    Stay in a beautiful Room

    I use this accommodation when watching baseball games at Tokyo Dome. I was unaware that I could request an earlier check-in (paid) at 1 PM instead of 2 PM, but it was very helpful. The Room is always clean and tidy, and the access is extremely convenient. I will definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

    Stayed at the accomm...

    Stayed at the accommodation again for the dome live. Very close to the dome, with amenities provided, clean and tidy. There’s also a Don Quijote next to the hotel, making it convenient for late-night snacks. I’m a repeat guest!

    Tokyo Anniversary Trip

    This was my first stay, and I thought it was an excellent Hotel with a great location. The view was wonderful, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. However, I noticed some small debris on the floor of the toilet and washroom. It would have been even better if the washroom and bathroom were separate. The staff's service was also excellent, and I would love to stay again. Thank you very much for this experience!

    Great location! Fully equipped amenities!

    I used this Hotel for watching baseball at Tokyo Dome and sightseeing in Tokyo. The location was excellent, and the Facility was new and clean. Amenities were placed near the front desk for guests to take as needed, including not only lotion and face wash but also serum, bath additives, and face masks, which was a pleasant surprise. After a tiring day, I felt rejuvenated with the bath additives & face mask back at the Hotel. Additionally, the elevator required a Room key card to access guest floors, which made me feel secure. I would love to stay here again!

    Perfect and satisfying Hotel.

    Located across from Tokyo Dome, with multiple train stations nearby for great convenience. The nearest station is Suidobashi on the Mita Line. The entrance greets you with a pleasant aroma from an aroma diffuser. The front desk staff were efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Amenities are available through self-service. The Room was of standard size and Facility but exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a sense of cleanliness and comfort. The cleaning staff worked efficiently in large numbers, contributing to a pleasant stay. We appreciated the discounted early booking rate as well. Breakfast is served at Saizeriya, located within the same building, where you can choose from their menu options.

    It was great.

    The staff was friendly and helpful. It was very quiet with no noise disturbances. I stayed here for a concert at the dome, and the Hotel's proximity to the dome was excellent. Additionally, having Don Quijote and Saizeriya adjacent to the Hotel was very convenient. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity.

    The view from the window of Saizeriya Restaurant is stunning.

    I used it for work. The location is great as a Business Hotel. The bed is comfortable, and the amenities are well-prepared and convenient to use. The dining area is Saizeriya, but you can see Korakuen Amusement Park from the window, which feels very open. It's very disappointing that there is no large public bath.

    Repeat stay. Satisfied again!

    We initially made separate reservations for different dates but ended up staying for a total of 2 nights. Thank you for accommodating us in the same room. ● Guest Room & Amenities The guest room was very clean. The TV was large enough to enjoy while lying down. The desk was spacious, and the adjustable range of the desk lamp made it very convenient to use. My wife appreciated the large tabletop mirror, which meant she didn’t need to bring her own. In addition to the desk chair, there was a round stool and a small round table, which were helpful for light meals. It’s great that we could pick up only what we needed from the amenities at the front desk. Our favorites were body towels, bath salts (the new ones had a wonderful scent—thank you for reintroducing them!), drip coffee, and green tea. ● Customer Service As soon as we arrived on the elevator at the front desk floor (around 2:15 PM), hotel staff guided us to take tickets for waiting in line—very impressive! There’s also a water dispenser and complimentary tea bags in the waiting area, which is very convenient. ● Bathroom It’s a standard unit bath but kept very clean—thanks to housekeeping! ● Facility & Equipment While weekend rates are more than double compared to weekdays, considering its location and facilities provided, we are satisfied with our stay. For our second night at nearly base price with an early checkout before 5 AM (short stay), it felt like good value. ● Multiple Night Stay We were initially concerned about housekeeping during multiple night stays but loved that requests could be made via the guest room TV system—it’s fantastic! We wish this feature would be available across hotels nationwide! ● Meals For both nights’ stays, we booked plans with breakfast included. On our first morning, we had breakfast at Saizeriya within the same building—a first-time experience there but no issues using their system; it felt incredibly convenient! On our second morning (due to catching an early train), instead of dining at Saizeriya, we used two ¥1,000 vouchers at Don Quijote within the same building—extremely satisfying! This time around as well as before visiting your hotel again next time—we thoroughly checked your Instagram page and website beforehand; highly recommend reservers do so too! The variety of rental items available is also super handy. Thank you once again for another comfortable stay—we look forward to returning!

    Quite disappointing.

    For frequent business trips to Tokyo, I usually choose accommodations like Via Inn, Daiwa Roynet, Mets, or Richmond. I expected the same reliable experience with Richmond here but was left disappointed in several ways. ① The front desk staff when I dropped off my luggage before check-in came across as overly formal and unaccommodating. While I don’t expect every request to be fulfilled, a little more tact in declining would go a long way. ② Despite being a modern business hotel, there wasn’t a single USB charging port in the room. Assuming this wouldn’t be an issue at a Tokyo business hotel, I didn’t bring my charger and asked for one to borrow—only to be told to purchase one at the nearby Don Quijote store. Future guests should definitely bring their own chargers. ③ Cleanliness was lacking overall. Additionally, the chair in my room was in unacceptable condition (as shown in the photo). This level of wear is simply not okay. The only positive point was that the windows could be opened for fresh air.

    For business trips

    The only hotel I repeatedly use during business trips to Tokyo is Richmond Hotel Suidobashi. It's convenient with a Don Quijote store below, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, so meals are never an issue. Parking lots in the area are relatively affordable for Tokyo, making it very convenient. If the accommodation cost remains around this level, this would always be my top choice.

    Spacious Room

    I used it for an event. The Room was spacious, so I had a comfortable stay. With Don Quijote right next to the Hotel, shopping was convenient, and there were many dining options at Dome City, which was helpful. I will use it again.

    This hotel is my go-to place whenever there’s a live event at Tokyo Dome, and I’ve stayed here multiple times. Initially, I chose it for its proximity to the Dome and the 2:00 PM check-in time, which turned out to be perfect for a comfortable stay. Since then, I’ve decided this is the only place I’ll use. The downside is that reservations can be hard to secure during events, and prices tend to spike significantly. However, for me, the value outweighs these drawbacks. During event days around 2:00 PM, the front desk can get crowded, but it’s understandable. The security measures are excellent, and I appreciate their system of providing only the amenities you need—very efficient with no waste. The selection of drinks is sufficient for me; I usually buy water from Don Quijote downstairs. For meals, LaQua facilities offer plenty of takeout options including desserts—so there’s never been any inconvenience on that front. What stands out most is being able to rest my tired body after waiting in long lines for merchandise before a live show or not having to worry about restroom access during events. Plus, being able to return immediately after a concert makes all the difference. This time around, I opted for breakfast included in my reservation but felt it wasn’t necessary—it wasn’t bad by any means; however, since breakfast isn’t something I prioritize much and there are nearby restaurants and convenience stores open early in the morning anyway—I think skipping it next time would be fine. At check-in initially handled at the counter followed by finalizing through an automated payment machine seemed unnecessary at first but didn’t feel like much trouble overall—and since checkout was smooth because of this process—it was acceptable. Even though I'm familiar with this hotel layout/processes over years yet slight changes happen if gap between visits occur hence when clarifying queries staff member responded somewhat dismissively although polite enough still left minor disappointment impression likely depends individual handling situation rather than standard practice! Already booked summer live-event stay ahead looking forward enjoying both concert experience alongside staying here again!

    Perfect for baseball game stays!

    I stayed at Richmond Hotel to watch a sports game at Tokyo Dome, traveling from Gifu and Aichi Prefectures. It was my first time watching a game at the home stadium, so I searched various options around the area. The hotel is close to the station, offers great dining options, and was cost-effective for accommodation after the game. I would love to stay at this hotel again when I visit the Dome next time!

    I would like to use it again next time.

    The twin smoking room I had reserved was upgraded on the day of my stay. The spacious and comfortable room with a separate toilet exceeded my expectations, making it an incredibly satisfying stay at such a reasonable price. I truly appreciated having a smoking room available, as they have become increasingly rare in recent years. Previously, I stayed at another hotel for soccer matches at Saitama Stadium, but this accommodation is more convenient as there is no need to transfer between Korakuen Station and Urawa-Misono Station on the subway line. Despite the rainy weather on the day of my visit, its proximity to Korakuen Station allowed me to walk without getting completely soaked. I will definitely use this accommodation again for future matches. Thank you very much!

    I frequently use this accommodation for work and find it very convenient. This time, I stayed on the 4th floor for the first time and had a pleasant experience overall. However, I was extremely surprised to see an unbelievable amount of dust accumulated on the bathroom ventilation fan. I had assumed that hotels clean such areas regularly, so it was quite shocking. I sincerely hope it will be cleaned by my next visit.

    The side entrance near Don Quijote was a bit hard to find, but it wasn't an issue. The towels were fluffy and odor-free, and the bathroom was spotless with no hair left behind. It was very quiet with no noise at all. It seemed like many guests were there for business purposes. I would love to stay here again.

    Tea in the Lobby

    Always a comfortable stay. The lobby offers a variety of teas, and although I’ve stayed here many times, I hadn’t had the chance to try them until this time. The honey tea was mildly sweet without sugar and absolutely delicious. The amenities are well-known for their quality, and I highly recommend them as well. Among the amenities, the skincare products are from Kracie. When staying for several nights, skincare products can take up space in your luggage, but here you don’t need to bring any at all. It’s been very convenient!

    Cleaning

    This is an important hotel that I always use. The amenities are well-equipped, and I have a comfortable stay. Regarding room cleaning for a multiple night stay: You can choose from regular cleaning, eco-cleaning, or no cleaning. On the first day of my stay, I made my selection; however, it seems that you need to select your preference for every single day of your stay. If no action is taken on certain days, it automatically defaults to eco-cleaning. I assumed that the choice I made on the first day would apply throughout my multiple night stay. It would be helpful if there was a note stating that guests need to set their cleaning preferences for each day during their multiple night stays. For those staying multiple nights, please remember to make your selections daily. The luxury and cleanliness of the room are impeccable, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

    2 nights Returned tired to find the Room uncleaned. Only new towels were left on the bed. Trash bin was knocked over, leaving me exhausted. The next morning, I was told that cleaning must be requested via the TV screen. Everything is automated, which feels disheartening.

    A highly satisfying and excellent Hotel. The front desk service is outstanding, and everything from amenities, Room cleanliness, towels, to bedding is impeccable and comfortable. However, the breakfast at Saizeriya was quite disappointing—honestly not tasty. But considering it can be exchanged for a Don Quijote shopping voucher, the value for money is still exceptional and commendable. I would definitely love to stay here again!

    Separate bath and toilet

    I stay in Tokyo weekly and chose to stay at Suidobashi this time as I like the Richmond in Mejiro. I selected a room with a separate bath and toilet, but although they were technically separate, the bathroom lacked a washing area. It was designed like a unit bath, which was disappointing on a cold day. Additionally, though not the hotel's fault, I was woken up around 4 AM by loud voices from nearby rooms and couldn't fall back asleep. While staff addressed the issue after someone contacted the front desk, it left an unfortunate impression overall.

    The coffee was absolutely delicious. I usually stay at Tokyo Dome Hotel, but since it was fully booked, I chose Richmond Hotel this time. It was a bit disappointing that the coffee was limited to one per person, so I couldn’t have more. I tried searching online but couldn’t find the same coffee as it seems to be for commercial use. The hotel is clean and comfortable to stay in. Next time, I will definitely choose Richmond Hotel again. The bath rating is 3 because it was too deep and difficult for me to get in due to my leg condition—sorry about that!

    Close to the Dome, JR, and Metro stations. The first floor features a 24-hour Don Quijote store. Breakfast vouchers can also be used at Don Quijote with a ¥1,000 discount. Excellent choice!
