Close to the station and convenience stores. The Room was small, but quiet and comfortable. Since I sometimes end up choosing a bad place for dinner, I deliberately chose a Plan with breakfast and dinner included. Dinner was at the cafe restaurant on the first floor of the Hotel: one drink, an appetizer, bread, and pasta. Everything was delicious. For breakfast there were three options; I chose the panini, salad, and cafe latte at the first-floor cafe restaurant—also very tasty. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

I was able to stay on a great-value date, and I was extremely satisfied.At breakfast time, the shop on the ground floor of the Hotel was close and easy to drop into, and it wasn’t crowded. Their breakfast set panini could be chosen from four options: three standard varieties plus one daily special. The side dish was either minestrone soup or coleslaw salad. I chose the minestrone, but it wasn’t the tomato-colored kind I had imagined—it felt more like a consommé-style soup with vegetables. For my drink, I chose a cappuccino; there were also options like coffee, tea, and juice. The panini was quite filling.Since this was a Multiple Night Stay, we tried Uogashi Shokudo the next day as well. It’s a food-court style area with many international visitors.We went just before noon to a place that opens at 10:00. My roommate had Tekka-ya’s mini tuna rice bowl—delicious chunks of tuna over rice in a mini size that felt perfect for women. It might not be enough for men, but the tuna was fresh and excellent. I was hungry, so I ordered Toto Grill’s ginger pork set meal. It was very tasty and really satisfying. However, something posted in the first-floor elevator hall said it came with a selectable small side dish; when I asked, the staff told me that information is old and it hasn’t been offered for quite some time.The person at the next table had katsu curry, which also looked hearty and delicious.I think this selectable breakfast option is great.If I have another chance to stay again, I’d like to try Komeda is□ as well, and also eat at other shops in Uogashi Shokudo.The coffee machine in the lobby dispensed coffee, Americano-style coffee, and hot water; I could steep an Earl Grey decaf tea bag right there. By getting ice from the ice machine in the laundry room, I could even make iced tea—this was wonderful during hot summer weather.There were several kinds of tea available too, so I felt this Hotel is very thoughtful. The tea selection was proper quality tea as well—I was genuinely happy about that.Because of my budget I can only stay when there are good deals available, but I would definitely love to stay again.
