(I chose this property because it offered a remote-work support Plan, etc.) I used it for day use for remote work, but the Room was too dark and not suitable for working, and I could hear an unpleasant high-pitched sound like a mosquito tone the whole time, so I had to wear headphones (I later found out it was the refrigerator noise, so there may not be much that can be done...). Also, there were splinters on the underside of the wooden desk and other areas, which felt dangerous. The location is good, so it may be suitable for staying overnight after drinking.
