    Overall satisfied, had a comfortable stay.

    We were upgraded from a Semi-Double to a Double Room. The spacious bed allowed for a restful sleep, and we were very satisfied. The room's size, facilities, and furnishings were all convenient and made our stay comfortable. The breakfast available at the café on the first floor was also excellent.

    Amid rising hotel prices in Tokyo, this felt reasonably priced. Tsukiji Market is also not too far and easily accessible.

    When the air conditi...

    When the air conditioner was turned on, dusty air came out, causing the air purifier's light to turn red. Once the room reached a comfortable temperature and the air conditioner was turned off, the purifier's light eventually turned blue again. Other than that, everything was comfortable. The panini breakfast on the first floor was also delicious.

    Late Check-Out

    I chose this Hotel because of its late check-out, allowing me to relax after breakfast on the day of departure. However, perhaps it couldn't be helped, but I could hear frequent knocks for confirmation and conversations (in a foreign language) among the cleaning staff, which made it a bit difficult to fully relax.

    I stayed with my daughter, so a semi-double bed was fine, but a twin would have been even better. The proximity to Tsukiji was very convenient! The breakfast had a great variety to choose from and was enjoyable.

    I arrived from Higas...

    I arrived from Higashi-Ginza Station without any trouble. The location was convenient for traveling anywhere during this trip. When I tried to turn off the Room lights before sleeping, I couldn't find one of the switches. It felt troublesome to ask the front desk, so I ended up removing the card key and resting that night. My companion in the next Room had a similar issue but noticed a switch on the table when they were about to ask at the front desk. It would be helpful if there were instructions near the bedside light switch regarding this matter. The tabletop mirror was very useful; it would have been even better if it included a magnifying mirror as well. The Room amenities were excellent, and I especially liked that the body lotion wasn't sticky! The coffee machine at reception was great, but it would be nice to have instant coffee available in addition as well. Thank you to the front desk staff for assisting with luggage shipping! I look forward to staying here again in the future.

    Solo Travel

    Great access to Tsukiji and convenient train connections. Enjoyed breakfast and drinks in Tsukiji, followed by a nap before check-out—perfect experience. The Room and unit bath were clean with no issues, and I personally liked the separated top-and-bottom style loungewear. Most impressive was the TV monitor displaying laundry availability and status. If even one type of bath additive was provided as an amenity, it would be a perfect 5-star stay! Will definitely stay again.

    This was my first time staying here while looking for a separate bath and toilet with a washing area. Although not new, the room was clean and sufficient for a stay focused on sleeping. The bathtub was small, but I could relax and unwind, so I was satisfied. For breakfast, you can choose the Tsukiji Market food court, which offers great value. Normally, seafood at Tsukiji is priced for tourists and can be off-putting, but this option allows you to enjoy the atmosphere affordably. Afterward, I did some shopping at the market and visited Tsukiji Honganji Temple during a stroll. Check-in is done via touch panel reception, and check-out simply involves returning your room card at the exit—so honestly, I didn’t interact with any staff to rate their service. I’ll definitely stay again if I have business nearby. Thank you!

    I had a relaxing stay.

    The necessary facilities, services, and amenities for a Business Hotel are fully satisfactory. This was my second stay, and while I was initially confused about having guest rooms on the second floor where the front desk is located, I found it very convenient and easy to use during my stay. I ended up really liking it. For my next visit, I would like to request a room on the second floor again.

    Neither good nor bad, just average.

    The Room is not spacious, and the bathtub was narrow, which was the biggest drawback. Considering the location, cleanliness of the Room, and price, it’s not a bad Hotel. There is a café on the first floor where you can have a light meal, which is another good point. A convenience store is also very close by. I will probably stay here again.

    The bathroom cleaning is poor.

    The bathroom was by far the dirtiest I have ever encountered in any accommodation. It seemed like it hadn't been cleaned at all. There was red mold, black mold, and when I sprayed water on the inside of the shower door, a long strand of hair came out... When I opened the information file in the room, a crumpled survey filled out by someone else fell out. It felt like only the area around the bed had been cleaned. It's disappointing because the location is great. The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful.

    Convenient location and cleanliness are satisfying.

    Recently, hotel prices have been soaring, but I happened to find this Hotel. It was really convenient and enjoyable to eat and drink in Ginza and then return here. If possible, a 12:00 checkout would have allowed for a more relaxed stay...

    Great location at an affordable price!

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay in Yaesu and Higashi-Ginza. Although the price was double, the satisfaction level here was equal or even better. Of course, this option is more reasonable! Needless to say, I will choose this place from next time onwards. While I didn’t visit Tsukiji, the location offers great access to Ginza and Yurakucho, with convenient use of both JR and Metro lines. For breakfast options, I chose Komeda’s light morning set which felt casual and comforting like everyday life. Since it was a ladies' floor, the Room had two types of hair styling tools: a dryer and a hair iron—very helpful! There was a truck parked outside blocking the view of the elevator entrance; for a moment I panicked thinking I'd have to carry my heavy suitcase up some stairs. Some foreign guests were also looking for the entrance like me. A slightly larger sign would be helpful—just my personal opinion as someone not very attentive! Thank you very much for your hospitality!

    Staying in Tsukiji

    The location is excellent, nothing to complain about. Had breakfast outside the property. Ginza is just around the corner. Very satisfied.

    Very satisfied!

    I stayed alone in a Twin Room on the Ladies' Floor. I thought it might be small, but since it’s a new Hotel, the layout was well-designed and spacious enough for one person. The separate toilet and bath with a washing area were very convenient and made me happy. I considered getting amenities from the front desk, but since the area was small and I felt hesitant to ask, I managed with what I had. The Room had all the essentials, and the ReFa hairdryer was great too... If I may suggest, it would be nice if the front desk were more spacious with staff available to guide guests. However, being within 5 minutes of both Kabukiza Theatre and Tsukiji Market was incredibly convenient. I’d definitely consider staying here again if traveling alone next time!

    Front Desk

    The cleaning staff were very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. However, the front desk staff were not efficient when I wanted to send my luggage. When I brought my luggage around 11:00 AM for shipping, despite being on a Ladies' Plan with a 12:00 PM checkout time, they checked me out early without confirming. I would have appreciated if they had asked before proceeding with the checkout. It left a bad impression.

    Enjoy Tsukiji.

    Tsukiji is right in front, a 10-minute walk to Kabuki-za, and less than a leisurely 15-minute walk to Ginza. The location is excellent.

    The Room was clean.

    This time, I stayed for two nights. On the first night, I indicated that I wanted the Room cleaned and went out. When I returned, the cleaning was perfect, and the bed-making, toilet, and bath were all very clean. I had a comfortable three days and two nights. Thank you to all the staff, especially the cleaning team!

    It was good.

    I used it this time because I was going to Kabukiza. It was very nice to be able to walk back. I would like to use it again when I go to Kabukiza. The bath was a bit small, but it was very convenient as it was close to the station. Since it was a ladies' floor, there was also a hair iron. It took me a while to find out where to turn off one of the Room lights.

    Repeat visit.

    I had a comfortable stay. The air purifier and humidifier made strange noises a few times, so please check them. The hairdryer was made in 2016, so I think it would be better to replace it. I heard from the manufacturer that the lifespan is about 3 to 4 years as a replacement guideline. I will visit again.

    Strolling around Ginza after a long time

    Strolling around Ginza and Tsukiji while celebrating my wife's birthday We were able to relax in the calm room again this time. Thank you for accommodating our requests. However, it was disappointing that the bathtub was not cleaned thoroughly, leaving a slimy and gritty bottom. The staff were pleasant, and the café on the first floor is also recommended.

    The breakfast panini is delicious! The amenities on the ladies' floor are well-equipped.

    I used the "Breakfast Included at a Panini Specialty Shop by a Famous Chef" Plan. I chose this plan because I wanted to try the panini, but when making the reservation, I wondered, "Isn't the size small?" or "Isn't the taste not that great?" But it was different in reality! The panini, which you can choose from three types, was larger than I expected, crispy, well-seasoned, and perfectly warm, leaving me very satisfied! Very delicious! Above all, the service of the young male staff was excellent, and I was impressed to see him explaining politely in English to foreign guests. Also, I stayed in a room with the Ladies' Floor EX Semi-Double A Plan, and I was thrilled with the amenities! Several bottles of hair milk and body milk were prepared on the washstand, which was very helpful in this dry season. I would like to use it again.
