    The library is excellent.

I made full use of the library—from arriving at the Hotel, during my stay, and even after checkout while waiting for the train. The light snacks and coffee were perfect. In the evening, you can also enjoy local drinks for 500 yen, which really enhances the trip. Highly recommended.

An exceptional Hotel near Geku Shrine, featuring spacious Rooms for a comfortable stay.

A Hotel near Geku, with a location not much different from other Hotels that claim to be the closest. The front desk service was outstanding. Check-in was easy with helpful support. Every time I passed the front desk, I was greeted, and throughout my stay I always felt good heading out. There were complimentary drinks and snacks, and what I especially liked was the spacious, comfortable cafe area. The Room was a standard twin. It was more spacious than expected, spotlessly clean, and everything was immaculate—very comfortable overall. For our two-night stay we did not request Room cleaning, but when we returned on the second night, the sheets, towels, and everything else had been placed in a bag and hung on the door. In any case, it was extremely comfortable. Thank you very much. Next time I visit Ise again, it will be Comfort Hotel.

    The perfect Hotel

Three adults stayed in the room (maximum 4 guests). We used it as a twin plus an extra bed (3 beds total). The room was spacious enough, and we were satisfied with breakfast, which included plenty of vegetables. The other guests were calm, so we could relax and enjoy a quiet stay. Since we met on site, it was convenient being close to the station, and we were able to walk to Geku Shrine early in the morning to visit. If I have the chance, I would like to stay again.

    I had a great time.

There are lots of books on the bookshelf next to the lobby—many I wouldn’t normally pick up! They were really interesting, and I also enjoyed the evening snacks and local sake. The coin laundry was very helpful as well. It’s just a short walk to Geku Shrine, and there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. This is a place that makes me want to come back again. Thank you very much.

The air conditioner in Room 1202 has a very strong unpleasant odor.

Overall, the property was clean and nice, but the air conditioner in Room 1202 smelled so bad that I couldn’t use it. There was also a notice to keep the windows closed, so I had no choice but to endure the humid heat, which was tough. Breakfast was very delicious.

    Almost!

I chose this Hotel mainly for its convenient location near the station, but the library café on the first floor was very bright and had a great atmosphere. I often relax with herbal tea in my Room while traveling, and they had several kinds of herbal tea here as well, so I brought some back to my Room. In the evening, alcoholic drinks are also available (for a fee), and it seems you can have a drink for 500 yen. Since I can’t sleep well with soft pillows, I asked in advance for a firmer pillow to be prepared. It was excellent and I slept soundly. I remember sleeping well when I stayed at the Comfort Hotel Hiroshima Otemachi too, so the pillows and beds must be solid. Breakfast wasn’t just standard side dishes—Italian-style seafood and chicken were delicious, and the pancake machine that serves freshly baked pancakes was unique. Checkout was easy—just insert the card key to complete it. There was also an alcohol vending machine and a coin laundry on the second floor. Just one thing: there was a large stain on the bath mat that bothered me. I’m sure it had been washed, but it didn’t feel pleasant, so I would appreciate improvement. Without that, everything would have been perfect. When I visit Ise again for worship, I will definitely stay here again.

    Great location. Great stay.

An ideal location for visiting Ise Jingu’s Inner Shrine (Naiku) and Outer Shrine (Geku). The hotel is comfortable and offers great value for money. Basic amenities are provided, and the staff are very friendly. Information is available in both Japanese and English, so getting around is easy. The location is convenient for transportation and surrounded by many restaurants.

A conveniently located Hotel near the station

I stay here whenever I visit Ise Grand Shrine. It feels like the rates have been rising year by year, but I’d like to stay again when the timing is right. Since it’s right in front of the station, dropping off and picking up luggage is very smooth. The Room is a standard Business Hotel Room, but it’s spacious enough.

    It was very comfortable!

I stayed in a twin Room. The Room was spacious, and I was able to relax and enjoy my time. It was very convenient—close to Iseshi Station, with great seafood restaurants nearby, and of course the main attraction, Ise Jingu Shrine, just a short walk away. All the staff were wonderful, which made for a great trip. Thank you very much.

I stay here almost every year when visiting Ise Shrine. The location is excellent and convenient for visiting Geku, and the warm, kind hospitality of the senior female staff is truly comforting. Since I checked out early, I didn’t have any meals, but the Room was very clean, and I could tell there was thoughtful attention to details like the showerhead and hair dryer. I also appreciated the complimentary drinks on the first floor; I was able to relax with coffee and snacks. Overall, it’s a clean and comfortable Hotel. When I visit Ise again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

Convenient for visiting Ise Grand Shrine

I stayed here when visiting Ise Grand Shrine. Although it says the hotel is close to the station, you can actually see the building immediately on your left as soon as you exit the ticket gates, so it’s easy to find. After check-in, it was nice to relax in the library café. After taking a short break, I visited Geku Shrine—it’s just a short walk away, which made it very convenient. The next day, I checked out after an early breakfast and took a bus to Naiku Shrine. It was also very helpful that they could store my luggage after checkout, so I could visit hands-free. The Room didn’t have any standout features, but it was kept clean, and all of the staff were kind.

    Convenient for sightseeing

I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay on weekdays right after Golden Week. Using this Hotel as a base, I visited the Toba area and Ise. Since there didn’t seem to be many Hotels near Toba Station, I made a Reservation here in front of Iseshi Station. Getting around by train and bus was easy—I went aquarium-hopping and took a ferry from the Toba Marine Terminal. The Facilities felt new, and everything—including the air conditioning and shower—was easy to use, making my stay very comfortable. As is sometimes the case with Business Hotels, amenities other than toothbrushes need to be picked up from the lobby. Also, the slippers are not disposable (they are kept clean). Since I was planning a Multiple Night Stay, I brought my own. It seemed that skincare items needed to be purchased separately. There’s a convenience store nearby, so I don’t think that would be an issue. The pajamas are a one-piece top-and-bottom style. There is also a “Library” in the lobby where you can have coffee and tea anytime, which was great. I often make coffee or tea in my Room as well, but it was nice not having to boil water; several types of tea were available, and you could take them back to your Room too—an unexpectedly welcome service. Even when staying as a group, it seems like a spacious place to relax (though how crowded it gets may depend on the season). The Accommodation cost also seemed calmer after the holidays: about JPY 40,000 for 3 nights (no breakfast), which made for an enjoyable trip without any pressure.

Despite the great location, the disappointing aspects stood out.

What I liked Close to Iseshi Station. The room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. They also stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out. What concerned me On the first night, I asked at the front desk to add breakfast. At that time, there was no explanation at all about payment; after processing my room key, they simply returned the key to me. So I assumed payment would be handled at or after check-out. However, when I went to the breakfast venue that morning, I was asked whether I had a breakfast voucher and was told that if not, I needed to complete the procedure at the front desk. When I went back and said that I had made a Reservation for breakfast the previous night, I was told to wait briefly—and then asked to pay in cash on the spot. What left me uneasy was that it was the same staff member who took my Reservation request the night before and then told me in the morning that payment was required. It seems more efficient to handle payment and issue a breakfast voucher at the time of Reservation. Because there was no advance explanation whatsoever, it was confusing. Also regarding room cleaning: I booked a Plan with light cleaning (bath towel replacement), but at check-in I was only told to leave bath towels and trash in the hallway. As instructed, I left them out; when I returned later, a bag with new towels had been left for me, but there was also a note on it saying to put bath towels into a bag before placing them in the hallway. This also could have been explained in advance at check-in—for example by providing designated bags—so we could follow instructions properly. I ended up writing quite a lot, but aside from these two points, my stay was truly comfortable. Thank you very much.

I have stayed here several times. I’ve enjoyed the breakfast, including local specialties. However, the shower water pressure in the Room was far too weak, and it made bathing very stressful. I didn’t have any other issues, so I would appreciate it if you could improve that point. Thank you again, and I look forward to staying with you again!

    Very conveniently located.

Maybe the rate was unusually high on the day I stayed, but charging around JPY 30,000 for No Meals Included with extreme cost-cutting (including staffing), a second-floor low-level Room, and a Business Hotel is excessive. Only a toothbrush was provided in the Room; I later noticed other amenities available in the lobby (with no explanation at check-in). Check-in and check-out are fully automated, which I don’t mind, but necessary information should be made clear. Perhaps because many families stay here, noise carried from the next Room and from upstairs vibrations, and loud voices in the hallway echoed. Female staff should avoid letting their nails grow to sharp points—it hurt when they brushed against me. The Room itself was clean and it’s close to the station, which makes this even more disappointing.

    Close to the station

Both Iseshi Station and the Outer Shrine (Geku) were within walking distance, making it a very convenient location for sightseeing. There was also a complimentary lounge service with drinks and snacks, and it was great that we could take them back to the Room. While the Facility does feel a bit dated, everything was well cleaned and we had a comfortable stay. It was slightly disappointing that the slippers were not disposable and that items like shampoo were not individually packaged. I would be happy to pay a few hundred yen more per night for non-reusable amenities, as it would feel more reassuring.

Very convenient, located close to Ise Jingu’s Outer Shrine.

It was very affordable and extremely close to Ise Jingu’s Geku Shrine, which was a big help. The Accommodation cost was very reasonable, and it’s near the station. Since we checked out early at 5:30 a.m. to visit the shrine, we didn’t make a Reservation for breakfast, but the Room was clean and it was a very satisfying Hotel. I’d like to make a Reservation again when I visit Ise Jingu.

    I borrowed a bicycle.

The atmosphere had changed since before, and there was an area where I could read. I was also glad I could borrow a bicycle for free to go to a nearby public bath. The Room was clean, and I was satisfied.

A Trip to Ise Grand Shrine

I only realized after arriving at the Hotel that there are only in-room baths and no public bath (this had never happened with any past bookings through this site). From next time, I will make sure to check carefully before making a Reservation. Lesson learned.

    What happened...?

This was about my third stay. The location is convenient, and I had thought it would be fine if I was just staying overnight, but… I’m considering not staying here again. I stayed in a Room on the 6th floor, and the moment I got off the elevator there was an extremely strong chemical smell… It made me feel sick. Even inside the Room, the strange odor was very strong. I borrowed an air purifier, but it still felt like it could make me unwell. The smell seemed to linger across the entire floor, so I gave up on asking to change Rooms since it probably wouldn’t help, and because it was already late at night, I endured it and went to sleep. But it didn’t feel safe for my health, so I don’t think I’ll stay again. Did you spray a large amount of insecticide or deodorizer or something…? Please do not use Rooms like this for guests. It wasn’t cheap during the holiday period either, so this was very disappointing.

I stayed here for my first visit to Ise Shrine. The location was convenient, and the staff were courteous and helpful. However, one issue was that the refrigerator seemed old, and its motor noise echoed in the Room and bothered me until I fell asleep. I hope this can be improved.

Thank you for your hospitality. The Room was warm and clean. The woman who assisted us was wonderful—her smile and service were excellent. We were able to relax in the lobby and take our time planning the next day, and we also enjoyed tea, coffee, and snacks. It was very helpful that you stored our luggage until we returned from Naiku. This is a Hotel we would like to stay at again on our next visit.

    A small complaint.

Regarding the staff’s language at the breakfast buffet: some guests felt that, in trying too hard to be polite, it came across as overly formal and even off-putting. Polite service is important, but excessive formality can feel uncomfortable, so I felt it would be better if they could relax just a little. When clearing tables, I would like them not to take everything away—at least leaving chopsticks and a teacup. It felt as if we were being told to leave quickly. To be fair to the staff, it was clear they were making an effort to provide courteous service.
