    I had a comfortable stay.

    Sensoji Temple, bustling with international visitors during the day, is within walking distance from the Hotel, making it perfect for a morning stroll and visit. At night, you can enjoy tea while admiring the view of Tokyo Skytree from the Hotel. Alcoholic beverages were also available as part of the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was as delicious as its reputation suggests. I was in the area for work, and after checking out, I could return to the Hotel to send my luggage after finishing my tasks—it was very convenient. I would love to stay at this Hotel again. Thank you!

    Stayed for 1 night a...

    Stayed for 1 night and 2 days (with breakfast) during a trip to Asakusa. The front desk staff were very polite and made me feel at ease. Since I came by car, I used the multi-story parking next to the building for 5,500 yen per night. When taking the elevator to the guest room floor, there was a garbage bag left in front of it, likely due to cleaning in progress. While that was understandable, a few hours later, another garbage bag was left in front of the elevator. It wasn’t unpleasant but perhaps placing a trash bin or considering its appearance might improve things. I do remember how courteous both the staff and cleaning personnel were. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

    The made-to-order omelets for breakfast were incredibly delicious. The hotel is conveniently located near the Tsukuba Express station. All the staff at the front desk and breakfast area were very kind. With a check-out time of 11:00 AM, I was able to relax and enjoy my stay.

    It was a very nice Hotel.

    I chose this hotel for its breakfast buffet. First, the access is excellent, making it easy to reach even from far away! The lobby is bright and clean, with a wide variety of amenities available. It was very convenient to have everything from basic skincare products to sheet masks. The welcome drink coffee was also delicious, leaving a great impression even before entering the room. The room provided had a view of the Skytree, allowing me to enjoy a stunning scenery! The illuminated Skytree at night was especially satisfying. The morning buffet, which I looked forward to the most, offered an extensive selection of both Japanese and Western dishes. I loved that you could customize your omelet with your favorite ingredients! The roast beef and orange juice seemed popular and were indeed delicious; however, my favorites were the beetroot salad and kale quinoa salad. Having such elaborate deli items in a morning buffet really lifted my spirits! There was also an abundance of desserts and fruits for a fulfilling buffet experience. With its great access and overall high satisfaction level, I would definitely love to stay at this hotel again!

    A highly satisfying breakfast

    A wide variety of salads, mains, and sweets are available. It's also fun to have ramen and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff here always provide pleasant service and are attentive, making breakfast enjoyable. The staff during the welcome drink on check-in day were also very accommodating. Rooms with separate bathrooms and toilets are convenient, and it's a nice point that the bathtub is deep enough to fill with plenty of hot water.

    Happy with the welcome drink service.

    We were attracted by the charm of the welcome drink service and used it with my husband. The welcome drink service is self-service, but alcohol is not self-service, so it was troublesome to call the staff. In other hotels, alcohol is also self-service, so I would be happy if alcohol could be self-service as well. Since milk and syrup for iced coffee are added on the spot, there was no small trash can available which was inconvenient. After using the welcome drink service, we cleaned up since it's self-service for us, but other tables were left as they were? I was pleased with the variety of breakfast options available. The whole grapefruit is a great idea. There were small desserts available and I asked a staff member for a small fork but was told there weren't any and to use a spoon instead; however, during the welcome drink service time there were small forks available? There wasn't a container for salad so I used a small glass dish meant for fruit; other hotels provide containers specifically for salads so please consider this request. Richmond Hotel has separate toilet and bathroom facilities which makes me happy.

    As a hub of Asakusa

    I stayed with my daughter and 3-year-old grandchild during the New Year's holiday. It was our first stay. Since it is very close to Sensoji Temple, we were able to visit without the crowds. There are many Don Quijote stores, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, making it convenient. Amenities are the type you take from the lobby. I think it's good for the environment to use only what you need. From the room, we had a great view of the Skytree and Sensoji Temple. We booked a plan with breakfast included, and there was a wide variety of options. The machine that makes fresh orange juice was rare and delicious. Due to the inbound effect, there seemed to be many travelers from overseas, but since they were all individual travelers and not groups, it was neither noisy nor disruptive, which was nice.

    The breakfast and welcome drink are excellent.

    This was my second stay, aiming for the breakfast buffet. Last time, I couldn't participate in the welcome drink time, but this time I experienced it and found juice, wine, sake, amazake, etc., and the staff kindly encouraged us to have refills. I only had a glass of white wine, but it was delicious, and my family, who had a glass of Koshino Kanbai, was very satisfied with the taste. There was a wheelchair user, and when I filled it out in advance, they placed the bed against the wall. Thank you for your consideration. The TV stand was a bit of a hindrance, and unfortunately, the wheelchair couldn't get to the window side and could only approach the foot of the bed, which was a bit challenging. If there wasn't a protrusion on the TV stand, it would be possible to go to the window side and move freely in and out, so I think it would be easier for wheelchair users to stay if you could consider raising the TV stand or removing that protrusion. The location is great, close to the station, shopping, and Sensoji Temple. The breakfast buffet is fresh, with a wide variety of items, and the fresh orange and grapefruit juice is so delicious that you want to drink it multiple times. The omelet, which you can choose your favorite ingredients to make, is also delicious. And I was delighted with the café latte from the coffee machine in front of the lobby elevator, which is available to drink freely from 7 am to 10 pm. Overall, it was a convenient hotel that makes you want to use it again.

    Very satisfied with the breakfast!

    The breakfast buffet was very delicious and I was very satisfied. Especially the orange juice and omelet! The freshly squeezed orange juice was so delicious that I had two glasses. The omelet was made with as many of my favorite ingredients as I wanted and served freshly made. It was so delicious that next time I want to wake up early and take plenty of time for breakfast. I definitely want to stay at this Hotel again!

    I was able to spend a relaxing time.

    I was able to relax during my stay with the thoughtful hospitality, such as the welcome drink service and coffee in the lobby. The morning buffet also offered a variety of dishes, allowing me to enjoy my meal from the morning. Additionally, the view from the room and the lounge was excellent, with a panoramic view of the Skytree and Sensoji Temple, making it a great city stay with a wonderful view. One point, there was no water provided in the room, and we had to use the water dispenser in the hallway. If there had been an explanation of amenities at check-in, it would have been helpful to know this in advance. Alternatively, it would be appreciated if at least a bottle of water could be provided. I would be grateful if you could consider this in the future.

    When it first opened, I stayed there. At that time, the Room was clean, and the staff's service was good. Now it has become an ordinary Hotel. I hope they will try a little harder from now on.

    The view from the room is wonderful, but the cleanliness is...

    I chose this Hotel because of the view of Asakusa and the independent bath. From the large window in the Room, I could see the Skytree and Sensoji Temple, which was a wonderful view. Both the morning and night views were truly amazing and I thoroughly enjoyed them. The Room was spacious enough for two adults and two children. Additionally, there is a Uniqlo on the lower floor of the Hotel, and a Don Quijote across the street, so you can quickly get anything you need. However, there is a very disappointing point: the dirtiness of the bath. I have stayed in quite a number of Hotels, but this one is among the worst in terms of cleanliness. The floor is covered in black mold, and the door and mirror are also very dirty. The cleaning of the water area is not good. The staff are pleasant, and the location is great for enjoying Asakusa, which makes it all the more disappointing. I hope for improvement.

    The Room with a view of the Skytree, Sensoji Temple, and the Five-story Pagoda was very satisfying. The night view is calm and beautiful. The breakfast was also delicious. Please pay a little more attention to cleaning the washroom.

    The cleaning of the Room (especially the bathroom and mirrors) and the hallway was not satisfactory. The amenities (except for the slippers) and the response of the front desk staff were very good, so it was a bit disappointing, but I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    Travel for Pregnant Women

    The explanation for check-in was very thorough and good. When I used the lounge and went outside to use the restroom, I was told "Thank you," which made me a little embarrassed to return. During breakfast, I had luggage and requested a larger table, but was told no. It was a weekday, so it wasn't particularly crowded, which made the refusal disappointing. The breakfast wasn't very varied, but it was delicious. I wished there was more fruit, as even when they refilled the large bowl, there was only a little. I appreciated the water dispenser being available!

    It was comfortable.

    We were able to enjoy a clear view of the Skytree nightscape. The location is great for an early morning stroll in Asakusa. Having a secured parking space was reassuring, regardless of the price. With a Don Quijote nearby, we could easily replace any forgotten items during our stay.

    The breakfast was excellent. Both the menu and service were top-notch, and although there were staff members from different nationalities, I noticed them communicating frequently with international guests, which I thought was wonderful hospitality in Asakusa, where many tourists visit. The view was great, and there were many restaurants nearby. I slept well after returning from Disney and enjoyed sightseeing in Tokyo the next day! On the way back, I visited the UNIQLO downstairs, and it was a great time as I could walk to Sensoji Temple and Hanayashiki!
