    Completely satisfied with everything.

    I am always satisfied with the staff’s pleasant service and the Room setup. This time I checked out early in the morning, so I did not have any meals, but they are also highly recommended.

    This was my first time staying here.

    The Room was kept clean and tidy, and the staff were well trained, kind, and courteous, making our stay very comfortable. It is conveniently located near the station in an easy-to-find area, and I would like to stay here again. I also enjoyed the sea bream ochazuke at breakfast.

    Conveniently located near the station and very clean.

    Conveniently located near the station, this stylish Hotel offers great accessibility. I visited in December, and the Christmas decorations were beautiful. The gentleman at the front desk was not Japanese but spoke excellent Japanese and had a wonderful smile, making him very pleasant. Thank you for upgrading my Room as well; I had a comfortable stay.

    Close to the station and great value for money.

    Family member stayed here during a business trip to Hakata. Chose this hotel based on reviews, as they wanted a clean business hotel close to the station. As expected, the breakfast was excellent. They were amazed to have Tai Chazuke in the morning and found it delightful. The staff were efficient and provided pleasant service. Will stay here again for future work trips in Hakata.

    I will use it again next time!

    I stayed with my daughter for sightseeing and attending a live event. It is close to the Chikushi Exit, but using the station building entrance allowed us to avoid walking through the crowded station, making it convenient and easy. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days, and thanks to being assigned a corner Room, it was very quiet. The Room was not spacious but had everything we needed. The bathroom was relatively large and easy to use. Since we were given a ReFa Room, our stay was extremely comfortable. The amenities were high-quality, and perhaps due to the synergy with ReFa products, my hair became silky smooth. I also enjoyed using Sekkisei products. For girls' trips, luggage often increases due to items like hair irons and skincare products; however, at this Hotel, you can significantly reduce your luggage load, which is very convenient. I would love to stay at this Hotel again next time—and try their breakfast as well!

    I chose this hotel b...

    I chose this hotel because it is close to the station and had high reviews. As a business hotel, I did not have high expectations for the facilities, but I had no complaints during my stay. The hotel's signature breakfast was delicious, offering a taste of Hakata. When checking out, I noticed that staff members cleaning rooms after check-out usually greet guests as they leave their rooms (often foreign staff). However, at this hotel, a middle-aged Japanese male staff member stopped his work and came all the way to my room to personally thank me. This left the best impression on me. Other staff members were also kind and attentive. I've added another hotel to my list of places I'd like to stay when visiting Hakata again. Thank you very much for everything!

    Close to the station and clean

    Conveniently located just steps from Hakata Station Chikushi Exit. The Room is spacious for a Business Hotel, with enough space to open a suitcase. The Facility appears to have been recently renovated, making it overall new and clean. Personally, I am not fond of unit baths, so I would have appreciated rooms with only shower booths if there is no large public bath available. The front desk staff were all very kind and helpful.

    Hotel with Delicious Japanese Breakfast

    I had to stay in Hakata on short notice on Saturday, so I searched for accommodation and found your hotel, which I remembered fondly from a previous stay. Although the price was high, I decided to stay again after a long time. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was pleasant, but what stood out the most was the Japanese breakfast. The menu featured traditional Hakata-style breakfast at a reasonable price and was absolutely delicious. Staying here just to enjoy this Japanese breakfast is definitely worth it. Highly recommended hotel. Thank you very much!

    The location was great, the Room was clean, and the price was reasonable, which was very helpful. The breakfast was especially delicious and a daily highlight. It would have been nice to have a clock in the Room.

    This is a Hotel I would like to stay at again when visiting Hakata.

    I used this accommodation for the first time during a business trip. It is conveniently located near the station, reasonably priced, and has clean interiors. The stay also included a delicious breakfast with sea bream chazuke, all at an affordable price. The staff were kind and provided attentive service, making the experience very pleasant. I would love to stay here again if I visit Hakata in the future.

    Starting November 1, 2025, a fee of 500*500 JPY per item per day will be charged for storing luggage outside of your stay. Please note this if needed. The hotel does not have a public bath. The bathtub is deep but very short. The mattress and pillows are slightly too soft, providing minimal neck support. For multiple night stays, room cleaning can be skipped upon request. Replacement towels will be hung on the door, and tokens equivalent to the number of guests in the room will be provided. These tokens can be used to purchase drinks priced at 140 JPY or less from the vending machine downstairs.*

    Perfect

    I had a great experience during my stay for the PayPay Dome live event. While discussing the event, I was handed a printout about the temporary bus service from Hakata and Tenjin stations to the dome, which was very helpful as it was my first time. I stayed in a Ladies' Room. The room provided skincare products such as Sekkisei lotion, emulsion, cleansing oil, along with essentials like a toothbrush, hairdryer, brush, body towel, bath towel, face towel, and hangers for one-piece pajamas. However, shower caps were not available. The bathroom had bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. For breakfast, I could choose between Japanese or Western-style meals; I opted for the Japanese set meal. It featured local Fukuoka ingredients with rice and miso soup available for refills. Drinks were self-service at the drink bar. Everything tasted delicious. All staff members greeted me with smiles and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I truly appreciated their hospitality and enjoyed my time here immensely.

    Close to the station

    I stayed here for the first time during my trip to Fukuoka. The accommodation is close to Hakata Station and easy to find. It was very convenient as the hotel is nearby, even after buying many souvenirs at Hakata Station. This time, I stayed in a single room, which was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and provided excellent service.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    I often use this place when visiting Hakata. It's nice to have bottled mineral water in the Room. The location is very convenient, close to the station and with a convenience store right in front. The guest rooms are clean, but I noticed some dust on the walls and curtains, so it would be great if that could be cleaned as well. Check-in is done at the counter, but for check-out, you just drop your card into a box without having to wait in line. I will use this place again. Thank you!

    It was very comfortable!

    Skincare sets were provided in bottles, which was very convenient! The drip coffee and Yame Gyokuro tea had a luxurious feel. Above all, receiving a cool neck towel at check-in was such a thoughtful touch—it felt amazing to use! Thank you so much. I look forward to staying here again!

    I stayed for two nig...

    I stayed for two nights and had a comfortable experience. Particularly, as I had a remote meeting scheduled before the check-in time, I inquired about the possibility of using the lobby or other areas. The staff kindly suggested an early check-in option for an additional fee, allowing me to use my room for the meeting, which was very helpful. Recently, such guest-oriented proposals have been rare, so I truly appreciated it. The room facilities were comfortable throughout my stay; however, one concern was with the bathroom cleanliness. While it might not be noticeable from a regular standing perspective, when seated on the toilet seat, I noticed dirt (likely black mold) under the bathtub area. Since the bathroom is predominantly white-themed, stains tend to stand out more easily despite being difficult to maintain. Given that other facilities are new and well-maintained, this issue becomes more noticeable. It may bother some guests as well; therefore, attention to this detail would be appreciated.

    Thank you for the wonderful stay. The location near the station was very convenient. On top of that, both dinner and breakfast featured delicious local specialties from Fukuoka, which made us very satisfied. The staff had lovely smiles and warmly interacted with us, making our stay comfortable. While there are self-service options available, the overall service was excellent. I would love to stay here again when visiting Fukuoka in the future. Thank you very much!

    A women-friendly Hotel with convenient transportation access.

    I had to catch a 7:00 AM flight from Haneda for my trip to Italy with a friend, but I was able to comfortably reach Fukuoka Airport using the first subway train. Since it was very close to Hakata Station, I could smoothly carry my large suitcase. The Room was spacious and well-equipped with KOSÉ skincare products, which were really helpful. The bus stop for Lalaport Fukuoka was also nearby, and it only took 20 minutes one way. It was truly a convenient Hotel. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

    The bathroom was excellent.

    Overall, it is an ordinary Business Hotel, but the bathroom is new, the curtains are clean, the bathtub is large, and the shampoo and conditioner provided are of good quality.

    Convenient

    One of the reasons I chose this place is because there are women-only Rooms, which makes me feel secure. However, it was disappointing that there was no shower cap. Another reason is its proximity to the station, which is very convenient for using the Shinkansen. I would love to stay here again.

    Just a stone's throw from the Chikushi Exit of Hakata Station, offering excellent access. While opening the curtains only reveals the windows of the neighboring building, providing no view or sunlight, everything else was comfortable and sufficient. The breakfast was delicious. I will use this accommodation again when staying in Hakata.

    Conveniently located near the station

    The Hotel used for business trips has a price limit, making it difficult to stay frequently. However, whenever I travel to Fukuoka for business, I always check availability and stay if there are vacancies. It is close to Hakata Station, clean, and safe for solo female travelers.

    Worth the price.

    I stayed during a three-day weekend, and while the location near Hakata Station is convenient, I paid an amount that would be sufficient for accommodation in central Tokyo. Although I was aware of the room size beforehand, it left an impression of being neither particularly good nor bad. Specifically, while the lobby had a sense of cleanliness, the room itself was neither exceptionally clean nor dirty. However, it was very small and lacked comfort, which might be expected from a business hotel. The reception staff and breakfast venue staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming. The service did not feel worth the price paid. The breakfast was indeed tasty but made me question whether it was worth paying 2,000 yen. Honestly, I felt that spending 2,000 yen at a station building restaurant would have provided better options. Overall, most of the value for this accommodation seems to come from its convenient location. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again at this price point.

    Excellent location!

    Located just steps from Hakata Station, this accommodation is extremely convenient. Although I traveled by train this time, the limousine bus stop from Fukuoka Airport is also nearby, making it a great option for those arriving by plane. The chilled disposable neck towels available at the front desk were a thoughtful touch for combating the heat. Amenities include Snow Skin Essence products and all essentials are provided, so you can stay worry-free even without bringing your own items. While I opted for a room-only plan without meals, there are plenty of cafes in the area offering breakfast options, so it was no issue at all. I would definitely stay here again!
