    A very convenient location!

    It was very close to Hakata Station and extremely convenient. The Room was more spacious than expected and very clean, so I was satisfied. The front desk staff were also friendly and provided excellent service. I will definitely stay again.

    I stayed here for a ...

    I stayed here for a concert. It’s located right outside the Chikushi Exit of Hakata Station, with convenience stores and many different types of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. If I had to mention one thing, the Room was a bit small and it was difficult to open my suitcase. The staff were polite and left a good impression. The free chilled neck towel was also helpful since it was hot.

    I was disappointed in many ways.

    I chose this Hotel because the Reviews were good, but there was black grime (not dust) on the outlet area behind the TV, and there was also some kind of stain inside the refrigerator. I could wipe everything off easily with a damp tissue, so I think the cleaning was not thorough. There was also about 1 cm of water left in the kettle. There was dirt on the air conditioner vent as well. The most disappointing thing was that the chain attached to the bathtub plug had a yellowed plastic cover on it. I have stayed at many Hotels, but this was a first for me. Thinking that dirty water from washing could get inside it made me feel uncomfortable, and I couldn’t bring myself to fill the tub and take a bath. The staff were very pleasant at check-in and check-out, and I enjoyed having an internet TV. It was close to the station and had many good points, but there were simply too many disappointing issues.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    The station and convenience stores were nearby, which was very convenient. The Room was compact, but not so small that it felt uncomfortably cramped. The wash area was clean, and above all, I really appreciated the large mirror in front of the desk. The coffee package in the Room had a cute kasuri-style pattern (I think). It was also helpful to receive a bottle of water during the hot season. What made me happiest was how bright the Room was! (Sometimes there are Hotels where even with all the lights on, the Room still feels dim. It might be relaxing for some people, but it’s not for me.) I had a very comfortable stay. If I look for a Hotel in this area again, I’m sure I’ll stay here.

    Excellent convenience near the station! High-quality amenities

    The location—just a 1-minute walk from Hakata Station (Chikushi Exit)—is excellent. It’s convenient for getting anywhere, and being able to leave our luggage was very helpful. The Room isn’t large, but the air conditioning works well and it’s comfortable. The amenities were high quality: the toner and emulsion were Sekkisei, and the shampoo and conditioner were also good (KNOLL). The staff were friendly as well, and I’d like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    It’s great that there is a ladies-only room.

    Whenever I stay in Hakata, I always choose this Hotel. During my previous stay, I asked about the body serum, and this time it had been properly improved—thank you for your prompt response. I could really feel that you value guest feedback. Also, having a women-only room is the greatest reassurance for me. There are still not many Hotels with a dedicated women-only area, so it is extremely helpful. I would definitely like to continue staying here whenever I visit Hakata.

    It’s difficult to open and lay out a suitcase.

    I booked this place on IKYU because it was ranked No. 1 among business travelers. It would have been fine for one person, but since there were two of us with large suitcases, it was difficult to open them on the floor. We managed to spread them out diagonally by moving the trash can and appliances, but we then had to step over the suitcases to reach the bathroom, which was quite inconvenient. I think it would be comfortable for a short trip or a stay of one or two nights with lighter luggage.

    It was a wonderful Accommodation.

    Thank you very much for your wonderful hospitality. I stayed on a business trip to attend my junior colleague’s wedding. Since I had a compact car, securing parking was easy—perfect! The Facility was also clean and beautiful, which made me very happy. When I called because I was worried about the check-in time, you spoke to me so kindly. At check-in, you explained the Point Card program, and since I truly wanted to come again, I signed up. While waiting for the check-in process to be completed, I received a lovely surprise—birthday wishes that I’d almost forgotten at my age! As I thanked you with genuine happiness, you told me there is also a birthday-month gift as part of the Point Card event. Even though it was the day I joined, you handed it to me right away, and it made me smile and feel warmly happy. Thank you so much. On top of that, although you had promised to give me the Point Card when I signed up at check-in, I rushed out in a hurry to make it in time for the ceremony and couldn’t receive it then. Thank you very much for sending it to me afterward. I’m sorry for the postage cost as well. I will definitely plan to stay again.

    Third stay

    The location is very convenient with excellent access from the station, and the front desk staff are always pleasant, so this was my third stay. The only thing that concerned me was the post-bath body serum I used for the first time on this visit. After applying it, once it started to dry, it flaked off in small white bits—so much that I had to rinse off again in the shower. Because the location and service are so good, it was a little disappointing that this one amenity fell short.

    Recommended Hotels

    A Hotel just a short walk from the Chikushi Exit. It was convenient to pop out for a bit of shopping after check-in. From the check-in staff to everyone else, all the staff greeted us with smiles, which left a great impression. The Room was clean and bright. Instead of the dim downlights you often find in Hotels, the lighting illuminated the entire Room, making it very comfortable. The amenities were all provided in the Room, and I was happy to find Sekkisei skincare as well. It’s a Hotel I’d like to stay at again. Thank you very much.

    A Relaxing Hotel

    It was my first Multiple Night Stay in a while (three nights). The location is great, the service is excellent, and it’s a very relaxing Hotel that I highly recommend. One thing I noticed: I was impressed that you can hardly hear the bathroom ventilation fan. It’s usually noticeable when things are quiet, but here it’s almost silent, so even sensitive sleepers like me can rest well.

    Room odor

    Above all, when I entered the Room, there was a smell like grilled squid lingering throughout the entire Room. I turned on the air purifier right away, but the odor seemed to be deeply embedded and never went away until I left! Breakfast was Japanese-style and not a buffet, so I could eat in a relaxed setting, and it tasted good. The staff were efficient and kind. As for the location, it’s very close to Hakata Station. It was raining on my stay date, but it was only about 10 meters—just an umbrella distance—so it really helped.

    I stayed here for business. As many comments mention, the access from Hakata Station was very good, which was convenient. I saw a Review saying the breakfast (sea bream chazuke) was delicious and had high expectations, but it didn’t feel as good as the comments suggested. Since there are likely many international tourists, I think it’s a good idea to enhance the Japanese breakfast options.

    The building seems to be quite old, but the Room has been renovated and was comfortable. SEKKISEI products were provided in the washroom. It was a pleasant amenity. Also, there are two elevators, and they were quite smart, allowing us to get around without stress. Breakfast was excellent in both variety and portion size, and we left feeling full. It was a very luxurious breakfast.

    It was a pleasant and comfortable stay right in front of Hakata Station. Just as I felt at check-in, the staff I overheard during breakfast and the housekeeping team I met in the hallway were all friendly and courteous. I thought, “Wow—your hospitality and training are really thorough.” (Sorry if that sounds a bit arrogant!) The amenities were outstanding—my skin felt moisturized and bouncy. Breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of local specialties. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located and clean.

    I was very satisfied and would like to stay again if I have the chance. It’s extremely close not only to Hakata Station but also to the Hakata Bus Terminal. If you plan to use the bus terminal, I highly recommend it. If you try to get from the Hotel to the bus terminal via Hakata Station, it’s a detour. Instead, leave the Hotel and head in the opposite direction from the station (to the right), and you’ll reach the “Nishitetsu Hotel Croom Hakata Area” entrance in just a few minutes without going through the station. It’s convenient with little foot traffic. From the bus terminal side, it’s the entrance located between platforms 8 and 14. The Hotel itself seems to be a renovated older building. While you can feel its age in places, it was clean. The bed and amenities were good quality and comfortable, and the shower water pressure was just right. The Room air conditioning can be adjusted individually, which was great during a season with big temperature swings. For breakfast, the miso soup and rice were warm, but everything else was cold. It was tasty, but I think grilled items would be even better if served hot—maybe because I went during one of the last time slots for breakfast. The drink service was much appreciated. All staff were kind and welcoming, making for a very pleasant stay.

    Clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located near the station.

    I stayed for one night with breakfast included. The hotel is very close to Hakata Station, so it was easy to find. The elevator works with a key card and only stops on the floor where your Room is located, which felt secure. The Room was clean and well equipped with amenities—I was surprised to find Sekkisei skincare products like toner and emulsion. Breakfast offered a choice of Japanese or Western options, and it was delicious. I would definitely like to stay again.

    The location is excellent, very close to the station. Since it’s a Business Hotel, I think it’s more than sufficient for a solo one-night stay. However, it was disappointing that the Room didn’t have a window with an outside view. It was also dark in the morning unless I turned on the lights. The staff were all very polite and pleasant. The price was reasonable as well, so I’m satisfied. Thank you.

    The location was great.

    Just a few minutes’ walk from Hakata Station—an ideal location. The hair dryer was a ReFa model. The bathroom and toilet were more spacious and comfortable than those at similar Hotels.

    This was my first time staying here.

    The Room was kept clean and tidy, and the staff were well trained, kind, and courteous, making our stay very comfortable. It is conveniently located near the station in an easy-to-find area, and I would like to stay here again. I also enjoyed the sea bream ochazuke at breakfast.

    Conveniently located near the station, this stylish Hotel offers great accessibility. I visited in December, and the Christmas decorations were beautiful. The gentleman at the front desk was not Japanese but spoke excellent Japanese and had a wonderful smile, making him very pleasant. Thank you for upgrading my Room as well; I had a comfortable stay.

    Close to the station and great value for money.

    Family member stayed here during a business trip to Hakata. Chose this hotel based on reviews, as they wanted a clean business hotel close to the station. As expected, the breakfast was excellent. They were amazed to have Tai Chazuke in the morning and found it delightful. The staff were efficient and provided pleasant service. Will stay here again for future work trips in Hakata.
