It was very disappointing!

I booked this Hotel for the first time on purpose, because if JR services were suspended due to the cold wave (and I stayed in Sapporo), I would have been stuck and unable to get home. I also had an early-morning flight. I was also staying after visiting the Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival, and wanted to warm up my chilled body in the Onsen. However, when I checked in, I was told the Onsen Facility was crowded and that I would not be able to bathe tonight. They said bathing would be possible from 7:00 a.m. the next morning. Because of my early-morning flight, I couldn’t use the Onsen at all and had no choice but to use the unit bath. Since the number of guest rooms is fixed and you know how many guests are staying overnight, shouldn’t overnight guests be prioritized over day visitors for access to the Onsen Facility? As a result, I boarded my flight still chilled to the core, and after returning home I developed a fever due to feeling unwell. I think this is an irresistible Hotel for fans who enjoy watching planes take off from their Room, but unless there is a very good reason, I won’t be returning.
