    First-Time Women-Only Floor

    Among the many Hotels I’ve stayed at, this was my first time staying on a ladies-only floor. The hair dryer and shower head were ReFa, and all other amenities were fully provided. Everything was clean, and although my stay was short, I was able to relax well. I’m disappointed to hear that the ladies-only floor will be discontinued, as I was hoping to stay again, but I would definitely like to use it again if I have the chance.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The Room was clean, and since it was on the ladies-only floor, the DHC amenities were excellent! It’s a shame the ladies-only floor will be discontinued, but disposable items are available at the front desk. If you could also offer hair irons for loan, that would be great. Whenever I stay at a Business Hotel, I always wish there were anti-bedhead hair styling water available (even as a loan item).

    I was really bothere...

    I was really bothered by the smell from the air conditioner. I was shocked at how filthy the air vent was. The humidity was also terrible, and I couldn’t sleep at all.

    Ladies’ Floor

    I stayed in the ladies’ Room. Check-in is done at the machine next to the front desk, and for check-out you just put your card into the box. I didn’t see any staff even once. Amenities are picked up from next to the front desk, but after taking a bath I realized I’d forgotten my usual comb, and I didn’t feel comfortable going to get one in loungewear, so I gave up. Since a toothbrush was provided in the Room, I wish a comb had been provided as well. I traveled by taxi, so I didn’t use the station. It was convenient with a convenience store nearby and close to Tsukiji, but if the ladies-only floor is discontinued, I’ll reconsider next time.

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station and convenience stores. The Room was small, but quiet and comfortable. Since I sometimes end up choosing a bad place for dinner, I deliberately chose a Plan with breakfast and dinner included. Dinner was at the cafe restaurant on the first floor of the Hotel: one drink, an appetizer, bread, and pasta. Everything was delicious. For breakfast there were three options; I chose the panini, salad, and cafe latte at the first-floor cafe restaurant—also very tasty. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

    I stay here from time to time. What I like: 1. The bathroom and toilet are separate. 2. DHC toiletries are provided, which I can use even with cosmetic allergies. 3. The location suits where I usually go. 4. There is a convenience store nearby. This time, after checking out, I realized I had left something behind and spoke to a staff member. They responded quickly with a smile. The housekeeping staff also greeted me cheerfully, and I was able to spend a calm, pleasant time here. I will stay again.

    The selectable breakfast options and tea were excellent.

    I was able to stay on a great-value date, and I was extremely satisfied. At breakfast time, the shop on the ground floor of the Hotel was close and easy to drop into, and it wasn’t crowded. Their breakfast set panini could be chosen from four options: three standard varieties plus one daily special. The side dish was either minestrone soup or coleslaw salad. I chose the minestrone, but it wasn’t the tomato-colored kind I had imagined—it felt more like a consommé-style soup with vegetables. For my drink, I chose a cappuccino; there were also options like coffee, tea, and juice. The panini was quite filling. Since this was a Multiple Night Stay, we tried Uogashi Shokudo the next day as well. It’s a food-court style area with many international visitors. We went just before noon to a place that opens at 10:00. My roommate had Tekka-ya’s mini tuna rice bowl—delicious chunks of tuna over rice in a mini size that felt perfect for women. It might not be enough for men, but the tuna was fresh and excellent. I was hungry, so I ordered Toto Grill’s ginger pork set meal. It was very tasty and really satisfying. However, something posted in the first-floor elevator hall said it came with a selectable small side dish; when I asked, the staff told me that information is old and it hasn’t been offered for quite some time. The person at the next table had katsu curry, which also looked hearty and delicious. I think this selectable breakfast option is great. If I have another chance to stay again, I’d like to try Komeda is□ as well, and also eat at other shops in Uogashi Shokudo. The coffee machine in the lobby dispensed coffee, Americano-style coffee, and hot water; I could steep an Earl Grey decaf tea bag right there. By getting ice from the ice machine in the laundry room, I could even make iced tea—this was wonderful during hot summer weather. There were several kinds of tea available too, so I felt this Hotel is very thoughtful. The tea selection was proper quality tea as well—I was genuinely happy about that. Because of my budget I can only stay when there are good deals available, but I would definitely love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Stayed here to enjoy breakfast in Tsukiji.

    I chose this Hotel because it’s within walking distance of Tsukiji, perfect for a morning stroll. I woke up early and reached the Tsukiji Market in just a few minutes, where I enjoyed delicious sushi. What I really appreciated was the 11:00 check-out time—I could go back to the Room and take a short nap, which was amazing! Whenever I want breakfast in Tsukiji again, I’ll stay at this Hotel.

    Solo travel is an excellent choice.

    Convenient for both Ginza and Tsukiji. Both are very convenient. I’ll use it again next time.

    The coin laundry is very convenient and comfortable.

    The coin laundry was excellent. You can check its status on a monitor screen while staying in your Room, and the price was reasonable at 500–600 yen for a full course including detergent and drying. The pajama set (top and bottom) was comfortable and easy to wear.

    This was my second stay. Check-in involves entering your information into the self-service kiosk, taking the key card that is issued, and then going to your Room. There were staff present, but there was no greeting—they were simply standing there—so I didn’t feel I received any service. That said, it wasn’t unpleasant; since it was my second time, I assumed that’s just how it is... On my first stay, I felt the staff were unfriendly. I like that the Room has a separate bath and toilet. The bed firmness also suited me well, and I slept soundly. Checkout is at 11:00 a.m., so you can take your time. So I will stay here again.

    Great location!!

    I booked using a last-minute deal. Breakfast is available for 900 yen, with options including the Tsukiji food court, panini on the Hotel’s first floor, or Komeda Coffee. The ladies-only floor offers a great selection of body and facial care amenities. A hair iron was also provided. It was conveniently located close to Kabuki-za Theatre. If the price fits my budget, I would like to stay again.

    I’ve stayed here man...

    I’ve stayed here many times when visiting the Kabuki-za Theatre. This time, I booked a twin room for a Multiple Night Stay. There was a notice in the elevator hall about a possible water outage, which made me a bit nervous, but thankfully there were no issues. The breakfast panini was delicious, and they also offer free coffee. The twin room has separate bath and toilet facilities as well. Twin rooms are popular and hard to book, but I’d love to stay here again.

    The station I wanted...

    The station I wanted to use was farther from the Hotel than I expected. I understand that’s to be expected in Tokyo, but I would be even happier if the Accommodation price were a bit lower.

    The best Hotel for value for money

    For the price, the Room is spacious, and having a separate bath and toilet is a real plus for guests. It’s also great that the bath comes with a chair and wash basin. The location is excellent as well—within a 5-minute walk of Tsukiji Station or Higashi-Ginza Station, with a convenience store right next door. With Hotel prices in Tokyo rising, this Hotel is very guest-friendly. I’d definitely like to stay again.

    Keikyu EX Inn

    I’ve stayed at other Keikyu EX Inn properties, but perhaps due to the location, the Room was quite small (I couldn’t open my suitcase on the luggage rack). That said, it was clean, and since it’s a ladies-only floor, amenities are well stocked as usual at Keikyu EX Inn, which is convenient. Next time, I’ll check the Room type and size before making a Reservation.

    I’ve stayed here several times when visiting Tokyo. The self-service check-in and check-out are convenient and hassle-free. This time I couldn’t make a Reservation on the women-only floor, but it seems a Room opened up at the last minute and they adjusted it for me, which I really appreciated. They did the same for me last time as well. I know it depends on availability so it may not be possible every time, but I’m grateful for their thoughtfulness. I also reserved a slightly larger Room than usual this time, and it was very comfortable. Hotels in Tokyo have become really expensive lately, so I think this price with this level of service is excellent. I’ll stay here again.

    Great location

    A Hotel near Tsukiji Market on Harumi-dori, with excellent access from Haneda Airport. Just a short walk from Higashi-Ginza Station. It’s a great location not only for eating in Tsukiji, but also for dining in Ginza, and it’s convenient for heading to Asakusa as well since the station is so close. In any case, this Hotel has an outstanding location. This was my second stay, and I’d stay again.

    The perfect location for enjoying Kabuki performances.

    Conveniently located near the Kabuki-za Theatre. It’s also close to Ginza and Tsukiji, making it a great base for shopping and sightseeing. There are many charming small restaurants nearby, which is very helpful. The price is reasonable, so you can stay with peace of mind.

    About Front Desk Services.

    I stayed on January 24th. Check-in was at 3 PM, but I wanted to enter earlier, so I asked at the front desk around 2 PM if it was possible to access the room. Some accommodations allow early check-in without any issues. The female staff member said, "Yes, you can," while typing "1100" on a calculator and silently showing it to me. When I asked what this meant, she replied that there would be an additional charge for early check-in. I found her explanation lacking in politeness and felt very uncomfortable with the interaction. There are many business hotels in Ginza, and perhaps staff training should be reviewed again. Although I have used this accommodation multiple times before, I will choose another hotel next time.

    Finding the perfect temperature can be challenging...

    I keep coming back because it's close to the Kabukiza Theatre. However, during my recent stay, I encountered some issues. The bathtub water wouldn't get hot even when set to around 40°C, and at the highest temperature setting, it was still lukewarm. Switching to the shower provided slightly hotter water, but since it was late at night, I decided not to request repairs or a room change and just managed as is. It might be worth checking if there's a malfunction with the system. I also enjoy the panini on the first floor and added breakfast this time. However, when I took it back to my room and had a bite, I noticed that the extra tomato I requested wasn't included. I went back down to inform them about it but only received an indifferent response without a proper apology—it left me feeling uneasy. A clear apology in such situations would feel more considerate. Despite these unfortunate incidents this time around, everything else was as comfortable as usual!

    Good.

    The room was clean, and having a separate toilet and bathroom was excellent. It was quiet, with no noise from the neighbors, allowing for a peaceful stay. However, as it was my first time staying here, I found the staff's response a bit cold when I approached them for assistance. I also felt uncertain about whether simply returning the key card at checkout was sufficient since there was no one around to ask. That said, I would still like to stay here again in the future.     Ladies' Floor Access

    The Room was clean, and the semi-double bed was spacious. Being on the ladies' floor, the amenities like shampoo were of high quality. It was a great Hotel. The pillow was amazing—absolutely perfect! I want one for myself. Honestly, I even want the bed frame and mattress because the comfort level was outstanding! Having a small table and sofa in the Room was also a nice touch. I enjoyed relaxing with desserts from a nearby convenience store at my own pace. I would love to stay at this Hotel again if I have another opportunity. The convenient location near Tsukiji Station on the Hibiya Line is also appreciated!

    I stayed on the ladi...

    I stayed on the ladies' floor. I was looking for accommodation near Yurakucho due to an event, but it was quite expensive even though it was a Wednesday. Perhaps because I booked last minute. Among the options, I chose this ladies' floor as it provided amenities like a hair iron in the room. The accommodation is close to Tsukiji Station and surrounded by many delicious-looking restaurants, which is great. As for the ladies' floor, they provide essentials like hair milk, body lotion, toner, and emulsion (DHC), so if you're not particular about brands, you can pack light. Unfortunately for me, since I'm sensitive to certain products, I couldn't fully benefit from these amenities... However, having a hair iron and a slightly better Panasonic dryer was very helpful. It's also close to Tsukiji Outer Market where I could enjoy breakfast in the morning. Check-out time was 12 PM which allowed me to relax and take my time. Thank you very much!

    I stayed at this Hotel to attend a seminar in Ginza. The location was great, the bathroom was clean, and I had a comfortable stay. There is also a convenience store next door, which was very convenient.

    Overall satisfied, had a comfortable stay.

    We were upgraded from a Semi-Double to a Double Room. The spacious bed allowed for a restful sleep, and we were very satisfied. The room's size, facilities, and furnishings were all convenient and made our stay comfortable. The breakfast available at the café on the first floor was also excellent.
