    We stayed here with three generations of our family to celebrate my mother’s birthday!

    We made a Reservation this time with a breakfast-included monitor Plan! When we stayed before, we chose the View Twin Room, and it was wonderful with a clear view of Tokyo Skytree, but I really wanted to see both Tokyo Skytree and Senso-ji Temple straight on, so we booked the Premier View Twin Room. The satisfaction with the view was on a completely different level. If I make a Reservation again next time, I’ll choose the Premier View Twin Room without hesitation. Breakfast was also great—the live-kitchen omelet was especially delicious! However, the roast beef seemed too large and tough for my mother and child, so it would be even better if it could be sliced thinner and into smaller pieces. I’d love to stay in the Premier View Twin Room again next year to celebrate my mother’s birthday. Thank you as well for the small birthday gift for my mother!

    It was a very fulfil...

    It was a very fulfilling stay. From check-in onward, the courteous service made a great impression. In the lounge, we enjoyed a welcome drink and sweet potato pastry, and in the evening we also had beer, highballs, and more. I thought it was an excellent service. Breakfast offered a wide variety and was very satisfying. There are many shops nearby as well, so the location is perfect. This is a Hotel I would love to stay at again.

    I made the Reservation on my mother’s behalf as she was staying alone. She was truly grateful for the wonderful Room you provided. She also thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the lounge, and was delighted by the luxurious breakfast with such a wide variety of options.     Richmond Hotel Breakfast

    The first time I stayed, I was impressed by how delicious the breakfast was, so now whenever there is a Richmond Hotel at my destination, I choose to stay there. This is my third stay, following Kochi and Kagoshima Tenmonkan. Each Hotel offers local specialties with thoughtful touches, so I look forward to breakfast every time. Thanks to you, I feel the joy of discovering great food while traveling. Thank you again for this stay.

    Due to the snow, I had to book an Accommodation at short notice and found it at a relatively reasonable price. I thought it would be just a place to stay, but it turned out to be the perfect choice. The Room, breakfast, and lounge were all excellent—especially the breakfast, which was truly delicious. I would definitely like to stay here again next time.

    I’ve become a fan of this Hotel.

    This was my first time staying here. I had a very comfortable stay in a Room with great views of Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree. The welcome drink service was a nice touch. The cafe latte was especially delicious, and I really appreciated being able to use it for long hours during my stay. The lounge also had a wonderful atmosphere while enjoying the views of Senso-ji Temple and Tokyo Skytree, and I enjoyed the alcohol and light snacks as well. At the breakfast buffet, the whole grapefruit and freshly squeezed orange juice were fun to watch, beautifully presented, and very tasty. As it was a weekday, there wasn’t a long line, so I could easily choose what I wanted from the buffet counter and enjoy breakfast in comfort. All of the staff were very kind and helpful, and I found a Hotel I would love to stay at again.

    If you’re heading to Asakusa, the Richmond Hotel is the only choice.

    The price was reasonable, which was great. Being able to use the lounge was even better than before. The breakfast also had a wide variety of options, which we enjoyed. Thank you very much.

    A Hotel near Senso-ji Temple, conveniently located for sightseeing.

    It was conveniently within walking distance of some of my favorite places in Tokyo, including Asakusa, Senso-ji Temple, the subway, and Tobu Railway Asakusa Station for access to Nikko. I had a Multiple Night Stay, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options—I ate too much (lol). It was a bit disappointing that I couldn’t use the self check-in and the front desk was crowded. The neighboring English-speaking family staying at the Accommodation was quite loud even late at night, so I ended up slightly sleep-deprived. Overall, I was very satisfied with the location for sightseeing and the wide selection at breakfast.

    The location was perfect for sightseeing in Asakusa, and the service and night view were excellent! With check-in from 2:00 PM to check-out at 11:00 AM the next day, we were able to enjoy our stay to the fullest!

    I’ve stayed here several times since last year.

    It’s a clean Hotel, and the food was delicious. I’ve stayed here several times, and this time I booked a monitor Plan that includes breakfast. I was asked at check-in to post a review if possible, so I decided to do so. For breakfast, the made-to-order omelet and freshly squeezed orange juice were great. The curry was also delicious and different from typical Hotel breakfasts. Even if I arrive early before check-in, the welcome drink lets me sit down and wait comfortably without getting bored, which I really appreciate. The seating area on the pre-check-in floor is often full, and there can be a line at the start of check-in time, so it helps that I can wait a bit and then check in. This time I chose the Premier Twin Room (I think). The toilet and bath are separate, and everything feels clean. It’s also helpful that the TV is an Android TV. The TV is large enough to watch comfortably even while lying in bed. Requests: Because it was cold, I slept with the heater on, but when I woke up the room felt very dry. I would appreciate it if you could provide a more powerful humidifier. Also, since I assume this building is managed by Richmond Hotel, one thing to mention: the elevator from the first floor up to the Hotel is inconvenient. It sometimes stops for users of other floors below, so it isn’t smooth to get up or down. I would appreciate improvements such as making one elevator dedicated for access to the Hotel.

    The view of Tokyo Skytree and Senso-ji Temple from the Room was wonderful. The washbasin was spacious and easy to use. The welcome drinks included decaf coffee and herbal tea, which made it very relaxing. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fruit, along with unique items like warabi mochi and taiyaki, all of which were delicious.

    This was my first stay, and it’s a Hotel in Asakusa with a great location. The amenity bar and drink service were also a nice touch. At check-in, there were about three staff members at the front desk, but they seemed to hesitate over who would handle my check-in. The guidance afterward was good, but that initial interaction left me feeling slightly unsettled. Breakfast was delicious, including the fresh juice. However, the empty plates remained on the table until I left after finishing my meal, so I would appreciate it if they could be cleared periodically.

    I’d been curious about the breakfast for a while, and with what seemed like an off-season? push thanks to a better-than-usual rate, I was finally able to stay here. At check-in, for reasons unknown, I couldn’t use the QR code for self check-in and ended up checking in at the front desk. However, the staff kindly and thoroughly explained the facilities, so I didn’t need to look things up or go ask questions—if anything, it was helpful. Check-out, on the other hand, was smooth using the machine. The Room prepared for us had a wonderful view: Tokyo Skytree, Asahi Beer’s unique building, and Senso-ji Temple below. I was so captivated that I sat on the bed for quite a while without moving. The breakfast I’d been looking forward to exceeded my expectations and left me completely satisfied. The omelet was delivered fresh to my table, so I didn’t have to wait there; instead, I could choose other dishes and drinks in the meantime and use my time well. It was satisfying enough that I thought if I were younger I would have eaten both Western- and Japanese-style options—and it also gave me something to look forward to next time: trying the Japanese dishes I couldn’t fit in this time. There were only two points that stood out; since everything else was excellent overall, I’ll mention them anyway. At breakfast, it was helpful that staff cleared used plates and glasses from our table; however, because we were seated at a two-person table, they stacked plates and glasses one after another at a height that really entered my field of view while eating. Whether this is policy or not, none of the staff who came by used a tray—so as we were talking face-to-face at eye level (for conversation), plates and glasses kept piling up there. They did leave enough space that remaining empty glasses didn’t bother us much, but because they came multiple times until everything had been cleared away completely (?), it also felt as if we were being rushed somewhat (?) . Also regarding (the) men’s restroom in (the) lobby: just before check-out (?), when an urgent need hit me (?) ,I rushed in—but it was so dirty that i didn't feel like using it at all ,so i hurriedly took elevator back up room . It happened right before cleaning time ,and i don't know how long had been like this ,but since not only our Room but also various areas throughout building were kept very clean ,it stood out even more .

    This Hotel is very well-balanced overall, with an excellent location, breakfast, and Facilities.

    Conveniently located in Asakusa Rokku, making sightseeing very easy. Asakusa Engei Hall is right in front. Check-in is at 14:00, and with Richmond Club membership, a 12:00 checkout is appreciated even when booking through non-official Accommodation reservation sites. The QR code didn’t scan properly at the self check-in machine, but staff assisted; their explanations were thorough and they were pleasant to deal with. Welcome free drinks are available from 13:00 to 21:00 (except 16:00–17:00), including alcohol, with a wide variety—not just the typical drink-bar machine. Light snacks are also provided. Replacing bottled mineral water in the room with water dispensers on each floor is a great idea. There’s also a coffee machine on the front desk floor, which is convenient. The in-room charging adapter supports many types. The room stayed comfortable even in midwinter—perhaps thanks to good insulation. Noise from the hallway was somewhat noticeable. It was hard to find the elevator from the 1st floor to the front desk floor, and I got lost. Of the two elevators in the building, only one goes to the front desk. Since there are only two elevators shared with tenant floors as well, wait times were often long and it was frequently crowded. Breakfast was excellent: a fresh orange juice machine, grapefruit juice served with thick straws, and morning sparkling wine. I was happy to see omelets and curry rice. Both cold and hot dishes were satisfying. The vegetables and fruit were high quality. There’s also a wide selection of desserts, and the pudding was delicious. There’s so much variety that you can’t try everything in one night—so I’m glad I stayed two nights.

    Our family’s New Year tradition is to spend the day out and about in Tokyo.

    We stayed in two Rooms for a family of four with the Monitor Plan View Twin with breakfast included. They prepared adjacent Rooms for us, and the clean, beautiful Rooms were very comfortable. The view from the Room was wonderful, and just looking at Tokyo Skytree and the five-story pagoda of Senso-ji Temple was soothing. Hoppy Street is right below, and you can see the lively atmosphere. It’s also a very convenient location as a base for sightseeing. There are many places to eat nearby, so it’s easy to enjoy food and drinks in the evening as well. Breakfast was excellent—just what you’d expect from Richmond Hotel. We were very satisfied with breakfast. Thanks to you, it became a wonderful family travel memory. Thank you very much.

    Very satisfied with the perks.

    With plenty of time for both check-in and check-out, I was able to fully enjoy my stay at the Hotel. I was also very satisfied with the welcome drink and breakfast. I would like to stay again.

    So-so.

    About 80% of the guests were foreigners, and it was noisy with children running in the hallways. I had high expectations for breakfast, but it was not very good, which was a bit disappointing. It felt like there were only small portions available. The double bed was nice, but I think the meals could be improved a bit more. I would have liked a newer air purifier.

    Both the Room and bathroom are clean. The Room is spacious enough for a solo stay. The bed was wide and comfortable. The view was also great, with Tokyo Skytree visible. Breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. The location is convenient, close to the station.

    We stayed at the accommodation last New Year's and had a wonderful experience, so this year we invited our daughter and her spouse to stay with us. The location near Senso-ji Temple with a direct view of the Skytree was excellent.

    The view was excellent.

    With few tall buildings around, the view from the Room was excellent and offered a sense of openness. The Room was well-heated up to the windows, ensuring comfort even during cold seasons. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, all delicious and enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the sweet potato treats and mini taiyaki. I would definitely like to stay at this Hotel again.

    The staff was very friendly! The amenities were well-equipped, making my stay comfortable. The breakfast was luxurious with a wide variety of options, which I really enjoyed. The view from the courtyard was also lovely! Although it’s a bit of a walk from the station, the area is lively and feels safe. Highly recommended for Tokyo sightseeing!

    There was an available room on the Skytree side, and thanks to the Hotel's kind consideration, I was able to stay in a room with a Skytree view instead of a city view. After an exhausting day at work, seeing the illuminated Skytree gave me energy. Thank you.
