    It was nice being close to the station.

    I stayed to visit Tokyo Garden Theater. It was convenient as it was close to both the station and the venue, and the hotel had a convenience store attached. I deducted one star because the sanitary box used by the previous guest was not disposed of.

    Perfect for attending Pokémon card tournaments.

    I stayed from Saturday night to attend a Pokémon Card Game tournament at a nearby venue. I booked early, so I got a great deal. I used a coin-operated parking lot, and it was spacious with plenty of available spaces. There are also two 7-Eleven stores and a FamilyMart nearby, but many items were sold out on the morning of the event, so it’s best to buy what you need the day before and keep it in the refrigerator. The bed was soft and very comfortable—I slept great. I was very satisfied. Payment and check-in/check-out are done by machine, so everything is quick, and luggage storage is available. I’d like to stay again.

    Close to Ariake Tennis Park, with excellent transportation access. The Room was also clean and comfortable.

    I was able to relax.

    I stayed in a single Room. The Room was spacious, and I was able to relax very comfortably! I was also very pleased with the amenities distributed at the front desk, such as bath salts and face masks. I plan to stay here again.

    Conveniently located near the station

    A few minutes' walk to the nearest station is convenient. Satisfied with this price for a Plan with breakfast, but the taste is... Convenient with a convenience store on the second floor. Check-in & out were completed smoothly.

    A little happiness is nice!

    The first time I happened to reserve a room, it was on the 17th floor or higher, and I used the room key to enter the back of the elevator hall and took the elevator there. Such a special feeling made me stay in the deluxe suite again this time. I appreciate the few smoking rooms available, and the kitchen and washing machine were quite handy. It's so comfortable that I want to stay longer next time!

    Stayed for tennis watching

    Good Points - It's convenient to have a Lawson inside the Hotel - It's nice to be able to watch WOWOW on the Room's TV Bad Points - The air circulation in the Room is poor, and the air conditioning doesn't reach the bed, making it hot - The unit bath is old, reminiscent of an old apartment bathroom, which detracts from the travel experience - Although the Room had a balcony, it was inaccessible, rendering it meaningless - There was only one chair, and the additional chair requested was a folding chair, which was uncomfortable to sit on for long periods

    Did not notice the amenities.

    I stayed for tennis watching. I was inconvenienced because I didn't notice the amenities at the entrance due to my late check-in. I wish I had been informed when I left my luggage earlier.
