    How meals are provided

    When I visited before, there was a live kitchen offering freshly fried tempura, sushi made to order, freshly grilled steak, and the quality was very good. Currently, the sushi is placed on plates two pieces at a time, and the sashimi is served in small portions.

    Stay in Premium Deluxe A with Open-air Bath

    Even with the lights on, it was generally dark. There was a table and chairs in front of the bed, which was obstructive. It would have been better if they were placed between or beside the beds. The open-air bath was terrible, with a large number of insects floating. There was a net provided for removal, but it was too troublesome, so we gave up using the open-air bath. I made a reservation for my wife's birthday, but there were no special services. It was disappointing, especially since we reserved a slightly better room. We thought we would not stay in this room again. The dinner was delicious. The sashimi was particularly fresh, and we ate a lot. It was disappointing that there was no roast beef during the crab fair due to timing. Breakfast was ordinary, neither good nor bad. I hope improvements will be made for future guests.

    One more push after the sauna

    I chose this place after searching for a sauna, private dining, and child-friendly options, and comparing reviews with Kamogawa-kan. The cleaning was thorough, and the service was excellent, but overall the facility was old, which was a downside. The service exceeded the price, and although I suspect they employ retirees and foreigners, I was able to enjoy my stay with their smiles. The crucial sauna uses an infrared heater, and the temperature changes significantly with the opening and closing of the door. I hope they can differentiate themselves by switching to a convection-type stone sauna that allows for löyly. Above all, the outdoor air bath in the open-air bath was wonderful, and there are few facilities where you can enjoy a rock bath and outdoor air bath.

    Family-friendly and satisfying for adults too.

    We stayed with our children. We used a Room with an open-air bath, and they provided body soap for children and a diaper bin. In the large public bath, there seemed to be children's body soap, baby baths, and baby beds. For meals, there was a kids' corner and retort baby food available. I have an egg allergy, but there were steamed vegetables and other things I could eat in the adult corner, which was very helpful. Adults also enjoyed welcome drinks in the tea Room, the bath, the Room, and meals, and we had a much more fulfilling time than expected. We would love to use it again.

    Because it was so good last time,

    I visited during the busy summer season last time. The hotel seemed busy in the summer, but it was lively. This time, from check-in to the restaurant and check-out, I felt that not many people had smiles. The restaurant's food was still delicious, but both in the evening and morning, the service staff seemed tired, and I didn't see many smiles. As soon as I checked into the room, I found hair in the room and even in the freezer, which was disappointing. It's rare for me to visit the same hotel twice, so it was a bit disappointing. The bathroom and toilet were kept clean. The cleaning staff was working hard in the large public bath from the morning. I would love to visit again, so I would appreciate it if the room could be as clean as possible. I was only concerned about the hair. Even though the building is old, it's clear that it is maintained by everyone's cleaning efforts. It might be tough with a lack of staff, but I'm cheering for you! I want to visit again!
