    Comfortable Hotel

    Easily accessible as it is visible from Iseshi Station. The drink service was a pleasant touch. The Room was clean and comfortable.

    Great location, but tourist pricing and service.

    I stayed at the accommodation for a visit to Ise Shrine. Initially, I planned to stay at a resort hotel in Shima, but since it was inconvenient for an early morning visit, I searched near Ise Jingu. Unable to find a preferred accommodation, I booked a Comfort Hotel chain that my husband occasionally uses during business trips as it was conveniently located. The parking lot cannot be reserved and is only available from check-in to check-out, which is inconvenient. Moreover, it's paid parking—usually there’s at least an hour of leeway before and after the stay. The room was clean but had a terrible odor coming from the sink. The pillow was thin and hard, and the comforter was heavy despite being thin—typical of business hotels perhaps? The free coffee and tea lacked flavor. Since breakfast wasn’t promising, choosing "No Meals Included" turned out to be the right decision. The next day we stayed at another business hotel in Shizuoka with free breakfast, complimentary parking, natural onsen facilities—all for a much lower price—and it offered better comfort overall. This place seems priced more like a tourist destination than its value suggests. Staff service varied greatly; recommending this place would be questionable depending on expectations.

    Very satisfied!

    The staff provided excellent service. The library café was comfortable, offering free coffee and paid alcoholic beverages in the evening, allowing for a relaxing time. The café also had a great selection of books related to Ise, including English ones, which was very enjoyable for gaining knowledge. The location is convenient, close to the JR station and Geku Shrine. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of colorful vegetables that were both delicious and sophisticated—truly impressive. The Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Highly recommended Hotel if you're visiting Ise Jingu Shrine!

    Perfect

    Stayed for one night with No Meals Included during a visit to Ise Jingu. The building is clean, and the Room is spacious and excellent. It feels like a step above a typical Business Hotel. The library is also great for reading or enjoying tea until late at night.

    Ise Pilgrimage

    I stayed here for my first visit to Ise Shrine. The location was convenient, being close to both the station and Geku. The Room was clean, and there was a free drink space, which was great. It was also nice that massage machines and hair irons were available for rent. I would love to stay here again.

    Conveniently located near the station. New and clean. The books in the lounge on the first floor are quite interesting, which was unexpected as I thought they were just for decoration. Guest rooms and amenities are minimal but sufficient.

    Sufficient for just staying.

    Stayed for a visit to Ise Jingu. I've been here several times, and it's very convenient with parking available. The location is good, and there are many restaurants around. This time, the room had a door that was painted completely black on the lower half? Also, the floor had a very chemical smell (the bathroom also smelled quite bad), so it wasn't great. I slept well at night, so I deducted one star. Thank you.

    I stayed here for my first visit to Ise Shrine. The front desk staff were kind, the room was clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. I was able to leave my luggage before check-in, which allowed me to explore the area freely. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Ise next time. Thank you very much!

    Clean and conveniently located near the station. Close to Geku Shrine and convenience stores.

    I stayed the night before the Kinen-sai festival. The room was spacious enough and clean. I noticed a slight musty smell typical of unit baths, but it wasn't a major issue. There was no air purifier or humidifier, so I paid attention to managing the humidity in the room. One point to note is that some foreigners were noisy at night. I could take drinks like coffee back to my room and enjoy them leisurely. There are also snacks available in the library. Contrary to what one might expect from minimal service at a business hotel, a woman who seemed like a manager was very kind and provided detailed information politely. It seems they also offer umbrellas and bicycles for rent. Both Geku (Gekū) and the station were conveniently close by, with a convenience store nearby as well. I would like to use this property again if given another opportunity.

    Comfortable

    I used it for my Ise pilgrimage. The lounge on the 1st floor is spacious and clean, with many books, making it ideal for solo travelers. It is about twice the size of a regular Business Hotel. The bed is also a semi-double. The cleanliness is unparalleled. I was surprised that there was no water scale in the water areas. Also, the front desk is self-check-in and check-out, but the staff immediately greeted me, which made me happy. I will definitely use it again when I visit Ise.

    Recommended as a base for sightseeing and business.

    It was a cost-effective Hotel located on the Geku side of Iseshi Station. Just a 3-minute walk from Iseshi Station, a 3-minute walk to the boarding point for the night bus to Tokyo, and about a 7-minute walk to the Geku entrance, making it a prime location. Even after check-out, I was very grateful to be able to use the lockers and library corner on the first floor of the Hotel for the rest of the day. Breakfast included healthy options with good nutritional balance, such as smoothies and tomato stew with mackerel and beans. The size of the Room and amenities were just right, and the pillow was thin. The Hotel staff were very accommodating, and I would like to use this Hotel again if I have the chance.

    I would like to use it again.

    The overnight stay from evening to morning for our visit to Oka no Miya (Oise-san) was short, but the clean and compact room had everything we needed. The layout was convenient and perfect for our needs. The only issue was that there were not enough towels. We had to use the bath towel to cover ourselves and the towel for our hair, leaving us with nothing to dry our hands. It was a bit of a hassle.

    The Hotel is very good! But the noise of children running around on the upper floors is disturbing.

    It was my first time using the service, and I thought the staff's response was not inferior to that of a first-class hotel. They always greeted everyone with a smile, politeness, kindness, and clear communication. Since the parking lot was limited, they also provided comparisons of nearby parking prices and guided us to affordable and convenient places. The room was spacious and clean, but the sound, which seemed to be the footsteps of children from the upper floor, echoed continuously like a drum, and it felt like it resonated with the bed when lying down. However, when we went out or spent time in the library and returned, it was quiet by the time the children went to bed. We couldn't hear anything from the rooms next door, and it was only limited to the upper floor. I think this is an issue with the guests, not the hotel's fault. Breakfast was scheduled and adjusted, so it wasn't overly crowded, and there was a sufficient variety of menu items that were delicious. The smoothies, in particular, were so tasty that I had seconds of both types. All the surrounding guests, both adults and children, seemed to enjoy their meals. The library, where you can freely enjoy tea and snacks while reading or working, was a very nice space. Also, a minor detail, but the disposable toothbrush was more flexible and easier to use than those from other hotels. I would like to use the service again next year.

    The shower has low water pressure.

    I was pleased with the kind response despite my late arrival. The water pressure in the shower was weak, making it difficult to rinse off soap when washing my hair and body. The bed was soft, making it difficult for me, with my weight, to turn over. I think it is a Hotel suitable for visiting Ise Jingu Geku (Ise Jingu Geku) early in the morning, as it is close by.

    Stayed for a visit to Ise Jingu (Ise Jingu). Since it is located in front of Ise City Station, it is very convenient as you can reach it without getting lost even late at night. Also, it was helpful that I could leave my luggage and visit the shrine. This time, the service from the staff at check-in was excellent. Breakfast was also included for free, and although I thought it was just a free breakfast during my previous stay, this time it was quite sufficient. It seems that in January, the property will be rebranded and breakfast will become chargeable. It's a bit disappointing that the accommodation fee is quite high on Saturdays. I would like to consult my wallet and stay again.

It takes a long time for the bathtub to fill with water, and the shower has poor water flow. When I inquired at the front desk, they said, "It's because other guests are using it all at once." No, no, I tried it after 4 a.m. the next morning, but the situation did not change. I couldn't warm my body and felt cold...

    Stays to Relieve Travel Fatigue

    After a long journey, it's very convenient to have a Hotel that is visible right from Ise City Station. Although you use a check-in machine, the procedure is simple, and the staff are very kind, so there are no issues. The surrounding area is safe even at night, and there are many restaurants nearby. It was the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate for the next day.

    Hotel near the station

    We appreciate your service every time, but we would like to have the option to choose a Plan without breakfast. Honestly, I don't find it delicious, and I end up going out to eat. The staff are all pleasant, but I am always concerned about the soap scum in the bathtub and clean it myself. The location is convenient, being close to the station and Geku, so I would be happy if improvements are made.

    First Visit to Ise Shrine

    I stayed for my long-awaited first visit to Ise Jingu. The property was conveniently located near Iseshi Station and close to shops on the Geku Sando, making it an ideal base for visiting Ise Jingu. I stayed in a spacious twin room, which helped relieve the fatigue from traveling a long distance, and the multiple night stay was comfortable. The breakfast venue on the first floor was also available as a tea room for guests at other times, allowing for a change of pace outside the room. I appreciated the unlimited drinks as well. All the staff were pleasant and kind. Thanks to them, my first visit to Ise Jingu was very memorable and truly enjoyable. I would like to use this property again when I visit Ise Jingu next time.     Access is good.

    Overall, my impression is that it was average. If you consider breakfast as a complimentary service without high expectations, it might be sufficient. The location near the station provided good access to tourist spots.

    It was a clean hotel.

    Despite the heavy traffic during the three-day weekend, it was enjoyable to use the hotel parking and walk to the Geku. It was hot, but the shaved ice with Akafuku from the Akafuku shop was very delicious. The bus stop to Naiku was also very close to the hotel, which was very convenient. Although there were many guests, I was impressed that we could eat breakfast without lining up, thanks to the time-specified usage card. It's quite an idea. The breakfast venue was clean, and the breakfast was quite delicious. Some people were saying they wanted natto. I particularly liked the ochazuke. Thank you very much.
