    It was comfortable.

    This time, I stayed on a Monitor Plan. Although Asakusa is lively, the Hotel was very quiet and comfortable. I was also able to use the lounge after check-in, and the free drinks were truly appreciated in the extreme heat. The Room was thoroughly cleaned, and I was able to relax and take it easy. Breakfast was delicious! There was a well-balanced selection of both Japanese and Western dishes, and I couldn’t decide what to try. The whole grapefruit juice was not only tasty but also fun to look at! I would love to stay again.

    Tokyo Skytree View

    The Room had a beautiful Tokyo Skytree view. The bathroom was separate from the toilet, so I could relax comfortably. Breakfast was delicious, especially the orange juice and omelet. Still, I was surprised that there were so many foreign guests.

    Breakfast Included Plan

    The location is excellent—just a short walk from EX Asakusa Station and close to Senso-ji Temple, making it very convenient. The first floor has UNIQLO, and Don Quijote is right in front, so shopping is easy. I had seen in a Review that the breakfast was delicious, and it truly was—the roast beef was tender and outstanding. The only disappointing point was the low shower water pressure. I think changing the showerhead could improve it, so I hope to see improvements in the future. Also, the hair dryer was a SALONIA with strong airflow, which was great. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again.

    It’s not a Hotel that lives up to its name or price.

    First, the welcome drink service was great. It was available for quite a long time, and there were snacks as well, so I enjoyed it in various ways. The Room was terrible. I stayed in a Premier View Twin, but every amenity—such as the electric kettle, hair dryer, remote controls, and air purifier—was covered in dust. Items on the table like the TV and lights were also dusty, so it felt like dust was floating around almost the entire stay. Also, although I couldn’t tell whether it was next door or upstairs, noise from another Room echoed constantly, which was another negative point. It was not a Room that matched the “Premier” name or price at all. Breakfast had clear good points and bad points. The grapefruit juice and freshly squeezed orange juice were good, and there were some tasty dishes as well. However, the roast beef was awful—tough and not flavorful. The omelet wasn’t great either. In addition, you can’t choose your own table; it is assigned by staff (Done), but my seat location was the worst. Because I was placed almost in the middle of the main traffic flow, other guests kept walking right past me throughout my meal and I couldn’t relax at all. There were some good aspects too, but overall this Hotel did not live up to its name or price. I will not return.

    It was a comfortable stay. I would definitely like to stay again.

    During my stay, my Room was upgraded—thank you very much. I’m not sure if it was related, but there were no pajamas prepared in the Room. However, they were promptly brought to me with an apology. At checkout, a different staff member again said, “We’re sorry about the pajamas,” and I was impressed that the information had been properly communicated and shared. Regarding the welcome drink area, I didn’t notice the corner with coffee, tea, and snacks, so I would have appreciated some guidance. I was offered alcohol, but since I can’t drink alcohol, I had amazake instead. It was delicious, but as I was leaving I realized there was coffee too. (Well, coffee is also available in the lobby and in the Room anyway—so it’s fine. And that’s something to be grateful for.) Perhaps because it was late, it seemed mixed in with preparations for the next morning’s breakfast venue, making it hard to tell which area was for welcome drinks… At breakfast as well, I couldn’t find glasses for juice or small spoons for dessert and coffee—was this also because it was late…? That said, overall it was a very comfortable stay. If I come to Asakusa again, I would definitely like to stay here again. Since then the fiscal year has changed as well, so these points may already have been improved; please forgive me if so.

    The welcome drink and breakfast were excellent.

    We were upgraded to a spacious Room with views of Tokyo Skytree and Senso-ji Temple. The light snacks in the welcome lounge were great—not only nuts, chocolate, and tarts, but also terrine and Royal sweet potato. The sweet potato was so delicious that I had it again at breakfast the next morning. For breakfast, they made me an omelet with one egg and mushrooms, onions, tomatoes, and spinach. It was fluffy, creamy, and delicious. There were also many other satisfying options such as steamed vegetables, cheese, Java curry, Mrs. Elizabeth Muffin’s banana muffin, fresh-squeezed orange juice you make yourself, and whole grapefruit juice—I was very happy with the selection. It was also nice to be able to easily get a Paulista café latte. Overall I was almost completely satisfied; the only disappointment was that the shower faucet in the bathroom was stiff and I couldn’t turn it. If that is improved, I would definitely like to stay again.

    I was very satisfied.

    On the day of our stay, we were given a Room upgrade, and the Room, bed, and bath were spacious. We could also enjoy views of Tokyo Skytree and Senso-ji Temple from the Room, making our stay very comfortable. In addition, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and everything was delicious. This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again if I have the opportunity.

    Welcome

    Before check-in, we enjoyed the welcome drinks—alcohol, juice, and tea (which we could prepare ourselves). There were also snacks, so we were able to relax in comfort.

    The Room and breakfast were both great.

    From the Room, we had a direct view of Tokyo Skytree and Senso-ji Temple, and the scenery was wonderful. The breakfast we had been looking forward to was as great as its reputation—especially the live-kitchen omelet, which was fluffy with perfectly stretchy cheese and tasted amazing. The Room was also thoroughly cleaned, so we had a very comfortable stay.

    Sparkling wine at breakfast

    The location was convenient, and I was happy to have sparkling wine with breakfast. Since I checked in late, it was disappointing that I couldn’t enjoy the welcome drink in the lounge.

    The service was excellent.

    I stayed here for my first trip with my daughter. By chance, a Room was available and we were upgraded from the Room we had reserved. We could see Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree from the Room, and my daughter was thrilled. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were also kind and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant. Thank you for making our trip such a wonderful one!

    Our family of three ...

    Our family of three had a wonderful stay. The view of Tokyo Skytree and Senso-ji Temple from the 5th-floor front desk level was excellent, and we enjoyed it with a beer in the lounge. Breakfast was also delicious. Thank you very much.

    Excellent location

    I’ve been to Tokyo many times, but this was my first time staying in Asakusa! There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and the breakfast had a great variety—so even over three nights, I enjoyed it every day and was very satisfied. In the evening, I relaxed in the lounge while looking at Tokyo Skytree. It was a great Hotel.

    It was a wonderful Hotel. The welcome drinks offered a great variety, including alcoholic beverages, juice, and matcha. The Room’s bath was separate from the toilet and had a large bathtub and a washing area, so we could relax. The staff were kind and left a very positive impression. We would love to stay again next time. Thank you very much. It made for a great trip.

    The breakfast is excellent.

    I stayed for two nights on a business trip. I had sent my luggage ahead, and it was properly stored. The front desk staff were kind and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent—each dish was carefully prepared and delicious. There was a wide variety of fruit, and the bread and muffins were also great, so I was very satisfied. Overall it was a good stay, but the Room cleaning could have been better (there were lots of food crumbs and trash under the bed), which was disappointing. However, the location is convenient and the breakfast is wonderful, so I would like to stay again if I have the chance.

    The night views of Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree are spectacular.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of two nights. Perhaps because my Room faced the Skytree directly, the view was excellent. I think the location is convenient for going out for drinks. For amenities that guests will definitely use, it would be more convenient to have them placed in the Room (toothbrush, razor, body wash towel).

    Richmond Hotel Premier Asakusa. My first trip to Tokyo, and I was a bit nervous!

    Everything was excellent—convenience, service, and the Room. They upgraded our Room to one with a view of Tokyo Skytree, and since it was my first time in Tokyo, it became a truly memorable and wonderful trip! With the location so close to Senso-ji Temple, we were able to experience the scenery and streets around Senso-ji at night, which felt completely different from daytime. Of course, we could also see Tokyo Skytree at night, so we were very satisfied. I was also really looking forward to breakfast, and it exceeded expectations—there was such a wide variety of food, and we could enjoy an elegant breakfast without any crowding. If I had to mention one thing: I understand it may be for hygiene reasons, but the humidifying air purifier in the Room did not have water in it. We filled it ourselves to use it, but it was a bit difficult to add water and felt slightly inconvenient. If possible, I think it would be helpful if water could be added and set up on the first day of stay.

    We stayed for two ni...

    We stayed for two nights. The Room was clean and nice. There was water left in the humidifier tank connection, and since I didn’t know how old it was, I chose not to use it. Breakfast had a wide variety of options and was excellent. The staff were polite and wonderful.

    Great location and excellent value for money.

    With restaurants, souvenir shops, and Don Quijote near Senso-ji Temple, the walk to the station doesn’t feel far at all. For this price, it’s a very satisfying Hotel with clean rooms, a great location, and a delicious breakfast. It would be even better with a large public bath... (I’m asking for too much.)

    Satisfied with the breakfast

    I always stay here. The main reason is the breakfast. There’s a great variety, and my personal favorites are roast beef, curry, and spicy cod roe. Even when I stay at a nearby Hotel, I sometimes come here just for breakfast. Since I often have a Multiple Night Stay, I’d love to see a few more daily rotating menu items.

    It’s a bit far from ...

    It’s a bit far from the nearest station, but it didn’t bother me much. UNIQLO is a good landmark. It was a clean Hotel.

    It was my first time back in Asakusa in a while—absolutely amazing!

    I was worried that Asakusa might be crowded with inbound tourists, but this time I was able to relax comfortably in the lounge upon arriving at the Hotel. From my Room, I could see Tokyo Skytree and Senso-ji Temple, and it was wonderful to spend some time simply enjoying the view from the window. The breakfast buffet the next morning was also excellent—everything, including the omelet, was delicious, and I ended up eating more than I intended. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again when visiting Asakusa. Thank you very much.

    It was comfortable.

    The front desk service was very smooth, and the hospitality was excellent. The views of Tokyo Skytree and Senso-ji Temple were great, and the location was perfect for sightseeing. I arrived at the Hotel’s first floor after midnight, but since entry is controlled by card security, I felt safe taking the elevator up to the 5th floor. I didn’t use the bath because I went to nearby ROX Matsuri no Yu instead, but the room was clean and I would stay here again.

    Asakusa Accommodation

    The Room and bathroom were clean again this time, making it very comfortable. It was great to be able to watch a variety of content on the TV. I really appreciated the complimentary coffee service. Breakfast was also delicious, and the orange juice was especially good. The roast beef was a bit tough and not quite as good—I wonder what others think. The location is very convenient.

    We were very satisfied with this Hotel.

    The location was excellent, and we had great views of Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree from the Hotel, making sightseeing very convenient. Breakfast was plentiful; I especially loved the freshly squeezed orange juice and whole grapefruit juice. The lounge offered a welcome drink service, with a wide variety of options such as amazake and alcoholic beverages, which was wonderful. The coffee from the machine near the elevators was also very delicious. It was a lovely Hotel that I would definitely like to stay at again.

    I got a great deal on my stay.

    This time, I was able to stay at a great value with the breakfast-included Plan. The breakfast was delicious, and the complimentary coffee service was also great. The curry, roast beef, and miso soup were especially tasty—I went back for seconds a few times. I always have the fresh grapefruit juice as well. Overall, I think it’s an excellent breakfast. I would like to stay again.

    Looking forward to breakfast.

    This Hotel has a delicious breakfast. There is a wide variety, and it’s exciting to start the day. It’s understandable that it gets crowded, but it can be inconvenient when you have to wait for dishes. Still, I enjoyed it. I also appreciate the complimentary coffee service in the lobby. This time, I had some coffee while waiting to meet someone in the lobby. I hope this service continues. There are no bottled waters provided in the guest room, so you have to go and get them yourself, but some guests may not need them, and it’s eco-friendly. I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

    The Room is clean, and the breakfast is delicious.

    The view of Asakusa’s five-story pagoda and Tokyo Skytree from the Room was beautiful. The bed had just the right level of cushioning, and I slept very well. In the morning, I went to the breakfast venue. Everything was delicious—I ate so much. The freshly made omelet and freshly squeezed orange juice were especially excellent. When I stay in Asakusa again, I would like to come back. If I had to mention one drawback, the shampoo didn’t suit me.

    We stayed here with three generations of our family to celebrate my mother’s birthday!

    We made a Reservation this time with a breakfast-included monitor Plan! When we stayed before, we chose the View Twin Room, and it was wonderful with a clear view of Tokyo Skytree, but I really wanted to see both Tokyo Skytree and Senso-ji Temple straight on, so we booked the Premier View Twin Room. The satisfaction with the view was on a completely different level. If I make a Reservation again next time, I’ll choose the Premier View Twin Room without hesitation. Breakfast was also great—the live-kitchen omelet was especially delicious! However, the roast beef seemed too large and tough for my mother and child, so it would be even better if it could be sliced thinner and into smaller pieces. I’d love to stay in the Premier View Twin Room again next year to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Thank you as well for the small birthday gift for my mother!
