreciated. The price was reasonable and the value for money is excellent! I’d definitely like to stay again on my next trip to Sapporo. Thank you very much.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    As a Good Design Award-winning Hotel, it met my expectations. The air conditioning was easy to adjust to my preference, and the amenities were great. The bathroom was spacious, and I was able to relax.

    Satisfied.

    I stayed here again because I had a good experience last time. The walls seem thin, so I could hear noises and conversations, which was a bit bothersome, but overall I was satisfied because the bathroom has a bathtub and everything I needed was provided. It’s also close to the station, and the place was kept very clean. One thing that concerned me was that there is a smoking room behind the front desk, and cigarette smoke leaked out, making the area around reception smell of smoke. I think it would be even better if deodorizing measures were strengthened.

    A clean Hotel conveniently located near Sapporo Station.

    Just a few minutes on foot from the North Exit of JR Sapporo Station, with a subway entrance nearby as well—an unbeatable location. Yet the area is quiet, so you can relax and unwind. The Room was clean and had a great atmosphere. I also appreciated the separate bath and toilet, plus a proper washing area. I was especially happy that the pajamas were a two-piece set. I had a comfortable stay for 2 nights and 3 days. I’d definitely like to stay here again when I visit Sapporo.

    The bathroom facilities are very user-friendly. The bath with a washing area was comfortable, and the staff were very kind. The amenities selection was plentiful, which was a nice touch. Overall, there’s almost nothing to complain about, but I did notice a distinctive lingering odor on the bed linens—something like an “aged” smell. I rarely notice this at luxury hotels, so perhaps it’s due to differences in laundry methods? It’s something I’ve often wondered about whenever I stay at a Business Hotel (not specific to this Hotel).

    Satisfied

    We were able to stay at a lower price by using points. The hotel is conveniently located near the station. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making our stay comfortable. We reserved two rooms: a Single Room and a Deluxe Twin Room. The Deluxe Twin Room was especially comfortable, with the bath, toilet, and washbasin all separated. The Single Room also had a separate bath, which was great. It was relaxing to stretch out in the tub for the first time in a while. The hot water pressure was strong, so we could bathe right away. The meals were delicious as well—seafood chazuke and soup curry—and there was a good variety of vegetables. One downside is that check-in is self-service, which may be difficult for older guests. However, staff will help you, so there’s no need to worry. We will use this hotel again when we visit Sapporo.

    Cleanliness

    The bathroom, toilet, and sink area were very clean and spotless. I travel abroad often, and this reminded me how great Japan is. I sent photos to a friend, and they said it was especially clean even among Business Hotels. It was very comfortable to stay here, which I really appreciated.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    It’s very close to the station (so close that I actually walked past it), and the front desk area was spacious, making it easy to organize my luggage. The Room was clean, and the amenities were well stocked; mineral water, drinks for relaxation time, and snacks were also provided. With the Room-assigned Plan, they prepared a twin Room for me, so I could relax comfortably on my own. The bathroom and toilet were separate, and soaking in the tub with the provided bath salts was wonderful. The only issue was that the hair dryer’s hot air was barely more than a light breeze. I didn’t notice because I didn’t use it until checkout morning. I should have checked the in-room equipment as soon as I arrived. I’d like to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

    This Hotel has everything travelers could want.

    I stayed here for a baseball trip to Hokkaido. As mentioned in other Reviews, this Hotel is well equipped in every detail, including a separate bathroom and toilet, a foot massager, and a wide variety of amenities. Above all, every staff member at the front desk was extremely kind and provided pleasant service. I would like to stay here again when I visit Hokkaido.

    Convenient location.

    I stayed here on a solo trip to Sapporo. Since I planned to visit Jozankei Onsen and other Facility locations around the city, I chose a Hotel close to the station that made it easy to come and go. When I entered the Room, I found that the bath and toilet were separate—something I hadn’t paid attention to when making my Reservation—so I was pleasantly surprised. Being able to bathe at my leisure was very satisfying. The indirect lighting felt stylish, and the humidifier was a Dyson. Although I didn’t use it, everything was compact, clean, and very comfortable. I’d like to stay here again when I have another chance to visit Sapporo. Thank you for your hospitality.
