Our hot spring is a natural Onsen brought in from “Ikeda Sakura Onsen,” and we are pleased if it helped relieve your fatigue from work or travel. However, we sincerely regret that the pillow in your room felt too firm and prevented you from getting a good night’s sleep. We apologize for any inconvenience during your evening, despite being able to relax in the bath. In addition to the pillows provided in each room, we also offer several types of loan pillows with different heights and firmness at the front desk.
