    Very convenient in many ways. I’ll use it again.

    The Room is clean, and the bathroom and toilet are also spotless. There are plenty of places to eat, and a convenience store is nearby. Especially since there’s a Don Quijote close by.

    Excellent service.

    I stayed for two nights to attend a live show at Tokyo Dome, and every front desk staff member was quick and courteous—I’d like to stay here again next time. It’s right in front of Tokyo Dome, there are convenience stores nearby, and there’s also a Don Quijote on the first floor, so it was very comfortable.

    It was comfortable.

    As explained in advance, there is indeed no view from the window, but the Room was spacious enough for two people and had its own bathroom facilities, so we stayed comfortably. It was also conveniently close to the station, and I would like to use it again when visiting Tokyo.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    The Room had a separate bath and toilet. The Room was spacious, and I could relax in the bath. There were also supermarkets and takeout restaurants nearby, which was very convenient.

    Just right

    Close to the station and right in front of Tokyo Dome. Although my purpose this time wasn't related to Tokyo Dome, I chose this accommodation after searching for options considering cost and convenience for watching the Hakone Ekiden during New Year's. I checked in to drop off my luggage and had dinner at a yakiniku restaurant near the station. There are also plenty of shops at Tokyo Dome City right in front. The room was clean, with a Don Quijote store downstairs and a convenience store nearby, making it very convenient as most necessities are easily available. Breakfast is served at Saizeriya within the building, where you can use your breakfast ticket to choose what you'd like. I stayed with my son in his 20s, who also found it convenient and liked it very much. I would consider staying here again when attending events at Tokyo Dome!

    This was my second stay.

    I stayed at the accommodation during a concert at Tokyo Dome. The room was very clean and provided a comfortable space. Unfortunately, I started feeling unwell from the night of my stay, and when I borrowed a thermometer, the staff kindly suggested lending me an ice pack, which was very helpful. Later that night, my fever rose to 39 degrees Celsius, and they replaced the ice pack twice. When it wasn’t ready in time, they even prepared a bag of ice for me. Their flexible support was truly appreciated. Additionally, having Don Quijote on the first floor open 24 hours allowed me to purchase necessary items like cooling gel sheets conveniently.

    Comfortable and convenient.

    First stay. Since an event was being held at the dome, I adjusted my timing and experienced no issues at the front desk. The lobby was comfortable. The Room had no problems and was pleasant. The abundance of outlets was very helpful.

    It was my first time...

    It was my first time staying at a Hotel in Tokyo where the toilet and bathroom were separate, and I was very pleased. The service from the reception staff was excellent. The location in Suidobashi is convenient with great access. If the Room cleaning had been a bit more thorough (there was some trash left behind, possibly from a previous guest), it would have been perfect. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    What was that smell...?

    I stayed here for a dome event. The staff, Room, and amenities were satisfactory with no complaints. However, when I woke up in the morning and entered the bathroom, there was a very unpleasant odor. The Room had a bath with a washing area, but upon checking the bathroom, it seemed fine. There was also an odor in the toilet. It was fine during check-in and even before going to bed when I used the toilet, so I'm not sure what caused it. I used the air purifier provided in the Room to improve the situation slightly. The smell was quite strong and unfortunate as it was my only concern during my stay. I hope this can be checked. The location near the dome is very convenient; that part was excellent. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Clean and Comfortable

    I stayed here for a concert at Tokyo Dome. I chose this accommodation because of its convenient location, and the room was very clean and comfortable, including the shower curtain in the bathroom! The bed was excellent, and I slept soundly. I have back pain, but I experienced no discomfort at all! I would love to stay here again next time. (It’s always hard to make a reservation due to its popularity.) Thank you very much!

    Girls' Night Out

    Enjoy the dazzling illuminations right in front of the dome and admire the beautiful autumn foliage at Koishikawa Korakuen Garden. Despite being in the city center, it was quiet and comfortable even without air conditioning.

    The front desk had a great atmosphere, and the location was extremely convenient with excellent access from the station.

    I arrived early to explore the destination and left my luggage at the Hotel, where I was impressed by the courteous service of the front desk staff. The Room was quiet, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom had a washing area, allowing for a relaxing bath. The Room also provided a charging cable compatible with both Android smartphones and iPhones, which was very convenient. On the first floor of the Hotel, there was a Don Quijote store, and on the third floor, there was Saizeriya—both were very handy. Although I chose a Plan without breakfast this time, I enjoyed Saizeriya's morning menu as it was delicious and convenient. It was an extremely satisfying one-night stay. Thank you for providing such a comfortable experience!

    Business Trip Use

    I usually stay here for business trips to Tokyo. It is conveniently located in the center of my activity area, with a very convenient surrounding environment (restaurants, convenience stores, parking, etc.). If I were dissatisfied with the service or the feel of the Room, I wouldn't come back, so I think it's a good Hotel with great value for money.

    It was clearly different from other Business Hotels. Plenty of outlets, mirrors, and everything you need is perfectly arranged, leaving nothing to be desired. The Room and bathroom were clean. I would love to use it again.

    The service is attentive. The Facility is clean.

    Stayed in a Superior Twin room. The accommodation is about a 5-minute walk from Suidobashi Station and very close to Tokyo Dome, making it convenient to rest right after a tiring live event. On the 3rd floor, there is a Saizeriya where I had both dinner and breakfast. It was my first time visiting Saizeriya, and the food was delicious. Breakfast was also relaxing and enjoyable. The staff provided very polite explanations, allowing for a pleasant stay at the accommodation. Amenities are available at the front desk for guests to take as needed, including bath salts and sheet masks that were especially appreciated as a woman. From the window, you can enjoy an unobstructed view of Dome City; someone even waved from the Ferris wheel! However, you’ll need to make sure to close the curtains properly when necessary! I would love to stay here again when attending another live event. Thank you very much!

    It has become my go-to accommodation for baseball games!

    A sudden opportunity to get tickets led to a reservation two days prior. Miraculously, there was an available room despite the championship being decided, so I quickly completed the reservation! Usually, it’s almost fully booked and hard to secure a room. The price was slightly more than double the minimum rate but still reasonable compared to nearby hotels. At check-in, I realized my reserved room was "smoking," but thankfully there were "non-smoking" rooms available, and the staff kindly accommodated my request. Thank you as always! 【Room】 The room was clean as always. This was my first stay since they switched to separate-style pajamas—so much better! Convenient features in the room included a luggage rack, mini table with two chairs (great for in-room dining), fabric sanitizer spray, reusable slippers (not disposable), wall hangers (perfect for bags), a work desk set (also handy as a makeup station for women), desk lamp, and large tabletop mirror ideal for makeup. 【Amenities】 While there’s no bottled water in the rooms, there’s a water dispenser and free tea bags on the front floor—fantastic! The free ice machine is also very helpful. Amenities are placed on the front floor where guests can pick what they need—a great system that covers almost everything necessary. My favorites include body towels (love towel-type ones!), bath salts, and instant coffee (delicious!). 【Service】 The staff's service is excellent every time. During this visit's check-in after attending a game where my team won while wearing their uniform, I received warm congratulations from staff saying “Congratulations on your victory!” It made me so happy! They even chatted with me afterward—it truly warmed my heart. Thank you as always! 【Facility】 The building interior—including elevators, near reception areas, hotel hallways—is consistently kept clean. 【Dining】 This time around felt better organized with cleared tables after meals—a positive impression! On my previous visit years ago at this family restaurant-style setup without knowing it was self-service until noticing return stations upon leaving—I rushed back embarrassedly returning items myself later realizing signage indicating self-service could help future guests avoid similar confusion!

    The room was clean, and the facility was excellent. I chose a plan to have breakfast at Saizeriya, but I felt it would have been even better with more variety. This time, I decided on this place for its great location as my purpose was to watch baseball at Tokyo Dome, and the location was perfect. I would definitely like to use it again if I visit Tokyo.

    It would be nice if the Accommodation Tax could be paid at the front desk during check-in. Having to line up twice just to pay the Accommodation Tax can be a bit inconvenient. Also, I noticed that the changing baskets in the bathroom are no longer available—they were quite handy. Apologies for pointing out so much, and I look forward to staying with you again!

    It was a good Hotel.

    It is a bit far from the station, but the accommodation was clean and comfortable. I was surprised that breakfast was at Saizeriya, but it wasn’t bad. Since I missed the breakfast time, I could use it like a meal voucher for lunch, which felt like a good deal.

    The high level of hospitality, such as the thoughtful care for my daughter who left her luggage at check-in and went out, and the polite bow from the front desk staff when our eyes met after I got on the elevator, along with the comfortable guest room, allowed me to relax from travel fatigue during the hot hours and enjoy a pleasant vacation.
