    Small and crowded; expect lines.

    The 17 m² twin room felt cramped, with no space to open a suitcase. Even with a sofa, the layout was awkward and it ended up being used as a place to put luggage, which was disappointing. I would have liked complimentary mineral water. Check-in was very crowded around 3:00 p.m., and I had to wait in line for about 15 minutes. Since older guests who are not used to the machines take more time, I think more staffed counters should be available. It was nice that the hotel is close to Tokyo Garden Theater, but it still takes just under 30 minutes on foot.

    Expensive for a No Meals Included plan.

    Expensive for a No Meals Included stay. It says the bathroom and toilet are separate, but the changing area is the toilet. In other words, you can barely use the toilet while someone is in the bath, but you can’t use it while someone is changing. Also, the bathtub is quite small, so even if you fill it with hot water, it’s not really relaxing.

    After checking out, I realized I had left my neck cooler in the refrigerator and informed a staff member in the lobby. They kindly went to look for it right away, but couldn’t find it at first. It turned out I had given the wrong Room number (I mistakenly gave my daughter’s Room number from a different Room). Even so, she handed it to me with a smile and said, “I’m very sorry to have kept you waiting. I’m glad we found it—having this really makes a difference in the heat.” She was a foreign female staff member. Thank you very much for your help, and I’m truly sorry for the trouble.

    Great-value Deluxe Room

    The Room was quite spacious, yet surprisingly affordable and an excellent value. The Facility and amenities were more than sufficient, and best of all, the ocean view from the window was amazing.

    It was clean and comfortable.

    I stayed here for an event at Tokyo Big Sight. Amenities such as toner and cleansing oil are available on the first floor. They also had face masks and bath salts, and I was happy that they were good quality (made in Japan). You pick up toothbrushes and pajamas yourself. Check-in and check-out were smooth. I was able to stay at a very reasonable price, everything I needed was provided, and the place was clean, so it was comfortable and I was very satisfied.

    I stayed here for an event, and the location and cleanliness were excellent—I’m glad I chose to stay. They offer Blu-ray rentals, so I was able to relax and enjoy my Hotel stay.

    A Hotel with Plenty of Amenities

    Stayed one night for a Disney trip. Maybe because we checked in late after 9:00 PM, or because there were Rooms available, we were assigned a larger-than-expected Room on the 15th floor. We were so happy!! The only downside was the bathroom area. The cleaning around the bathtub and mirror could have been better. Amenities are available to pick up freely near the front desk. However, there is no bottled water provided, so you’ll need to buy drinks on the 2nd floor.

    The Room was spacious, which was great.

    I chose the Premium Floor because I wanted a separate bath and toilet, and the Room was spacious. There also happened to be a washing machine installed, which was very helpful because I could do laundry. You can pick up only the amenities you need from next to the front desk, so you don’t have to take anything unnecessary. I think it’s a great system. Just one thing—I wish there were bottled water in the Room. I’m not comfortable drinking tap water. Overall, it’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    The breakfast buffet is excellent.

    I stayed here to cheer at the nearby boat racing venue. My preschool child also stayed with me, and breakfast was free for the Child Sharing Existing Bedding. The Hotel sent a QR code for check-in in advance, so it took no time at all from arriving at the Hotel to getting to the Room. The bed in the guest room was large, and the Room was more than spacious enough for 1.5 people, so we were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and my preschool child ate until full. The roast pork was especially delicious—I went back for seconds several times. I would like to stay here again when I have business nearby.

    We had a relaxing stay.

    Because I have early-morning medical appointments, I stay here occasionally. This time as well, I had an early morning for treatment and tests, so I stayed again after a while. The staff were wonderful before, and this time too their kind support from check-in onward was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious—excellent. I was able to relax and enjoy a very comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

    It was newly renovated, very clean, and comfortable. The location is also convenient.

    Although I live in Tokyo, I stayed for one night for a change of pace. It’s a very good Hotel. First, there are plenty of self check-in kiosks, so the process is smooth, and the staff also speak to you, which saves time and makes you feel welcomed. The Room was new, clean, and stylish. I had a very comfortable stay. There is a sliding door between the bedroom and the living & dining area, so it feels like two separate spaces—no problem even if one person stays up late or sleeps in. There was also an oven microwave, cooking utensils (pots), tableware, a refrigerator with separate fridge and freezer sections, and a washing machine with a drying function. From the window, I could watch airplanes and ships coming and going. The TFT building across the street has restaurants, a food court, and a convenience store, which is very convenient. The nearest station isn’t a terminal station, but it’s not far to Yurakucho Station via the Metro and Yurikamome lines, so I felt this Hotel offers great value for money.

    No heating available.

    On a snowy night, the heating didn’t work. When I told the front desk, they gave an incomprehensible answer that they can’t set the temperature by floor—it was obvious they weren’t running the heat to cut costs. It was unacceptable. When I complained and asked for a heater, they told me to go get one myself because there’s one on each floor. When I requested that it be brought to my Room, they acted annoyed. The staff member who brought it had bleached blond afro hair and seemed like someone assigned to handle complaints. A disappointing Hotel. I won’t choose it again.

    Disney

    I made a Reservation to visit Disney. I found out after arriving that there is a bus to Disney, but it was already fully booked, so I couldn’t take it. Access to Disney by bus seems very convenient, but the train worked fine as well. I would like to stay with you again. Only a double Room was available, so it was quite small, but since we only needed a place to sleep, it was sufficient. We stayed as two people, but there was only one set of pillows and towels. Amenities were well stocked—there were even hair packs and tea available in the lobby.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed for three nights with my daughter. 　It was a twin Room, and the size was just right. It was also convenient to have a Lawson on the second floor. 　The amenities were well stocked, including bath salts, hair treatment, and face masks, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Breakfast being available until 10:00 a.m. was also appreciated, as my daughter was tired and couldn’t wake up early. 　All of the staff were pleasant, and we had a comfortable stay.     I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of two nights. There were some reinforced areas in the Room's Facility, but there were no issues during my stay. The Room on the premium floor had a great view, a high ceiling, and a spacious, comfortable atmosphere. I appreciated that hot water was readily available in the shower and sink. After requesting cleaning after the first night, the Room was made very clean, allowing me to rest comfortably on the second night as well. I would like to use this place again when I come to Ariake. You can hear the sound of airplanes and trucks, so if noise bothers you, earplugs might help you rest better. The premium floor is on a high floor, so it was quite sunny and warm when the weather was good. It was just right for me, as I tend to feel cold. The breakfast menu had some variations, which was appreciated for a Multiple Night Stay. The restaurant felt a bit chilly. The staff who assisted me at check-in provided a detailed explanation, which made me feel warm and welcomed.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    This was my first time staying here. The Room was well-cleaned and very tidy. The staff at the front desk and those in charge of luggage storage were kind, polite, and made the experience pleasant. I appreciated the wide variety of amenities (including lotion, emulsion, cleansing products, face wash, face masks, and even bath additives) and rental items (such as a beauty nano-care steamer). However, I was unaware that the Lawson convenience store inside the Hotel was closed for renovations, so I had to ask the Hotel staff and ended up going outside (just a few minutes' walk) to make a purchase. Although the rating was in the 3-point range (almost 4, though), I was slightly anxious about what to expect, but I had a satisfying stay. Considering the rising Hotel accommodation prices in Tokyo after the COVID-19 pandemic, I was grateful to receive this level of service at the price I paid. I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    A budget-friendly Hotel near the International Exhibition Center Station

    I stayed after watching a live performance at Tokyo Garden Theater. The lobby was spacious and open, and the staff kindly greeted us, which made us feel comfortable. It is conveniently located near Kokusai-Tenjijo Station, with a Saizeriya restaurant right in front. It was a bit disappointing that the convenience store in the same building was temporarily closed for renovations. The twin Room felt a bit small for two people. Although there was a sofa, it was positioned in a way that made it difficult to watch TV, and the closet lacked doors, which seemed like areas for improvement. However, having a smoking Room was a great help for us smokers.

    New Year's Stays

    During our stay on January 4th, there weren't many guests, so we could relax. However, our room number was ◯◯55. It was extremely far from the elevator. Perhaps because of this, there was no noise from other guests, and it might have been a considerate gesture from the hotel, especially with many international guests. But the elevator was far... The view from the room and window was neither good nor bad. The amenities were of the type where you choose what you want. You could choose coffee, tea, or green tea, and you could boil water in the room. So, it would have been nice if there was a bottle of water provided, as it would have increased satisfaction. As for the meals... it might have been okay not to include them. My husband said the curry he ate was delicious. However, considering the price on a Saturday during the New Year period, it was a good deal. Thank you for taking care of us.

    The noise and cleanliness were disappointing.

    The noise from the next Room was so loud during the night and early morning that it shook our bed. It happened so often that I wondered if it was an earthquake. I could hear voices from the hallway, and when I peeked out, the door was left open even in the middle of the night. The next morning, when I checked out, it seemed to be a foreign family. The air conditioning was hot and didn't cool, so I turned it off, but it was still hot. The most disappointing thing was that there was blood on the toilet seat and fingerprints all over the paper holder lid. The bathtub lid in the bathroom was also detached.

    Room and parking lot

    Thank you again for this time. Of course, the Room was great, but the parking fee after check-out is affordable and helpful. I often travel by car, so I would love to use it again.

    Stayed for two night...

    Stayed for two nights in a Premium Bayside Single, which had a spacious closet, a refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, a washbasin with a shower, and even a shoe box, making it suitable for a Multiple Night Stay. Additional towels were available in the elevator hall, so there was no need to request cleaning. Although a bit far, the view of planes taking off and landing was nice. I was also pleased with the willingness to accommodate loan items as much as possible. Breakfast was ordinary, but the option to take it away was a good service. Unfortunately, the water facilities in the room felt old, and I thought it would be nice to have cutlery like plates for ready-to-eat curry, especially since there was a microwave. The heating was intense, and even when turned off, it was warm enough, which might be challenging for those who get hot easily. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
