    Convenient access

    I used this accommodation after a long time. It is conveniently located for me as I use the Shinkansen. This time, I stayed in a room with only a shower. The chair provided in the shower room had a high seat and was comfortable to sit on. The room was compact but had large windows, making it bright, open, and relaxing. The bed was also comfortable. A luggage rack would be helpful. The staff at the front desk were kind and pleasant when I checked in or went to pick up facial care amenities from the front desk. Thank you very much!

    The location is excellent.

    Directly connected to Shinkansen, subway, and local train stations, with plenty of restaurants and takeout shops nearby, the location is excellent. I stayed here to visit the Expo, and the shuttle bus departing from the first floor of the same building was very convenient. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The semi-double room was spacious enough for single use, clean, and satisfactory. The shelf in the washroom is quite narrow; it would be great if there were a small platform or something to place items on. Additionally, having a luggage rack would be appreciated. Although it wasn't an issue this time, outside noise can be relatively audible (such as conversations from neighboring rooms or rain sounds), so earplugs might be necessary in some cases. Overall, I was very satisfied despite these minor details. I would love to stay here again when visiting Osaka!

    Convenient and comfortable.

    Due to the Expo and inbound tourism, hotel prices in Umeda and Namba have skyrocketed, making it difficult to secure a reservation. That’s when I found this Hotel. It was my first time staying in Shin-Osaka, but the location was excellent with direct access to the station, proximity to ticket gates, plenty of shops nearby, and smooth transfers. The room was compact but clean, and I appreciated the efficient style of picking up amenities at the lobby. Unlike many recent hotels, there were plenty of towels available. However, the trash bin was quite small, which was a bit inconvenient. The view from the room was great as well! I’d love to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    Stayed for two nights to attend the high school baseball finals. The hotel is directly connected to Shin-Osaka Station, making it very convenient for getting around and finding places to eat. However, please note that nearby restaurants close around 11 PM. Other than that, it’s a very comfortable and highly recommended place to stay.

    The smell...

    There was an unpleasant odor throughout my stay, possibly from a previous guest. Even using an air purifier did not help, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. I recommend taking some measures to address this issue. The location is very convenient as it is directly connected to the station.

    Directly connected to Shin-Osaka Station for your convenience.

    I used this Hotel for visiting the Expo. The shuttle bus stop was right below the Hotel, which was very convenient. It was great not having to walk much, especially after getting tired from walking at the Expo. For those using the Shinkansen, there is a ticket gate very close by. Since I only used it for sleeping, it had all the essentials and the Room was clean and comfortable. I would love to stay here again.

    When returning from Tokyo late at night, I stay here and head straight to work the next morning on the first Shinkansen. Being directly connected to the station is extremely convenient, and recently I’ve been using this place about once every 1-2 months. The Room is very functional, and the massage chair is a great help in relieving fatigue. The layout of each Room varies slightly, but this time’s layout was the most user-friendly so far. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

    Used for visiting the Expo!

    I used this Hotel under the condition of taking a bus to the Expo and using the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Shin-Osaka. After arriving at Shin-Osaka, exit the ticket gate and turn right, and you will find it immediately. The front desk is on the 12th floor. You can leave your luggage there, then go down to the 1st floor where you’ll find buses heading to the Expo! Reservation required. The return trip was incredibly easy. I walked about 20,000 steps from noon until 8 PM. The front desk staff were all kind and pleasant. The room was comfortable; although hallway conversations could be heard occasionally, it wasn’t bothersome. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly. When we visit Osaka again for concerts or other events, my family agreed that this Hotel would be our choice again. Exhausted after walking so much, we decided to buy dinner at 551 Horai outside of the Shinkansen ticket gate on the 3rd floor! There’s also a Seven-Eleven and Tully’s Coffee available. With proper planning, everything is manageable here. If you have more energy left, there are restaurants on lower floors as well... Overall, it’s a convenient and clean Hotel where we made great memories. Thank you very much!

    A Highly Satisfying Hotel

    The front desk was kind, and the Room, bath, toilet, and other Facilities were excellent. Especially having the bath and toilet separate allowed me to relax fully. The dinner, including meat like bonito, was very delicious. The Japanese-style breakfast was also satisfying. This is the best Business Hotel I have stayed at. I would love to stay again. Thank you!

    Located directly above the station and very close to the Shinkansen gates, this hotel offers unparalleled convenience. Though compact, the room is clean and efficiently designed with all essentials neatly arranged. The spacious bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to enjoy a restful sleep—perfect for someone like me who primarily uses accommodations just for sleeping. After check-out, I appreciated being able to store my luggage in a dedicated storage area. Retrieving it later was hassle-free without needing to contact the front desk directly. I would definitely stay here again!

    There was no air conditioning, and it was hot.

    The system requires inserting the card key to activate all the power in the Room, which is understandable. However, during this scorching summer, it would be greatly appreciated if the air conditioning could remain on at a higher temperature setting even when away. If this can be improved during summer, it would be very helpful. Other than that, it was very quiet and comfortable. The convenient location makes me want to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    Great location!

    I made a reservation for my boss's business trip to Osaka. (I did not stay at the accommodation myself.) The decision was based on good reviews from other employees and the convenience of being directly connected to Shin-Osaka Station, as there was a client visit scheduled in Tokyo the next morning. According to my boss, "Being directly connected is so convenient! I got 30 extra minutes of sleep than planned, and despite concerns about Shinkansen noise, it was surprisingly quiet." (This might be because the stay was only from late night to early morning.) Although the accommodation fee exceeded our company's budget guidelines, considering the cost of taking a taxi to the station, it didn’t feel unreasonable. Overall, we are satisfied! Thank you very much.

    Excellent and convenient location.

    Directly connected to Shin-Osaka Station, with immediate access to the Shinkansen gates and the Midosuji subway line underground, this hotel offers a highly convenient location. Despite its excellent location with various dining options nearby, once you step into the hotel, it is remarkably quiet. Initially, I made a reservation for one night and later added a second night. The staff kindly arranged for a Multiple Night Stay in the same room. Although I arrived early on the day of check-in via an early Shinkansen and received approval for a 2-hour early check-in over the phone in the morning, it was disappointing that upon arriving after 12 PM, there was some delay in finding my room and completing check-in smoothly. The housekeeping staff and male front desk staff greeted me warmly with pleasant manners. They also handled waste disposal carefully, making my stay very comfortable. Thank you very much!

    Close to the Shinkansen platform, with luggage storage available before and after check-in. Plenty of dining and shopping options nearby (at the station), and the Expo shuttle bus departs from the first floor—overall, very convenient. The Corner Twin Room offers a sense of openness with windows on two sides. For those who prefer fresh air, it might feel a bit restrictive as none of the windows can be opened. The placement of the sofa, bed orientation, and room size make it slightly inconvenient for watching TV or dining in-room. The massage chair and slippers felt unhygienic to use. Overall, I would like to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    What is an eco-friendly Hotel?

    "Transforming into an eco-friendly Hotel" was the slogan, but I feel that being eco-friendly sometimes means not being customer-friendly. What concerns me the most is that the Room slippers are only reusable vinyl ones. Although they are said to be disinfected, I am reluctant to use them barefoot. I would appreciate it if disposable slippers could be provided upon request. Additionally, the plastic coffee cups in the Room were also a concern. I would prefer ceramic cups instead. As for breakfast at the attached restaurant using meal tickets, I chose Japanese cuisine but did not find it very tasty. However, these complaints were offset by the excellent service from the front desk staff. The location is also outstanding, with a limousine bus stop right downstairs. While it's a bit of a walk from Osaka Station's local train (East Exit), it's very close and convenient from Shin-Osaka Shinkansen Station.

    Great accessibility, excellent staff service, and cleanliness made for a very satisfying stay. I would definitely consider staying again. The only downside was that the plastic cup in the room had a lingering coffee smell. If plastic cups are to be used, a bit more attention to this detail would be appreciated.

    This was my first time using it. Access was no problem. The Room only had a shower, but it was sufficient for this season. I think it's satisfactory for solo female travelers or business trips. I will use it again.

    The reservation screen showed two types of rooms: one with the bed by the window and another with the bath by the window. I reserved a room with the bed by the window, but it turned out to be a room with the bath by the window. It seems unrelated to what was shown on screen, so next time I will make sure to request properly! The room is honestly small, but its location is great, and I really appreciated having a massage chair!

    Surprised by the check-in process... More flexibility was desired for the accommodation.

    Arrived at the Hotel past 1:30 PM. Check-in was from 2:00 PM, and I was informed that early check-in was not possible unless an additional fee was paid. I received a number tag (No. 3) and considered waiting until 2:00 PM or leaving my luggage to go out. Considering my plans, I decided to leave my luggage and step out. However, when I returned at 1:40 PM to retrieve something I had forgotten, check-in had already started, which surprised me as it contradicted the earlier information provided. Room: Compact yet functional design with all necessary facilities well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities at reception were plentiful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Overall Rating: The hotel's location is convenient, and the facilities are comfortable. However, regarding check-in procedures, more flexibility would be appreciated. Inconsistent information can confuse travelers; therefore, clear rules should be consistently enforced for a better experience.

The Room seems designed just for sleeping, as it is generally dimly lit. The toilet and shower booth are made of glass but can be covered with curtains, which block outside light when closed. Ideal for solo travelers on business trips. Breakfast includes Vietnamese cuisine and some Japanese options, though lacking a handmade feel. With restaurants and shops inside the station, those might be a better choice for meals. Perfect for late check-ins and early starts if you're just looking for a place to sleep.

    0 minutes on foot from Shin-Osaka Shinkansen Central Exit! Unbeatable convenience. The Room had darker wallpaper and dim lighting, requiring the bathroom light to brighten up the space. As I used a double Room for single occupancy, it was compact but comfortable.

    Located directly above the Shinkansen station, it was very convenient. Upon arrival, we were able to leave our luggage and enjoy the Expo from morning until closing before checking in. The Room was basic but had a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. With a 12 PM checkout time, we could relax the next day and leave our luggage again to enjoy Osaka until the last Shinkansen departure. The quality of amenities like shampoo and towels was excellent, and the honey tea was delicious. We would love to stay here again!

The staff were all very polite and accommodating. It was convenient that luggage could be stored all day both before check-in and after check-out—an excellent hotel! The room was compact but had a great view and layout, making it easy to use. I loved the room's atmosphere so much that I'd like to try staying in a different room next time. The built-in massage chair was also a nice touch. I enjoy hotel breakfast buffets, so I wondered about this aspect when choosing this accommodation. However, with plenty of nearby dining options, it wasn't an issue at all. A late check-out time was another delightful feature! It was a wonderful stay overall; however, here are some points for improvement: - The white chlorine stains on the showerhead caught my attention. - The sink area felt narrow; an additional temporary storage space nearby would be helpful. - A luggage rack would be appreciated as placing items directly on the floor is not ideal. - Text within images on TV information screens was hard to read. - It would be great if Netflix or YouTube could be accessed via the TV. Overall, it was an excellent experience! I’d love to stay here again when visiting the area!
