    Perfect for Expo visitors!

    I used this Hotel for visiting the Osaka-Kansai Expo. A (reservation-only) shuttle bus operates from the 1st floor of the Hotel, providing perfect access to the venue. Additionally, I arrived at the Hotel by Shinkansen the day before and had no trouble finding my way. The Room was in line with the usual "feel" of Remm Hotels. I had no particular complaints. Being on the top floor, I enjoyed beautiful views such as Itami Airport during twilight.

    Direct access from Shin-Osaka Station is undoubtedly convenient. There are various places to grab a light meal, and while there’s no bathtub, it’s still quite practical.

    A functional and stylish Hotel directly connected to Shin-Osaka Station

    I always stay here when visiting Osaka. The entrance is conveniently located inside the station near the Shinkansen platform, and stepping through the doors reveals a serene and modern space. This time, I stayed in a room with a bathtub, which had large windows that provided a sense of openness. There was something I noticed about the room, but it was promptly addressed with excellent follow-up service. While looking for my room, a cleaning staff member kindly guided me with bright and friendly assistance. From Shin-Osaka Station, it's only about 30 minutes to Kyoto, making this Hotel highly recommended for trips around Kansai.

    Super convenient!!

    Directly connected to Shin-Osaka Station, with a checkout time of 12:00 PM, this is truly excellent. Arrive at Shin-Osaka, check in, and then enjoy exploring Osaka hands-free. The next morning, you can do telework and online meetings in the Room. The Room's TV supports HDMI connection as a monitor and offers three types of charging cables. It’s incredibly convenient! Thank you very much!

    This is my favorite Hotel that I have stayed at several times. Everything is comfortable! The clean Room has everything you need, and the bed is very comfortable to sleep on. I also appreciate the separate bath and toilet, as well as the massage chair. I would love to stay here again!

    The location is excellent. Consider offering the massage chair only to those who request it.

    I stayed in a corner twin room, but the massage chair blocked the path to the refrigerator in a space with limited square meters, making it inconvenient. The chair is heavy and cannot be moved. It's unfortunate because the room itself was good.

    A comfortable Hotel

    This was my third stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and I greatly appreciated the luggage storage service. The package I requested to be shipped arrived safely today, February 5th, via Yamato Transport. I am grateful for the arrangement of shipping the package filled with memories of Osaka.

    More like a bedroom than a guest room, or rather, just the bed itself.

    First of all, the check-in terminal was difficult to use. I managed to get through it with the constant assistance of the staff. This Property is themed around sleep, so to some extent, I understand the concept, but the space outside the bed was too cramped, making it hard to feel relaxed. There was a massage chair in the room, but because of it, there was almost no free space, and the area around the bed felt extremely confined. The massage chair is heavy and cannot be moved, which made me slightly concerned about whether the floor in that area was being properly cleaned. There was no trash bin in the bathroom, so when disposing of waste from face washing, I had to inconveniently carry it to the trash bin located in an obscure spot next to the bed. Additionally, upon entering the room after check-in, the screen was left on the cleaning staff's checklist. While it didn’t interfere with watching TV, it was clear that attention to detail was lacking. The bathroom does not have a bathtub. There is a rain shower that allows for a large amount of water, but since I am not accustomed to relaxing in this way, it ended up being more tiring. That said, the location is extremely convenient for transportation and works well for business purposes. However, I think I will prioritize space and reconsider next time. In terms of transportation convenience alone, there is no better Hotel than this.

    Convenient Hotel

    It is very convenient as it is directly connected to Shin-Osaka Station. However, the Room is small. It was difficult to secure the same line when staying with two people. But other than that, it was perfect. There was decaffeinated coffee and the hairdryer was made by Panasonic, which was easy to use. They also lent us a humidifier, which made it comfortable. I will use it again. Thank you very much.

    Directly above the station

    The Hotel is located right above the station, allowing easy access to the Room without any confusion after getting off the Shinkansen. The front desk service was heartfelt, making it a reassuring experience. Thank you very much.

    It is very convenien...

    It is very convenient as it is close to the station. However, I felt the room was a bit small (I had trouble finding a place for my luggage...), so I would like to reserve a slightly larger room next time I stay. Also, it would have been nice to have one more set of cups...

    Conveniently located near the Shinkansen ticket gates.

    I was able to arrive at the hotel quickly by following the directions on my smartphone from the local train line. When making the reservation, I chose this hotel for its convenience, being directly connected to Shin-Osaka Station, despite the room being small. However, upon entering the room, the shower room and toilet were glass-walled, which made it feel less cramped, and the cleanliness was well-maintained, which was nice. I just thought it would have been better if there was something that could be used as a folding stand for opening suitcases. Breakfast can be enjoyed at a cafe near the hotel entrance. I would like to use this hotel again when I have business in Shin-Osaka.

    Shin-Osaka Station is not only used for boarding and alighting from the Shinkansen, but also for dining and shopping, making it a lively area. While the number of hotels is increasing, in terms of location, Remm Shin-Osaka stands out. The quietness due to the high floors and the decision to have only showers leave a good impression. The massage chair depends on the person; it works well, but for those who don't need a massage, it may not be comfortable. Overall, I was able to sleep soundly and peacefully.

    It is located very close to the Shinkansen ticket gate, and I always use it. It is very convenient, and I appreciate that check-in is at 2 PM. However, there was something disappointing this time. My 2-night reservation had been changed to 4 nights. That shouldn't be the case, so I showed my reservation history and said it was for 2 nights, but they insisted that it was recorded as such on their end. They said they couldn't change it arbitrarily and asked me to confirm directly with IKYU. The reception staff and the hotel were confident that there was no mistake on their part. I was kept waiting for quite a while, and although I was eventually allowed into the room, I was exhausted and looking up contact information to reach out to IKYU when I received a call from the manager. They came to apologize, admitting it was their mistake. It was a really basic error. They had confused it with a reservation for two months later. I was shocked that the reception staff, without thoroughly checking, seemed to imply it was the customer's mistake, despite having stayed there many times and not being trusted. It was very disappointing, especially since I like the hotel. I hope they improve the reception's response, not just the mistake.

    You can feel at ease with our courteous customer service.

    The front staff were very kind and courteous during check-in and check-out. At the time of check-in, the staff who happened to guide us comprehensively showed subtle consideration for the luggage we had, which eased the atmosphere. Since I have stayed in the room many times, I was able to stay functionally and conveniently this time as well, but since it's always the same room orientation, I would like to stay in a room on the opposite side for a change.

    Directly connected to Shin-Osaka Station, there is an automatic door leading to the lobby elevator, and once you step inside, it becomes a quiet space as if the station's hustle and bustle were a lie. The Room with only a shower booth may feel cramped for two people, but if you are mostly out sightseeing, it should not be a problem. Next time, I am considering staying in a larger Room with a bathtub. It is a clean, functional, and highly convenient Hotel.

    Excellent location

    Located conveniently within the station, just steps from the Shinkansen central exit. This time, I chose a corner twin room with a bathtub. The room was spotless and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was user-friendly. The front desk staff were efficient and pleasant, giving an overall impression of simplicity and tidiness. If I had to mention one thing, it would be the desire for a place to hang bath towels.

    I was able to fully recover from fatigue!

    It was my first time using it, but the staff at the front desk were kind, the Hotel itself was clean and beautiful, I slept well, and the convenience of being right at the Hotel after getting off the Shinkansen was great!

    Comfortable space, a reward for yourself.

    The access right outside the ticket gate of Shin-Osaka Station is helpful for outsiders. It is specialized for a comfortable sleep and is quite different from an ordinary Business Hotel for middle-aged men. Recommended for women. Although there is no bathtub and only a shower, the water flow is abundant and satisfying. What surprised me this time was the toothbrush among the amenities. I was amazed at how easy it was to use. The honey tea and coffee to take back to the Room are also very delicious. And the breakfast enjoyment is Vietnamese cuisine. I want to go again to eat Banh Mi and Pho.

    A cozy room despite its small size.

    The service attitude of the staff was refined and left a good impression, making us forget the small size of the Room (laugh). However, the bathroom lacked a "handle" to hold onto, which made it difficult for my wife to get in and out. The breakfast was excellent, a perfect score of 100. The staff were also very pleasant. I visited Cambodia for an interview, but it was not good, and I realized how formidable Vietnam is. I would like to stay again next year for the Expo coverage. Thank you for your hospitality.

    First-time Use

    Since it is directly connected to the station, it was easy to understand without getting lost. The Room is small, but the large window with a view outside was pleasant. I wish there was more space to place luggage and a slightly larger table, but the bed was comfortable, and I was able to sleep soundly. Also, since checkout was until 12:00, I was able to go out early in the morning and then relax a bit at the Hotel, which was nice. I would like to use it again when I visit Osaka.

    My daughter was overjoyed!

    This was my second time staying here, with my first visit being last December. It was my first time in a corner twin Room, and my daughter was thrilled with the great view. I really like the bathroom with a shower booth (with a bathtub) because you don't have to worry about water splashing around. The shower booth also offered a great view outside, making it feel very open. (We used it with the lights off, haha) The staff were all very friendly and welcoming with bright smiles. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Osaka.

    Directly connected to Shin-Osaka Station, it was great not to get wet even with heavy luggage in the rain. The room's small size was mentioned in everyone's reviews, and since it was just for sleeping, it was not a problem! However, I wanted space to open my suitcase, and the massage chair taking up space was a nuisance. Were there rooms with and without massage chairs? I did not check. The bathroom had a washing area, a pleasant shower, a shower chair, and I could fill the bathtub and soak leisurely. It's also nice that the bath and toilet are separate! For breakfast, you can choose from two types of Vietnamese dishes or a Japanese set meal. While buffet styles are common these days, I was able to enjoy a leisurely meal. I liked it because I love cilantro, but if you prefer just bread and coffee, you might skip breakfast and buy from a nearby coffee shop open in the morning to enjoy in your room. Anyway, it was great, so I would like to visit again.

    Concerned about the smell from the plumbing.

    I have stayed several times, but perhaps it was only a problem with this Room, I was concerned about the smell of sewage in the water area. Even after flushing the toilet and sink, it didn't change much, so it might be a structural issue, which was disappointing given the good location. Most of the customer service is done by machines, so I consider it average.

The guest rooms are located on the 13th floor and above, allowing you to relax while enjoying the night view and sky. The rooms are equipped with an electric massage chair, air purifier, clean bed, and toilet/shower room, ensuring a restful sleep. Even a one-night stay can be rejuvenating.

    Most convenient in Shin-Osaka

    Shin-Osaka Station is inconvenient. It's complex, and it's hard to go in the direction you want outside the station. However, Remm, located within the station, allows you to check in quickly, minimizing travel fatigue. Despite the hustle and bustle, the rooms are designed with a large bed and efficient layout, especially the shower and washbasin. The massage chair was also very comfortable. The well-tailored service simplifies unnecessary procedures, giving a sense of efficiency rather than service.
