    Thank you for your hospitality. The Room was warm and clean. The woman who assisted us was wonderful—her smile and service were excellent. We were able to relax in the lobby and take our time planning the next day, and we also enjoyed tea, coffee, and snacks. It was very helpful that you stored our luggage until we returned from Naiku. This is a Hotel we would like to stay at again on our next visit.

    A small complaint.

    Regarding the staff’s language at the breakfast buffet: some guests felt that, in trying too hard to be polite, it came across as overly formal and even off-putting. Polite service is important, but excessive formality can feel uncomfortable, so I felt it would be better if they could relax just a little. When clearing tables, I would like them not to take everything away—at least leaving chopsticks and a teacup. It felt as if we were being told to leave quickly. To be fair to the staff, it was clear they were making an effort to provide courteous service.

    It was excellent!

    We went on a family trip with our elderly parents, and we were very satisfied with the convenience of being close to the station, luggage storage after check-in and check-out, and the coffee service! It was a wonderful experience for our family, who rarely gather together these days, to meet at the location and visit Ise Shrine. My mother also praised it highly, so we will definitely use this place again. Thank you so much!

    Would love to visit again.

    I chose this place for my first trip to Ise because it is close to the station and near Ise Jingu. It's just a few minutes' walk to Geku, and with the station right in front, access to Naiku is also convenient. The luggage storage service was very helpful. I could leave my suitcase before check-in and after check-out, making it a great base for sightseeing in Ise. The library café on the first floor was a relaxing spot for reading. While I wish there were more book options, free drinks and light snacks made it cozy. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and I was happy to find they served Ise Udon as well. The Room was comfortable, and the staff were kind. Although processes like check-in are automated without room guidance, they kindly answered any questions when asked, so there were no issues at all. At night, dining options nearby seemed limited. However, Sando TERRACE nearby had great coffee where you can relax while waiting for buses or just taking your time. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Ise!

    I stayed here for my first trip to Mie! I was initially concerned about the smell in the first bath I was shown, but they kindly arranged a Room change for me. The staff's response was excellent! I will definitely stay here again when visiting Ise! It would be even better if there were amenities for women, such as makeup remover!

    Convenient Location

    Stayed for a visit to Ise Shrine. Chose this hotel near Iseshi Station as I planned to visit Geku on the first day and Naiku on the second day. They kindly stored my suitcase both before and after check-in, which was very helpful when visiting Naiku. The open space used as the breakfast area had many books related to Ise, making it a great spot for resting while adjusting my schedule. This was also very helpful. I ended up losing track of time reading the books there. Free coffee and tea were available, which could also be taken back to the room. The bathroom setup with toilet, sink, and bathtub in one space wasn’t as cramped as expected. The room itself had a table and chair, making it relatively spacious for a business hotel. If I have another chance to visit, I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

    The library café was excellent.

    I stayed for one night to visit Ise Jingu. The check-in machine was easy to use, allowing for a quick process, and the library café offered a great selection of drinks. I enjoyed relaxing with various books. As I was traveling alone, I appreciated being able to enjoy a glass of wine starting at 500 yen. The Room was comfortable for me as well. The only inconvenience was that the delivery service only had 120-size boxes available. Although I didn’t have much to send and wanted to travel light for my visit, I ended up using that box. It would have been helpful if smaller boxes were available.

    The Hotel staff were...

    The Hotel staff were very polite and provided excellent service, making my stay pleasant. The Room was spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable. There were also four types of complimentary snacks (nuts, chocolate, jelly, and snacks), all of which were delicious. As I traveled using public transportation, both trains and buses were convenient to use. I would love to stay here again when visiting Ise Shrine.

    It was comfortable.

    Perhaps because it is a new Hotel, the Twin Room was spacious and very comfortable despite being very close to Ise City Station. In the library past the front desk, you can sit and enjoy several types of beverages, which I took advantage of multiple times. I would love to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you for your hospitality.

    It seems to be a decent Hotel in Ise City.

    Located near Iseshi Station, offering excellent accessibility. The staff's service is commendable. However, the price was slightly high due to staying on the first day of a long weekend. Nonetheless, I will rely on this place whenever I visit Iseshi.

    I stayed here to visit Ise Jingu. The Hotel is conveniently located in front of Iseshi Station. The Room was clean. However, the toilet water did not flush well, so I had to flush it again after a short wait, which was a bit inconvenient. I used the breakfast service and was satisfied with the variety of dishes available.

    This was my third stay. Although the check-in time was set at 3:00 PM, I arrived before 10:00 AM and appreciated being able to leave my luggage. The service was excellent, and the Facility was impeccable. I particularly liked that there wasn’t much of a height difference between the room floor and the unit bath. Breakfast starting as early as 6:30 AM was also a great feature. I would love to stay here again.

    Comfortable Hotel

    I chose this place because it is conveniently located near the station, perfect for visiting Ise Jingu. The entrance has large lockers, allowing for high flexibility without needing to leave luggage at the front desk. Coffee at the café was free both before check-in and after check-out—I enjoyed several cups! Thank you very much. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. It would be great if there were an option to warm up bread. The Room had a spacious bed, making it comfortable to relax. I noticed some dryness in the air and thought I should have borrowed a humidifier.

    Pilgrimage to Ise Shrine

    The beds were arranged in a Hollywood twin style for our child sharing existing bedding. The convenient location near the station and Geku, along with the usability of the library café, made our stay enjoyable, and the room was comfortable. This is an accommodation we would love to visit again when returning to Ise.

    Repeat stay.

    A comfortable Business Hotel. The free lockers for storing luggage were very helpful. The coffee, tea selection in the lounge area, and ice provided during the summer were much appreciated. I also received advice on accessing the Ise Shrine, which made my stay even more pleasant. Thank you very much!

    Highly Satisfied

    The Room facilities are slightly outdated, but everything else was perfect. The lounge was comfortable and convenient to use while waiting for the train departure. I will definitely stay here again.

    A Hotel You Can Stay Anytime

    I always stay here when visiting Ise Jingu. The access is excellent, the Room facilities are clean, and the staff are very kind!! The free massage machine was a great relief after sightseeing. There is a small table and enough chairs for everyone, which was convenient for doing makeup. I will definitely stay here again next time!

    It was excellent!

    We stayed here for a family trip. As a family of three, it was great to find a Hotel with three beds available. The focus on bedding and sleep quality ensured we had a restful night! What stood out the most was the excellence of the staff. Everyone greeted us with smiles and provided such pleasant service, which truly helped us relax! We look forward to staying at Comfort Hotels across the whole country.

    Hotel near Ise Jingu Geku The free drink corner on the first floor is very convenient. It would be even better if there were cold drinks like cola. The front desk staff were pleasant, making it a comfortable stay. Thank you very much!

    The front desk staff provides excellent service.

    It was a solo trip from Yokohama after a long time. The location is close to the station and easy to find, and I enjoyed reading in the library space and having coffee. I was especially impressed that the coffee was freshly roasted. There were some minor issues, such as hair in the bathroom and dead insects in the garden space, so I hope for more thorough cleaning and checks. However, the Facility itself and the Hotel front desk staff's service were excellent, and I would love to stay again!

    It was a very beautiful Hotel.

    I arrived at the Hotel around 11 AM, and it was very convenient to have a system where each guest could leave their carry cases in the lobby until check-in time! The welcome drink and snack service were also delightful. During this trip, I stayed at other ERA Hotels as well, where sleepwear was placed on the front desk floor for guests to take freely. Here, it was prepared in the Room, which I appreciated. The guidance during check-in was very polite and pleasant. Thank you so much!

    It was excellent.

    Conveniently located near the station, making it easy for sightseeing, this was a great Hotel. Even after checking out, I could use the café on the first floor to relax until my train departure, which was very convenient. It would be appreciated if there were an additional pillow as there was only one provided.

    Convenient and Comfortable Near the Station

    Convenient with automated check-in and check-out. Enjoy free coffee anytime in the spacious café area, perfect for relaxing. The Room was spacious and comfortable, allowing easy movement. The bathroom was clean and functional, though the smell of the shower curtain was noticeable. Even with the air conditioner set to low, cold air blew directly, which could be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I plan to use Comfort Hotel in other areas as well.

    Convenient and helpful.

    For our first visit to Ise Shrine, we stayed here near the station without knowing much about the area. The location was convenient, and there were easy-to-use lockers available both before check-in and after check-out. The lounge also provided drinks, making our stay very comfortable.

    I used this accommodation for the first time with the purpose of visiting Ise Shrine. The excellent location was the deciding factor. While I do not expect excessive services from a business hotel, I had a very disappointing experience this time, which I would like to share. During my multiple night stay reservation, on the first day, water from the bathtub in the unit bath overflowed onto the floor through the drain, leaving the bathroom soaking wet. When I contacted the front desk, they came immediately but mentioned that "the sticker indicating this line has peeled off, so you might have filled it with too much water." However, it was not an overflow issue; filling it normally caused drainage to overflow—not due to any fault of mine as a guest. They changed my room (as expected), but carrying luggage while already tired was quite exhausting. The next day when returning the room key for my initially assigned room at reception, they simply accepted it without any acknowledgment or apology. Furthermore, until checkout on my final day there were no apologies or follow-ups regarding this incident from anyone. Is overflowing water from drains such a common occurrence? Is such information not shared among staff? Is changing rooms considered sufficient training for handling these situations? Is that what business hotels are about? Troubles can happen at hotels—it’s inevitable—but how those troubles are handled greatly impacts guest satisfaction and showcases a hotel's professionalism. I understand staffing shortages may be challenging; however, I strongly urge thorough training on handling issues like these by front desk leaders. While its location was impeccable—the lack of "comfort" in their response left me deeply disappointed.

    The room was clean a...

    The room was clean and quiet, with no noise from neighboring rooms. I opted for No Meals Included as I wanted to eat out, but my stay was very comfortable. Conveniently located near the station and with easy access to Ise Jingu Geku. The library space was a nice touch, and it was great that free drinks could be taken back to the room. Kuroneko cardboard boxes were available for purchase at the front desk, making shipping very convenient. I would love to stay here again if given the chance!
