    We had a comfortable stay.

    The location right in front of the station was very convenient, and we had no trouble finding places to shop or eat during our stay. Even after four nights, breakfast didn’t get boring as the menu changed slightly each day, and everyone in our group was satisfied. Having a lounge was also one of the reasons we chose this Hotel—it was useful for meeting up with others, relaxing when we had some free time, and our child even used it for studying. However, since we stayed four nights, we would have liked to request housekeeping around the second night. We stayed on the ladies’ floor and were glad we could travel lighter without bringing our own items—the ReFa hair iron and dryer were great to use. We would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

    A Hotel near the station

    I stayed during the July long weekend. Unfortunately it was raining, and it was very hard to find when approaching from underground. The next morning I realized that if you go above ground, it’s less than a three-minute walk from the station… It was nice to have access to the lounge, but it couldn’t handle the crowds—items were constantly out of stock, so I went back to my Room right away. I’d like them to increase the number of staff on duty. The Room was small but clean and well maintained, and it was comfortable to use. The lack of lighting at the vanity might be a downside for women. While other hotels raised their prices for the holiday weekend, I appreciated that this Hotel offered reasonable rates.

    The location near Sapporo Station is top-tier. Check-in and check-out service feels about what you’d expect for a Business Hotel. Not bad by any means, though.

    A conveniently located Hotel near the station, with breakfast that exceeds expectations!

    With its convenient location near the station and direct access via an underground passage, it was very easy to get around without getting wet even on rainy days. From the 7th-floor lobby, we could see the area around the station and distant mountain ranges, and the view was excellent. In the lobby, hot coffee and an apple vinegar drink were available at all times, and it was also very convenient that each floor had ice and a water dispenser. What impressed me most was breakfast. The Hokkaido-style seafood rice bowl came with both steamed rice and sushi rice options, and it was wonderful to be able to enjoy everything you’d hope for in Hokkaido at once—soft-serve ice cream, stir-fried jingisukan (grilled mutton), soup curry, and more. The dining staff were attentive as well, so there was none of the stress that can come with buffet-style dining; they made the trip feel even more special. The guest room had a combined bath-and-toilet unit bathroom without a separate washing area, but it was relatively spacious and I didn’t find it inconvenient. I previously stayed at another Hotel in this group in Tamachi, and I feel this group’s strengths are guest-focused service and breakfasts that exceed expectations. This is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again.

    We stayed here for a...

    We stayed here for a family trip. It was close to the station, which made getting around easy! We made a Reservation with the Executive Lounge Plan, but it seemed you could also use it by becoming a member on the day, so it was crowded. It didn’t feel very exclusive, and it felt like something you’d use only if you just want a quick drink. The Hotel itself was very clean!

    The Facility was excellent!

    We stayed as a family. The Facility was well equipped, and the staff were kind, so we had a very comfortable stay. - The hair dryer, hair straightener, and curling iron were all high quality - Separate pajama top and bottom Everything was more than worth the price, which was a big help! There was also a water dispenser nearby, and since we have small children, we really appreciated the thoughtful consideration. Breakfast was delicious. If the lounge drink selection were more extensive, I think it would be an even nicer Hotel! Everyone was very kind to our children, and it’s a Hotel we would love to stay at again.

    A Hotel you’ll want to return to.

    This Hotel is reasonably priced considering it is directly connected to the station. The Room is clean and practical, and if you sign up for a free membership, you can use the lounge. They also offer snacks, making it so comfortable that you may end up staying longer than planned. The staff are friendly and attentive with warm smiles—definitely a place we will return to.

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed for two nights on a trip to Hokkaido with my daughter. The location was great, the Room was spacious, and the TV was large, so we had a comfortable stay. The amenities were well stocked, which was nice. The breakfast we were looking forward to was also very delicious. I would like to stay here again when traveling in Hokkaido.

    A highly satisfying breakfast buffet.

    I stayed here for a concert. It’s close to the station and well stocked with amenities—no complaints at all. The breakfast buffet was especially excellent. I enjoyed a seafood bowl with salmon roe, scallops, and tuna, as well as soup curry and soft-serve ice cream. I’d like to stay here again when I visit Hokkaido.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    The hotel is conveniently accessible from Sapporo Station and the underground walkway. The staff were kind and welcoming, and both check-in and check-out were smooth, making my stay very comfortable. I didn’t notice at the time of Reservation, but there was a complimentary drink service in the lobby. They provided a ladies-only floor, with ReFa amenities, sheet masks, and thoughtful touches throughout. The bath salts smelled wonderful and helped me fully unwind, and I also appreciated the separate pajama set.

    First time!

    This was my first stay. I initially made a Reservation without meals, but the front desk told me their breakfast is very popular, so I tried it the next morning! It was absolutely delicious!!! The Hotel is close to the station, and both the Hotel and the Room were clean. I’m very satisfied and will definitely stay again!

    The location was great and convenient for getting anywhere, and it was especially nice that we could reach the Hotel from Sapporo Station via the underground walkway. Being able to store our suitcases was very helpful. We stayed on the executive floor, so we used the lounge. It was disappointing that the bathroom was a unit bath. The water wasn’t hot enough, and it felt cold. Breakfast didn’t have a wide variety, but it was great that we could make our own seafood rice bowl, and there were many kinds of bread as well. There was bottled water, and having coffee beans in the Room that we could grind ourselves and drink was a first for us. It turned into a fun trip for me and my daughter.

    The lounge is very lovely.

    I chose this hotel because it is close to the station and I thought I wouldn’t need to go outside, and the Room was clean. The lounge also served draft Sapporo Classic beer, which I really enjoyed.

    Cleaning was insufficient.

    I chose this accommodation for its convenient location. However, I was concerned about the staff's service and the cleanliness of the room. At the front desk, there were no proactive greetings or interactions from the staff. Even during check-in/out terminal operations, their attitude was more like "Let us know if you need help," without any smiles. It felt more like dealing with operators rather than professional hotel staff, lacking a sense of hospitality. The room cleaning also seemed insufficient. Upon entering, I noticed several pieces of trash on the carpet right away, making me wonder if they vacuumed regularly. The vinyl-covered chair at the desk had coffee? stains that were easily removed with a damp tissue when I tried wiping it myself—indicating daily attention to such details might be lacking. I considered requesting a room change but assumed all rooms would likely have similar cleaning standards and decided it would be a waste of time. The next morning upon departure, cleaning staff in the hallway were speaking quite loudly about work matters. Even when encountering me near the elevator, they neither greeted me nor lowered their voices or paused their conversation—making me think "This attitude explains that level of cleanliness." This stay made me realize how important first and last impressions are at an accommodation.

    I have stayed at this accommodation several times, and this time I stayed in a new room on a higher floor. Unfortunately, the snowy view from the room was different from what was advertised (it did not face Sapporo Station but instead faced the wall of a neighboring building), and my room also faced that wall. Additionally, I felt slight vibrations in the bed throughout the night. Those sensitive to vibrations might find it less comfortable. The room felt cramped when opening the door, and the bathroom was not separate. However, a humidifier and hairdryer were provided, which was very thoughtful! Overall, the hotel staff were very kind and accommodating.

    Conveniently located near the station

    I often stay here when traveling by plane. The Room is a bit small but comfortable, and the Facility is sufficient. This time, I was impressed by the wonderful view of the station front. There are many casual and delicious restaurants like Daisho Suisan in the same building, Rokkatei nearby, and Colombo Curry. It's very convenient. You can also access Daimaru or Stellar Place from underground without needing a coat. It was a very enjoyable trip. Thank you!

    I have stayed here several times, and the location near the station is very convenient. The direct connection from the underground passage is also a great feature. However, there are a few steps on the way, so if you have a suitcase, it might be better to use the ground-level route in good weather. The staff were kind, and I think the amenities are well-equipped. The breakfast has a good reputation, and although I haven’t had the chance to try it yet, I look forward to enjoying it during my next stay.

    Family Trip

    Right in front of Sapporo Station!

    2-night Multiple Night Stay Located right in front of Sapporo Station, directly across from Daimaru, and connected underground... This summer in Sapporo was hot, but I could take the JR or subway without stepping outside. There are some stairs along the way though! Given such a convenient location, it's somewhat understandable, but the room is extremely small. Once I opened my suitcase, I had to sidestep like a crab just to get to the bathroom. Initially planned for a one-night stay but extended to two nights due to a change in plans. The first night was on an executive floor and the second on a standard floor, so I expected separate check-ins and check-outs for each night. However, the front desk kindly said, "Normally there would be an additional charge for this arrangement, but you can stay in the same room." Upon reflection though... where exactly was that "executive floor"? It felt like I missed out somehow. Well, it was just for sleeping anyway so it's fine—but still left me feeling unsettled. In the end, it seemed too much trouble to ask about it further and I let it go as is.

    Delicious Breakfast

    It was a multiple night stay, and I added breakfast on the second day. The meal selection felt like a mini Hokkaido trip. I wanted to eat more, but I reached my limit... I definitely want to stay again next time and enjoy a fun "revenge" visit!

    Great accessibility!

    This was my first time staying here, and the access from trains and buses was very convenient. The taxi stand right in front made it easy to go out without searching for a taxi during my stay. The accommodation kindly stored my luggage before check-in, and the foreign staff member who assisted me was very kind and humorous, which helped me relax immediately upon arrival. There is an exclusive lounge for guests where I enjoyed delicious coffee in my room. On the last day, I had breakfast and was amazed by the menu filled with Hokkaido's delicious specialties! I even got to enjoy a seafood bowl customized to my liking, with so many tempting dishes to choose from. The combination of cheese drizzled with honey on bread was absolutely exquisite. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making for a pleasant morning experience. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Sapporo!

    The Room was smaller than expected, making it difficult to open suitcases for two people. Although it was supposed to be an Executive Floor, the dust on the headboard and the smell and mold in the bathroom were concerning. The showerhead was Mirable, but there was also mold around its stopper. The location was convenient as it is in front of the station.

    The showerhead is excellent.

    Checked in past 11 PM, completely exhausted, but after using the Mirable shower, my skin felt refreshed and radiant the next day—truly surprising! The cleansing products, mouthwash, bath salts, and chargers were very helpful. The water server was also a nice touch. In the smoking Room, there were two ashtrays already set up in advance—a thoughtful gesture. One minor point: although it was a high-floor Room, the U-shaped walls on both sides limited the view to just straight ahead, which was slightly disappointing. Despite being busy, the front desk and restaurant staff always greeted me warmly and made my stay comfortable. It was lightly raining in the morning but being able to walk underground directly to Sapporo Station without going outside was very convenient. Thank you!

    Prime location near the station

    I stayed here the night before heading to Rusutsu for snowboarding. Traveling with my snowboard was hassle-free as the hotel is directly connected to the station. The next morning, I enjoyed a hearty seafood breakfast with unlimited toppings like salmon roe and scallops. Afterward, I took a free shuttle bus from Kamori Kanko, located just behind the hotel, to Rusutsu. The location right in front of the station makes it an excellent base for traveling from Sapporo. I’ll definitely stay here again next year!

    Both the good and the bad

    Although there are some steps, it is convenient to reach the Hotel without going above ground from the station, and the directions are easy to understand. The cleaning of the Room was poor, and there were remnants of what seemed to be food from the previous guest, which was unpleasant. Including those on the front floor, there is a wide variety of amenities, making it convenient to use with little luggage. The variety of breakfast was less than expected, but I was able to finish what I wanted to eat, which was just right for someone like me who eats small portions.
