We sincerely apologize for not providing adequate event information and for any inconvenience caused by staff shortages during your stay. Outdoor events, which are subject to weather conditions, may be canceled on certain days, but we will ensure accurate information is provided upon your arrival. We will also enhance the information displays within the facility to ensure all guests receive the necessary information. Our front desk staff may also assist in dining areas, which can result in fewer staff available for check-in during late arrivals. However, we believe that keeping our guests waiting is unacceptable in terms of hospitality. We will review our reception process and staff cooperation to provide prompt and better service from the guest's perspective. The building's facilities are indeed aged, as mentioned by Minamishiga-sama, due to the years since construction and the external environment facing the Sea of Japan.
