    Next to the Shinkansen Central Exit

    I use this when traveling alone, and best of all it’s right next to the Shinkansen exit—couldn’t be better. Being able to stay until 12:00 is also great for taking it easy. I’ll use it again.

    Shin-Osaka Station Building!

    This was my first time staying here. Since I wanted to take the Shinkansen early the next morning, I looked for a place in front of Shin-Osaka Station and found this Hotel inside the station building. The Facility was new, and the entrance had a slightly space-like feel. Breakfast is served near the entrance at a Vietnamese restaurant where you can also choose Japanese dishes—I had pho and banh mi in the morning, and they were delicious. There are some Business Hotels around Shin-Osaka Station that are a bit dark and can feel unsafe for women, so this Hotel felt reassuring. It was a shame that there was only a shower, but it’s recommended for those who want to stay compactly. You can hop on the Shinkansen right away the next morning.

    It is very beautiful.

    The room and other areas were very clean and had a sense of cleanliness, making it comfortable. Personally, considering the size of the Room, I felt that the massage chair was unnecessary (honestly, it was in the way). Also, for check-in and check-out using machines, is it really necessary for staff to stand in front? It feels a bit pressuring as if being told to hurry up. Perhaps they could just come over when called? The convenient transportation access is also a great point. I would like to use this place again when visiting Osaka.

    Breakfast

    This was my first time staying here. The facility and services were excellent, and I would love to stay again. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing, which makes me hesitant to return. Could you consider improving the quality of the restaurant? Thank you.

    Directly connected to the station, which is fantastic!

    Quick access from the station concourse to the front desk, and just as quick to your Room after check-in. The Room offers a fantastic view of the Shinkansen and trains at Shin-Osaka Station. It includes a bathtub with strong water pressure for a comfortable experience. However, the Room is very small—likely designed to fit one bed but squeezed in two, leaving no space for luggage. The massage chair takes up unnecessary space and could be removed. Additionally, the slippers are reusable disinfected ones; replacing them with disposable ones or allowing guests to bring their own might be better. The limited number of power outlets scattered around makes it inconvenient for business use.

    It was a disappointing Hotel.

    1. The worn-out roll curtains should be replaced immediately. 2. About one-third of the Room is shrouded in complete darkness (no lighting, pitch black). It is impossible to work on the desk due to the extreme darkness. I will never use this place again. It's a shame because the location is good, but goodbye.

    It was convenient.

    I stayed at this Hotel because I had to take a Shinkansen early the next morning around 6 AM. It was incredibly convenient! Being on the 16th floor, the view wasn’t just of the back of buildings. The glass-walled bath and toilet made the space feel less cramped. For a one-night stay, I felt it was perfectly fine even without a bathtub. I’ll definitely use this Hotel again!

    Very convenient

    Stay right above Shin-Osaka Station, just under 100 meters from the ticket gates for absolute convenience and peace of mind.

    Directly connected to JR Shin-Osaka Station

    Directly connected to JR Shin-Osaka Station, which is convenient, but the Room is too small for the price. Concerned about this, I chose a corner twin Room, but it was still small. Since I stayed alone, there was a little space for luggage; however, if two people were staying, there would likely be no space for luggage. Additionally, the machine check-in process takes too long for international guests, which is also an issue. Improvements where possible would be appreciated.

    The only advantage is its direct connection to Shin-Osaka Station.

    During my business trips to Tokyo, I used to stay at Remm Roppongi with a certain level of trust, but apart from its direct connection to the station, there is no other reason to stay here. The Room is extremely small, the air conditioning is outdated and discolored, and naturally, it doesn't work well. The quality of breakfast is only saved by the hospitality of the staff; handing out coupons for the McDonald's right in front would be a better option. Despite being in a competitive area, there are no innovative efforts made. In this case, traveling all the way to Kitahama for Dormy Inn would feel much more worthwhile. The clientele is also poor; some guests make loud noises while walking through the hallways at night. I cannot recommend this place at all.

    Used during a LIVE event!

    Thank you for your stay! We used the accommodation for a LIVE event at Kyocera Dome. At first, we were a bit worried about the distance, but it was convenient to move around without going outside, so weather conditions were not an issue! The Room was a twin and felt slightly small, but the bath had a tub where we could enjoy the night view while soaking—it was wonderful! There were also amenities like honey tea and coffee, which allowed us to relax. However, the room temperature seemed quite warm due to the air conditioning, so we manually turned on cooling. It might be better if it were set slightly lower. We would love to stay again during another LIVE event!

    Located directly above Shin-Osaka Station, offering excellent access to any destination.

    Located right outside the ticket gates of Shin-Osaka Station, you can reach it without getting lost. Among several Hotels near Shin-Osaka Station that I have used, this one was the easiest to find. Additionally, both the subway and JR entrances are nearby, making it an excellent base for accessing any part of Osaka. The Rooms are compact but designed for convenience and comfort.

    The Hotel is conveniently located right outside the ticket gate of Shin-Osaka Station. The Room is small but compact and well-organized, making it easy to use. I would like to stay here again.

    Luggage storage was ...

    Luggage storage was available, making it extremely convenient. The bathroom was functional. For meals, we stayed for two nights and could choose between Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine, offering variety. Inputting the address during check-in felt a bit cumbersome.

    Directly connected to the station

    I stayed for one night in Shin-Osaka as the Shinkansen ride from Tokyo Station to Hakata Station was long. It was convenient to enter the Hotel without going outside. The Room was not spacious but clean. The lack of a bathtub might be a downside.

    Excellent location

    The direct access to Shin-Osaka Station is very convenient. The Room was a bit small but comfortable. The Banh Mi for breakfast is highly recommended. I tried both Japanese and Banh Mi breakfasts, but next time, I would visit just for the Banh Mi breakfast.

    It was very convenie...

    It was very convenient as it was close to Shin-Osaka Station, which was helpful since I was with my elderly mother. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were kind, making my mother feel at ease. Next time, I will make a reservation for a slightly larger room.

    I often stay at Remm...

    I often stay at Remm in Kyobashi and Sannomiya as they are my favorites. This was my first time staying at Remm Shin-Osaka, and it was as comfortable as I expected. Even with a late check-in, the front desk staff were kind and the process went smoothly. For breakfast, I chose the Vietnamese-style option. It was okay but not quite to my taste. However, I appreciated being able to relax until check-out time. I would love to stay again. Thank you for your hospitality!

    Just a 30-second walk from Shin-Osaka Station gates—an unbeatable location. Comfortable for a good night's sleep. Exceptionally well-maintained and simply the best.

    The front desk staff...

    The front desk staff were very kind. I specifically chose a Hotel with a massage chair, and it was the right decision. Although it didn’t have a foot massage function, it helped relieve my fatigue. The Room was comfortable and pleasant, though I was slightly surprised by the light green wall color. It was unfortunate that there wasn’t enough space to open a large suitcase and that the toilet area was narrow, making my knees almost touch the front wall. However, the location is truly excellent.

    Minimal yet clean and comfortable

    The Room is small with basic facilities, but it is clean and has a sense of cleanliness, making the overall experience very good. Above all, being directly connected to the station allowed for immediate check-in after getting off the Shinkansen, which was perfect for a tired body. Convenience stores and takeout shops are also right near the Hotel entrance, making it very convenient.

    This is my second stay.

    I stayed here again after visiting the Expo because I found it convenient and comfortable during my stay last month. Last time, I wasn’t informed about the amenities and only noticed them at checkout, but this time, the staff kindly explained everything during check-in, which was great. The Vietnamese breakfast was also delicious. I would definitely like to stay here again!

    I stayed for the Exp...

    I stayed for the Expo. Since I am not familiar with Osaka, I chose a Hotel directly connected to the station, and it was the perfect choice. The Room was compact but had large windows, making it comfortable without feeling cramped. Thank you very much.

    Direct access to the station is unbeatable.

    Just a few minutes from the central Shinkansen ticket gate to the front desk! You can store your luggage, enjoy a late checkout, and the Vietnamese breakfast was delicious. We stayed in a semi-double room for two people, so it was understandably compact. Truly a convenient Hotel.

    Directly connected to Shin-Osaka Station for excellent access!

    Stayed for two nights for the Expo and the access was excellent. The hotel is directly connected to the station, right next to the ticket gates! What's more, taking the escalator from the hotel lobby to the first floor leads directly to the shuttle bus stop! For those visiting the Expo, this location is unbeatable. After a full day of enjoying the Expo and feeling exhausted, stepping off the bus to find the hotel entrance right in front of you is amazing. Access deserves a 5-star rating! However, I was bothered by a smell near the bedside and the head area of the massage chair (possibly an aging odor?). It was noticeable even while sleeping. The sheets and bedding were clean and had a sense of cleanliness, and I believe the cleaning was done properly, but the smell was still concerning. Perhaps the bedding and massage chair covers should be thoroughly washed once?

    Compact and Comfortable

    Great convenience, but security concerns.

    I stayed here to visit the Expo. I rated it 4 stars, but it's closer to a 3 than a solid 4. The convenience was excellent as the Hotel is directly connected to the ticket gate floor of the Shinkansen station. They kindly stored my luggage after check-out, which was very helpful. The staff's service was also commendable. However... ① The front desk is on the 12th floor, and my Room was also on this floor during my stay. I was surprised that there were no security doors between the front desk and guest rooms, raising concerns about security as anyone could enter freely. ② Since my Room (on the 12th floor) lacked both security and soundproof doors, I could hear elevator chimes and noise from activities at the front desk clearly. It made it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, while compact, the Room felt quite small; it wasn't possible for two people to open their suitcases simultaneously. The convenience is outstanding, but there are challenges regarding Facilities that need improvement.

    Convenient access

    I used this accommodation after a long time. It is conveniently located for me as I use the Shinkansen. This time, I stayed in a room with only a shower. The chair provided in the shower room had a high seat and was comfortable to sit on. The room was compact but had large windows, making it bright, open, and relaxing. The bed was also comfortable. A luggage rack would be helpful. The staff at the front desk were kind and pleasant when I checked in or went to pick up facial care amenities from the front desk. Thank you very much!
