    The bathroom might be unpleasant...

    I chose this place because it was close to the live venue, but overall it was disappointing. There was trash left by the previous guest, and there were splashes of liquid on the bathroom door, which made me feel like it hadn't been cleaned. As for the bathroom, even though I hadn't used it yet (right after returning from the live event), there was steam and humidity making everything foggy, including the mirror. It felt unpleasant as if it had come from other guest rooms.

    Perfect property for...

    Perfect property for fan activities! "Check-in at 2 PM" allows you to rest your tired body after purchasing goods from the morning. Located just 5 minutes from a certain gate of the dome, you can avoid crowds and quickly return to your room after the concert. Truly a helpful presence in every way. Although it was described as "compact," those who like cozy rooms will be very satisfied with this room. The Wi-Fi speed is also not an issue, and I plan to make a reservation again during live events at Tokyo Dome.

    Even with a Room that has some issues, you will be very satisfied.

    We were offered a discounted rate for a twin room with some conditions. The room was clean, and the size didn't bother us much. It's very convenient as Tokyo Dome is just across the street, and Don Quijote and convenience stores are nearby. When not having breakfast at Saizeriya, it's great to shop at Don Quijote or get souvenir langue de chat cookies or coffee sets from the front desk, which can also be used for lunch or dinner at Saizeriya. I would like to stay here again for another live event at Tokyo Dome.

    The overall atmosphe...

    The overall atmosphere of the Facility was beautiful and clean, and I was very satisfied. The breakfast included from Saizeriya was quite voluminous, which could be considered a downside, but I believe it's at a level where anyone would recommend it to their acquaintances.

    Access to Tokyo Dome

    Good Points - The Tokyo Dome is right in front, making access excellent. - There is a Don Quijote store right below, and LaQua is also in front, making shopping convenient. - About a 10-minute walk to Korakuen Station. Tokyo Station is also 5 stations and 9 minutes away. The hotel is relatively close to the nearest station. - The room is spacious. - There are two elevators, but they move quickly, which is satisfying. Points of Concern (Generally Satisfied) - Upon entering the room, there was a crumpled tissue inside, and hair on the bed. - The electric kettle was dirty. - From the above, I felt a little uneasy about whether cleaning was being done.

    Convenient location for transportation

    Overall, the rates are quite high. In this class, however... In the morning at Saizeriya, I found ordering via smartphone to be less convenient than ordering from a person. It was good for a short stay.

    Hotel within walking distance to Tokyo Dome

    I used the property when attending a live concert at Tokyo Dome. It is within walking distance to the venue, and there are many Don Quijote stores, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, making the location very good. The front desk service was straightforward and clear, and amenities are available on the front floor, allowing you to take as much as you need. I used the Superior Twin Room because I prefer a room with a separate bath and toilet. The wallpaper by the bedside was slightly torn, and the cleaning around the water area seemed a bit lacking, but considering the accommodation prices surge during live events, I think it was a reasonable deal.

    Conveniently located near the dome.

    I stayed for a live event. Honestly, the Dome Hotel was expensive, so I chose this one. Therefore, it was convenient as it was nearby. However, the view from the window was terrible. It felt like a better Business Hotel. If the Dome Hotel is not an option again, I might want to stay here.

    The location is simply excellent.

    I always use this Hotel. There are two types of convenience stores nearby, as well as a Don Quijote, so even if you forget something, it's not inconvenient. Above all, there are plenty of places to eat, and the access to JR, Toei Line, and Tokyo Metro stations is excellent, making it the best Hotel. I look forward to staying again.

    I would like to stay here again if there is a live event near Tokyo Dome.

    I used it because there was a live performance at Theater G Rosso. It takes about 3 minutes to get from the venue to the Hotel, so it was convenient as I could arrive quickly even if it was late or I was tired after the performance. The amenities were also plentiful and good. However, the Room I stayed in was on the 6th floor, and at night, I heard a sound like someone knocking on the window several times, which was strange. I wonder what that was.

    Perfectly located for events at Tokyo Dome!

    I used this Property for a live event at the dome. Since it was going to be late at night, I looked for a nearby Hotel and found one just a 2-3 minute walk away. The guest room did not offer much of a view, with a construction crane right in the middle, but the interior was clean, had a calm design, and the bed was very comfortable. It might be inefficient to check in at the front desk and then move to the automated check-in to pay the Accommodation Tax. Amenities are self-service, where you pick up what you need at the front desk. While some higher-ranked Hotels only provide a toothbrush in the name of SDGs, this Property had a well-stocked selection, which was very helpful. I will definitely use this Property again next time.

    The amenities are excellent in both variety and quality. You can stay without bringing your own amenities, which reduces your luggage and is very convenient! I always have a comfortable stay! I have stayed at various hotels, but now I always choose this property for stays around Iidabashi Suidobashi Kasuga.

    The smell from the drain pipe

    The Room and Facility are new and clean. However, it seems that the odor trap of the wastewater pipe is not working, and the smell from the bathroom is strong, which is unfortunate as it does not make for a comfortable stay.

    Richmond Hotel is my regular Stays.

    Richmond Hotel Suidobashi is located very close to Tokyo Dome Hotel. Between the station and the hotel, there is Seijo Ishii, and next to the hotel is Don Quijote, making it a convenient place for shopping. Also, the Marunouchi Line is easily accessible, allowing you to reach both Tokyo and Shinjuku directly, which I think is convenient.

    I might not stay again.

    Since it is a cold season, I reserved a room with a bath that has a washing area. However, the bath was terrible. Hair was stuck to the bathtub, so I rinsed it with the shower. When I touched the bathtub with my hand, it felt gritty as if dirt was attached all over the inside, as if it hadn't been cleaned at all. It was unpleasant, and I couldn't bring myself to fill it with water and take a bath. When I tried filling the bathtub with water, a few strands of hair floated. It was pointless to choose a room with a washing area, which is more expensive than usual.

    I used it during my stay!

    I stayed with my daughter for a live event in December. The location is very convenient, just a short distance to Tokyo Dome, with a Don Quijote right below and two convenience stores nearby. The service at the front desk and the Facility itself were excellent, making our stay pleasant. However, there was one disappointing aspect. While the floor of the Room was very clean, there was a lot of dust on the air conditioning, around it, and on the walls, which was disappointing. Since the air conditioning is visible when sitting on the bed, I think it would be better to clean around it. Especially in seasons when heating or cooling is used, dust can spread in the Room. Although it was relatively warm that day, making us not use the air conditioning, it made us reluctant to use it even if it were cold. When I noticed the dust on the air conditioning, I looked around and saw that there was a lot of dust stuck to the upper part of the walls, which made my daughter and me feel very disappointed. I would like to use the Property again for events at Tokyo Dome, so I hope for improvements... it would be appreciated.

    Best value for money! Convenient for Tokyo Dome live events.

    I made a reservation to attend a tour at Tokyo Dome. Since it was a Business Hotel, I didn't have high expectations, but the amenities were varied, and I could enjoy my favorite drinks in the lobby, so the services outside the room were also good!! Also, they kept my luggage after checkout, so I could attend the live event with ease. Being within walking distance to the Dome was great, and having Don Quijote and a convenience store nearby in the same building was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable.     The access from Suidobashi Station is convenient, with a Don Quijote and several convenience stores right next to it, and multiple restaurants within the Tokyo Dome-related facilities, making it a very convenient and comfortable location.     It was convenient being close to Tokyo Dome!

    I stayed on the event day, and it was very reasonable, which was helpful. I chose a plan with breakfast, but since it was a Saizeriya breakfast set, I used it for 1000 yen worth of shopping at Don Quijote. I was looking forward to the hotel's breakfast, so that was disappointing. I chose this place because check-in was available from 2:00 PM, but it was very crowded, and they were using a ticket system. I wondered if it couldn't have been expedited since there were many staff members at the front desk. I arrived around 1:45 PM, but I was able to check in around 2:30 PM. Other than that, the room was clean, so I would like to use it again with more time to spare.

    I chose this hotel b...

    I chose this hotel because it is close to Tokyo Dome. Upon arrival, I was horrified to find nail clippings from a previous guest near the trash can. If it were just one piece, I might think "these things happen," but there were about three pieces, which gave me the impression that the cleaning might not be very thorough. Other than that, I had a comfortable stay.

    The amenities for women are well-equipped. All the basic cosmetics were provided, which was very helpful. Having a baggage rack was convenient. The front desk staff were polite and very pleasant.     Check-in took a litt...

    Check-in took a little time, but it was very convenient being close to the dome. I was able to relax in the Room until the last minute, and I didn't have to worry about the restroom. The breakfast at Saizeriya was also delicious. I will use it again when I go to the dome.

    It was very convenient as it was very close to both the station and Tokyo Dome. I would like to use it again if I have the chance! My Room was a bit disappointing as I couldn't see outside from the window, and I was a little concerned about some black stains around the water area, but it was a sufficient Room for one person!     The location is excellent.

    Cheap! Clean!

    On holidays, the area around the Hotel can be quite noisy, but inside the Hotel, it was quiet and relaxing. The Room was very clean, and I was very satisfied with the breakfast at Saizeriya. Having breakfast included at this price is quite a bargain! It's close to the station, and access to the area around Tokyo Station is also excellent.

    I think it is a good Hotel, but

    The location is good and I have used it several times. This time, there was a clump of hair stuck to the bottom of the bathroom cup before use. I think it was just a coincidence, but it left an unpleasant feeling during my stay.

    Right next to Don Quijote, great location.

    Close to Suidobashi and Korakuen stations, with Don Quijote right next door and LaQua across the street, which houses Uniqlo, Muji, 3coins, and Matsumoto Kiyoshi, as well as a variety of restaurants, the area is extremely convenient. Since this was a short stay before returning to my hometown after coming back to Japan from overseas, it was convenient to have everything available around the Property. Amenities were well-prepared at the front desk, and it was nice to see a good selection of amenities for women. I enjoyed the relatively spacious bathtub with bath salts. Breakfast was a set menu at Saizeriya in the same building, which was honestly disappointing. However, I thought it was a good alternative that those who do not use the breakfast ticket could receive souvenir snacks instead. It's a very minor detail, but I wished there was a spoon in the Room. I wanted to check in early, but it was not possible until 3 PM, which was disappointing. Although it was according to the rules, in my personal experience, there have been many cases where early check-in was allowed, so it was unfortunate.
