    Prime location near the station

    I stayed here the night before heading to Rusutsu for snowboarding. Traveling with my snowboard was hassle-free as the hotel is directly connected to the station. The next morning, I enjoyed a hearty seafood breakfast with unlimited toppings like salmon roe and scallops. Afterward, I took a free shuttle bus from Kamori Kanko, located just behind the hotel, to Rusutsu. The location right in front of the station makes it an excellent base for traveling from Sapporo. I’ll definitely stay here again next year!

    Both the good and the bad

    Although there are some steps, it is convenient to reach the Hotel without going above ground from the station, and the directions are easy to understand. The cleaning of the Room was poor, and there were remnants of what seemed to be food from the previous guest, which was unpleasant. Including those on the front floor, there is a wide variety of amenities, making it convenient to use with little luggage. The variety of breakfast was less than expected, but I was able to finish what I wanted to eat, which was just right for someone like me who eats small portions.

    Conveniently located in front of the station.

    I used this hotel due to a sudden need. It was my first visit to Sapporo in a long time, and I was overwhelmed by the usual number of tourists as I checked into the hotel. The hotel itself can be accessed from the station through an underground passage, so it is not affected by the weather. I think this is especially helpful in winter. The room is compact, but considering it is on par with a general business hotel, it is sufficient. It also has a sense of cleanliness. Since I needed to leave soon, I used the breakfast buffet to get a little taste of Hokkaido. The menu had a wide variety for a business hotel, and I enjoyed eating. The seafood, which is a selling point, was provided almost without interruption and was delicious. Considering the current needs of tourists, I think this pricing is inevitable, but when compared to the level and cost performance of hotels I have stayed at in other tourist spots and major cities, I felt a little disappointed.

    False advertising

    The breakfast was advertised as having a wide variety and being delicious, but in reality, it was disappointing. There was no soup curry, no Jingisukan, and no freshly squeezed juice, making it far from the images in the breakfast menu. The Room was too small, and the restaurant was too cramped, making it impossible to relax comfortably.

    I would like to stay again.

    I stayed with my 2-year-old child. My son, who loves cars, was glued to the large window, gazing at the scenery outside. We had requested in advance to have the twin beds pushed together, so it became a spacious king-size bed, allowing the three of us to sleep comfortably. The Room was also spacious, with plenty of room for our luggage. Since it is connected to the station underground, it was easy to move around without feeling cold. I would love to stay here again when I visit Sapporo. It's a definite repeat. Thank you very much.

    Directly connected to the station, offering excellent accessibility and value for money.

    This is my second visit since this summer. Last time, I used the "Room at the discretion of the hotel" option for one night, and was surprised to be assigned a triple room, but this time it's a regular single room. The room size was just right, allowing me to spend three nights comfortably. There is a coffee service in the lobby, so for breakfast, I enjoyed bread purchased the day before at Daimaru. The access is excellent, making it ideal for traveling with Sapporo as a base, and the price is reasonable and convenient.

    It was excellent!

    It is connected underground from Sapporo Station, so you can move safely even in bad weather. The room was on the tenth floor, offering a view of Sapporo Station and a beautiful night view. Since it is in front of the station, you can also walk to sightseeing spots, and there is a taxi stand right in front, making transportation easy. There is also a convenience store next to the hotel, and the front desk offers ice cream service. And what I was most looking forward to was breakfast. All-you-can-eat seafood & salmon roe. You can add as much salmon roe as you like. The types of sashimi were four: salmon, tuna tataki, scallops, and salmon roe. I am not fond of salmon, so I didn't eat it, but the scallops were sweet and thick, and the salmon roe was perfectly seasoned. The tataki was delicious without any odor. Of course, there are regular fried foods, but there are also local specialties like soup curry and cheese, and the desserts and fruits are plentiful, making for a satisfying morning. It's nice to eat seafood bowls at the market, but I think it's also great to fully enjoy them at the hotel. We made a reservation here to fully enjoy seafood and Hokkaido cuisine without any regrets on the last day of our Hokkaido trip. We are satisfied. It was the best. Thank you very much.

    The billed amount from IKYU and the actual payment amount were different.

    After confirming the Reservation on IKYU, the amount paid on-site was different from the billed amount. When I later checked the details received at the Hotel, I noticed that the amount displayed on the site was about 3,000 yen different, but I gave up. It's understandable that the Room was different from the photos, but I felt that the cleaning was not thorough. For example, stains on sheets and chairs. It might be a coincidence, but having had an unpleasant experience once, I don't think I will stay again. However, I think the guidance and response of the hotel staff were excellent.

    Close to the station!

    You can reach Sapporo Station without having to go above ground. It's great not having to walk on snowy roads.

    If you're staying in Sapporo, this is the place.

    You can move from Sapporo Station underground, so it's nice not to be affected by the weather. Tourist spots and convenience stores are also nearby, making it convenient. The Hotel is also clean, and I have stayed there many times.

    It exceeded expectations.

    The breakfast and service were very good.

    The ladies' room was a great opportunity to try various Refa devices. The breakfast, with unlimited salmon roe and scallops, was excellent. Other items were also delicious. Additionally, there were many convenient and appreciated points such as the wide variety of amenities at the amenity bar, simple drink service in the lounge, and a luggage storage corner.     Conveniently located near the station.

    It can be accessed from underground, but it's a bit hard to find. However, even if you go above ground, it's very convenient as it's just across the crosswalk. The Facility is a bit old, but it's well-maintained and clean, and they were happy to store luggage before and after the stay. For breakfast, there are not only salads but also warm vegetables, and while seafood rice bowls are the main dish, there is also bread. Additionally, the desserts and drinks are plentiful. The service of being able to take drinks to the Room was also nice. The all-you-can-top seafood rice bowl is flavorful enough for those coming from outside the region. Since there are many other things to eat in Hokkaido, being able to have a seafood rice bowl for breakfast at the Hotel is appreciated. By the way, you can also have soup curry. Given the number of guest rooms in the Hotel, there are relatively few seats, so depending on the time, there might be a wait, but the staff cleaned up quickly, and the food was replenished immediately, leaving a good impression. It seems more suited for business trips than family stays, but I would definitely like to use it again.

    The best breakfast and staff service

    Staying for three nights, something different and delicious every day. The self-made seafood, a classic, is particularly exquisite. It felt like the accommodation cost was reduced. If I had to make a request, it would be that there was no tea for a tea lover like me. The staff may not be in sufficient numbers, but the staff who attended to me were extremely kind and courteous. The room is not particularly spacious, and there is no onsen, but as a comprehensive establishment, I am satisfied. I would like to stay again.

    Breakfast is excellent.

    For breakfast, we had a bowl topped with salmon roe, scallops, and salmon. It was a luxurious treat. We also enjoyed soup curry and indulged in the local specialty!

    I made a reservation...

    I made a reservation for my mother's trip. She wanted a hotel with breakfast included, so I chose this one. She was very pleased, saying it was even more amazing than she had heard. The compact twin room is really compact, so she felt a bit cramped, but she seemed very satisfied. Thank you very much.

    No coin laundry available.

    Staying at this Hotel, it is quite close to Sapporo Station and you can also take the subway. The south-facing Room had quite good sunlight. The air conditioning was only on ventilation mode, making it very hot during the day. Also, there is no coin laundry, which is quite inconvenient.

    Convenient and comfortable near the station

    A mobile phone charger is provided in the room, and necessary amenities such as slippers and a folding stand for suitcases are available, so there was no inconvenience at all. The room is small, but since I used a double room alone, there was no problem. It's close to the station, and you can get there through the underground passage without going outside, so it's fine even in the rain. I would like to use it again.

    It was disappointing.

    The central air conditioning was hot at night, and the bathroom curtain had stains. The breakfast venue was small, and the vegetables were dry. I was looking forward to it, so it was disappointing. There were also few outlets in the Room, which was inconvenient.

    As always, it was a stable stay. The location is directly connected to the underground passage, allowing access regardless of rain or snow. Also, the breakfast was wonderful, and other guests were saying "It's delicious" and "It's luxurious." Despite these circumstances, I am grateful for the relatively affordable price. I look forward to staying here again.

    The staff's service was very good.

    I stayed for three nights on a business trip. I booked a room on a high floor. Although it was on a high floor, I was disappointed that when I opened the curtains, the view was just the windows of other guest rooms, so I couldn't enjoy the exterior view. The room was small, but the convenience of being right in front of Sapporo Station was very good.

    It was a comfortable stay!

    This time, I stayed in a double room with my sister, and the room was clean and stylish. The room was spacious enough for each of us to open a small suitcase, allowing us to stay comfortably. The bath on the top floor offers a view of the town, and the long hours of availability were helpful. The only disappointment was the poor view from the outdoor bath. I would like to use it again next time.

    I used this place just for sleeping and because the bus stop to the airport the next day was nearby. I didn't have any particular expectations, so it didn't bother me much, but there was a bit of a line at check-in, and the customer service at that time was a bit questionable... that's about all that bothered me.     The access was excellent.

    Direct access to Sapporo Station was really convenient. They held our suitcases until check-in. The room was smaller than I imagined. The breakfast was satisfying with a wide variety. I enjoyed plenty of scallops, salmon roe, salmon, and tuna tataki on my rice. I will use this place again when I go to Sapporo!

    I made a reservation because the seafood for breakfast was all-you-can-eat. I had a leisurely breakfast, enjoying plenty of salmon roe, scallops, and salmon from the morning. The soup curry was so-so. The hotel is conveniently located very close to Sapporo Station and was clean. I would like to use it again when I visit Sapporo.

    Salmon Roe Rice Bowl

    I was attracted by the all-you-can-eat salmon roe and decided on this hotel, but not only the salmon roe bowl, the other sashimi, spicy miso stir-fried pork, fried chicken, freshly squeezed juice, soft serve ice cream, etc. were all delicious and I was very satisfied. The guest room was not excessively dry and there was no smell in the room, so I was able to stay comfortably.

    We stayed for 2 nights at the Hotel right in front of Sapporo Station, with very convenient access to the airport bus stop nearby. The Room felt a bit small, but the pillows were just right, allowing us to sleep comfortably. Amenities were well-prepared and fully stocked, so we had no inconveniences. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had plenty of seafood bowls with lots of salmon roe—it was delicious! Despite being a busy time, the staff quickly guided us to our seats.
