    Everyone in the family is satisfied.

    This Hotel, which I often saw in commercials when I was little. There was a review saying it was recently renovated, so we used it as a family of four. The exterior was the same as before, but the interior was very clean and the service was pleasant. What we were particularly satisfied with was the all-you-can-drink alcohol welcome drink, the wide variety of buffet options, and the onsen. There was a game corner and check-out was at 11 o'clock, so we were very satisfied, including the children. We will use it again.

    Scenery and meals

    I had such a fulfilling time that one night was not enough. The view from the Room was wonderful, and the food was very delicious. The seafood, especially the simmered kinme, was excellent! There was also a workshop, and this time it was making a winter wreath. The staff throughout the facility, including the kitchen, were kind, and the piano concert in the lounge was also wonderful, leaving me very satisfied. For those who drink alcohol, there are many varieties to enjoy even more. I definitely want to visit again.

    The best hospitality.

    The staff were all smiling and provided wonderful service. I was grateful for their quick response to my companion who fell ill. I could feel their consideration for wanting us to have an enjoyable trip. I would like to use this service again.

    I was able to relax.

    I felt that all the staff provided warm hospitality. The Room was spacious and thoroughly cleaned, making it very clean. Although it's due to the structure, I thought it would be more convenient if there was a shower near the open-air bath on the terrace. I thoroughly enjoyed the Room's natural hot spring bath. For dinner, the freshly made sushi, where you could choose the toppings, was delicious, but it seemed challenging for the single sushi chef. There was a queue, so I hope that point can be improved. I felt warm and fuzzy with everyone's send-off when leaving.

    Very satisfied

    I was very satisfied with the open-air bath attached to the Room, which I used many times. The view from the Room was also good, and the amenities were well-equipped.

    The room was spacious and clean. Both the Onsen and the meals were very satisfying. It's nice that alcohol is all-you-can-drink. It would be nice if there were samue in addition to yukata.

    All-Inclusive

    We went on a girls' trip looking forward to the all-inclusive experience. The lounge offered a variety of drinks such as sparkling wine, local beer, and highballs, and we enjoyed drinking them at the outdoor foot bath. It was a bit disappointing that there was no red wine. Dinner was very delicious, just as the reviews said. We were able to stay at a great price this time, so if there is another opportunity like this, we would love to stay again.

    Ito Onsen Juraku

    We stayed for two nights for my husband's birthday trip. The Room was spacious, and the view was excellent. It was nice to spend time leisurely. The hot spring had many stairs, which was a bit tiring, but the water was excellent. With the inclusive service, my husband seemed happy. Next time, I would like to bring my in-laws.

    I will definitely repeat my stay.

    This was my second stay this year. It was my first time after the renewal, and I stayed in a room with an open-air bath on the 10th floor. Since it hasn't been long since the renewal, the room, the corridors with quiet music playing, etc., were very clean, the room was spacious, and the amenities were well-equipped, which made my wife happy. Meals were buffet-style for both dinner and breakfast, with a wide variety of menu options. The chef cooked steak, pizza, sausages, etc., right in front of us, allowing us to enjoy freshly cooked food. Many tables were partitioned like private rooms, and there was no time limit, so it was helpful for me to eat calmly without worrying about my surroundings, especially with my 3-year-old daughter. Although it was a one-night stay over the weekend, there were many guests, and I can understand why it's so popular. I enjoyed the ultimate luxury of soaking in the warm onsen while feeling the cool outside air in the room's onsen. I will definitely repeat my stay.

    All-inclusive

    Before entering the room, you can enjoy an all-you-can-drink service starting from 2:30 PM. Snacks are also replenished regularly. It's bright and has a good atmosphere, so you can relax comfortably.

    The facility is old, but it is well-cleaned, so it doesn't bother me. This time, I made an aroma wax sachet, and it was very enjoyable. The creation time, including the explanation, is about an hour. There is a waiting time of about 30 minutes for the wax to harden, so participants might first make the wax and then spend the waiting time in the adjacent lounge enjoying drinks, including alcohol, and snacks. The front desk staff and buffet staff all work efficiently, greeting you with "Welcome" when you enter and "Thank you" when you leave. It's very pleasant. As for the buffet, given the location, I had high expectations for seafood, but the sashimi was very disappointing. Since they cut and serve one portion after you order, there is a line. Moreover, none of it was very tasty, so I didn't go for seconds. The carpaccio, Chinese-style scallops, and grilled turban shell were delicious. The wine selection is impressive. We are more beer or sake people, but it was fun to look at. The bath has both a large public bath and an open-air bath. Unfortunately, I could only find ice candy at the open-air bath. Since we used the large public bath in the evening and the open-air bath the next morning, we couldn't have the ice candy. It was still a hot season, so it was a bit disappointing. Lastly, the parking lot. Our car is a bit larger in size. If the neighboring car is also large and parked close to one of the lines, we can't get out even if guided there. Please be a bit flexible with the guidance.

    We stayed as a famil...

    We stayed as a family of four. The large room on the 11th floor had a wonderful view, and we were able to relax very comfortably. The renovated room had two toilets, and the room's bath was also a hot spring. The meals were buffet-style with a wide variety and were delicious.

    The cost performance is good. However, the buffet dinner is not relaxing, and the taste is average. An individual dinner would be better. Also, I found it inconvenient that there were no towels in the bath area. The room was renovated, but the plumbing felt a bit old.
