    Delicious meals and exceptional hospitality!

    Despite arriving late, we were greeted with prompt and courteous service, allowing us to enjoy a delicious meal even within the limited time. Thank you so much! The dining experience was exceptional, with a well-stocked live kitchen (and an excellent selection of drinks!). The hospitality of the staff supporting it all was truly impressive. This was probably the best buffet we've ever experienced!

    It is a popular Hotel.

    It was my wife's third visit. Hearing good reviews from her, I decided to try it for the first time. The Room and meals were excellent. The open-air bath felt a bit small, but the large public bath was spacious and comfortable. Also, with a checkout time of 11:00 AM, we could enjoy a leisurely breakfast.

    Great hospitality

    I enjoyed my stay at Minakami Onsen Hotel Juraku, so I decided to stay in Ito as well. Located on a hill, the hotel offers a view of the town of Ito and, though a bit distant, the sea as well. The lobby lounge was spacious and comfortable with relaxing sofas. At night, there was a live synthesizer performance, including creative arrangements like the Electrical Parade, which even children could enjoy. Dinner featured a variety of live kitchen stations, and everything was delicious. The male staff member guiding us was cheerful and energetic, reminiscent of a Disney cast member. At the photo spot, a staff member kindly offered to take our picture. We traveled by car, and upon departure, several staff members waved us off warmly, making me feel glad I chose this hotel.

    Travel with Parents

    We visited with our parents. We chose this place because it was all-inclusive, which we thought would be perfect as we love drinks. While we arrived with a certain level of expectation, the hospitality and service exceeded our predictions and left us deeply impressed. The live kitchen, especially, offered incredibly fresh seafood that was absolutely delicious. The sashimi was freshly sliced on the spot, and the kinmedai shabu-shabu was rich in flavor and exceptionally tasty. My mother was also moved by the experience and thoroughly satisfied. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish—starting with the Shuttle Service leaving a great impression—and staff kindly brought us morning coffee or rushed over to take photos at scenic spots for us. In an era where impersonal service is becoming more common, their constant smiles reminded us of Japan's exceptional hospitality culture. We would love to visit again someday! Thank you very much!

    Chosen for our silver wedding anniversary.

    This was my first time using this service, arranged by my son, which made the trip very easy and stress-free. As a couple with dietary restrictions, we enjoyed a well-balanced and delicious meal centered around vegetables. I witnessed an impressive moment of customer service when a young girl accidentally dropped some tableware. The room manager promptly said, "We'll take care of it," and efficiently cleaned up while reassuring the girl with a warm smile, saying, "It's okay!" It was truly heartwarming to see. My wife gave it full marks for satisfaction and is already asking when we can come back! I'm still deciding—what should I do?

    I felt very relaxed.

    The Room was spacious and relaxing, and the private open-air bath had plenty of water with excellent quality. It was nice to try shampoos I don't usually use at the shampoo bar in the large public bath. The meals were also fantastic. Next time, I would love to bring my children and their spouses along.

    I visited after many...

    I visited after many years since it was renovated. About two weeks ago, I went to Hotel Juraku in Iizaka Onsen, Fukushima, and enjoyed it so much that I decided to visit the one in Ito as well. The Onsen was smaller than I expected, with only one small open-air bath. The meals were delicious, especially breakfast which had a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The room was clean and spacious, but the humidifier in the room had no water in it, so I filled it myself. It would have been nice if there was a TV in the bedroom. Overall, I think it's a great hotel!

    I wish I could have stayed longer...

    We found Juraku in Ito, offering an all-inclusive experience with relatively easy access. There is a shuttle service from Ito Station, making it very convenient. After checking in at 3:00 PM, we enjoyed a beer in the lounge while relaxing and admiring the scenery until dinner. We opted for a slightly luxurious room type with an open-air bath. The room was spacious and clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed the private bath. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style with a wide variety of dishes, including freshly prepared options right before our eyes. The all-you-can-drink alcohol selection was extensive, and I even indulged in one beer during breakfast (laughs). In the evening, we enjoyed drinks while listening to piano music in the lounge. There were also games like table tennis and traditional Japanese-style games to enjoy on tatami mats—making full use of the all-inclusive amenities throughout our stay. If I may add one suggestion: it would be nice to have better options for taking drinks back to the room instead of just small paper cups when wanting to continue enjoying beverages privately later on. The farewell by many staff members as we left on the return bus was heartwarming—it made us feel so happy that we almost wanted to stay another four nights! But we'll save that excitement for next time!

    All-Inclusive Upon arrival by shuttle service, we enjoyed a cold drink and relaxed for a bit before entering the room. Since it was Saturday and meal times were not reserved, I expected it to be crowded. However, the space was large enough that we didn’t have to wait for seating. Although there was a small line at the live kitchen, it moved more smoothly than anticipated. At other buffets, pre-made sushi can sometimes dry out, but here they prepare sushi fresh upon order. I usually don’t eat much salmon, so I requested options other than salmon. The chef kindly recommended trying their salmon as well since it’s delicious—and indeed, it was! The onsen facilities include three locations which seemed to help disperse guests; I could enjoy bathing comfortably without much crowding. One of the baths requires climbing stairs to access—this might be slightly inconvenient for those with mobility issues. There’s also a free area where you can play table tennis or board games; after many years, I played table tennis again and had fun! I've already recommended this place to friends planning family trips. From Minakami Onsen Juraku to Kobe Business Hotel Juraku and now this stay at Juraku—none have disappointed!

    A Hotel Enjoyable for Everyone, Young and Old

    Second visit after a year. A cost-effective all-inclusive Hotel. Even though neither my spouse nor I drink alcohol, we were still very satisfied. Beautifully renovated rooms, drink service in the lounge, abundant Onsen options, and of course, the attractive dinner buffet. The live kitchen offers freshly prepared dishes, which is a delightful touch. There are plenty of places to play and explore, making it especially enjoyable for families with children. Efforts towards barrier-free accessibility are evident throughout the property, ensuring peace of mind for elderly guests as well. This Hotel is highly recommended for everyone! Especially for those wondering what "all-inclusive" means—this is a must-try experience. One minor downside was that the bed springs didn’t quite suit me this time around. I don’t recall having this issue last year, so it might have been just this particular visit; I’ll check again next time I stay here!

    All-you-can-eat and drink plus a satisfying Onsen experience! A Hotel you'll want to visit again.

    Stayed in mid-April. The room was a Premium Ocean View with an open-air bath (44 sqm). It was clean, spacious, and offered a relaxing view of Sagami Bay beyond the cityscape. The private open-air bath in the room could be enjoyed at any time. Both dinner and breakfast were buffet-style with all-you-can-eat food and all-you-can-drink alcohol. There was a wide variety of seafood such as sashimi and grilled shellfish, as well as meat dishes like steak. The taste and quality were excellent, making it hard not to overeat during both meals. The lounge offered free access to beer, wine, and other drinks from check-in to check-out, allowing alcohol lovers (especially beer enthusiasts) to enjoy their stay at any time of day. With facilities like large public baths, game rooms, workshops, and various events within the facility, it’s an enjoyable place for couples as well as families. Access is convenient—just a 5-minute drive from JR Ito Station—and there is also shuttle service available from the station for smooth transportation. The staff provided attentive service that added a sense of security. Overall satisfaction was extremely high. As meal menus change depending on the season, this hotel makes you want to visit again during different times of the year!

    Quite old.

    The building felt old and worn despite the mention of a renovation, which turned out to be from 1992. The Room was spacious and nice, but it was disappointing that alcohol couldn't be enjoyed in the Room despite being all-inclusive.

    Meals in the morning and evening exceed expectations!

    I stayed for the first time with my 1-year-old child. You can enjoy free drinks in the lounge even before check-in. The area where you can do origami and play board games seems to have been a private dining room before, but it’s very relaxing and I think it deserves more promotion (there was no one else there). The food exceeded my expectations in a good way. I usually don’t expect much from buffets, but the meals here were genuinely delicious. True to its all-inclusive concept, the drink selection was impressive, including Maruefu draft beer, Wilkinson cans for mixers, and bottled Coca-Cola. I recommend the sashimi at night and yakisoba in the morning. The staff were pleasant and very kind to my child. It didn’t feel like they were just following a manual; many seemed genuinely hospitable and warm. While the building is indeed old, it is kept clean with thoughtful touches throughout. I will definitely visit again. Thank you!

    It was excellent.

    From the moment we arrived, we could enjoy beer, and both the meals and Onsen were excellent. Listening to the piano performance made our stay even more wonderful than expected. The staff were all very pleasant and amazing. Thank you!

    A Trip with Your First Grandchild

    This was our first overnight trip with my grandchild. We reserved a suite room, so the room was spacious and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast were excellent. There was a wide variety of alcoholic beverages, which made my wife and children very happy. However, as a non-drinker, I found it disappointing that the only carbonated soft drink available was cola. Still, it was an amazing hotel, and I would love to visit again!

    Three stars after a long time!

    It feels like everything I ever wished for in an accommodation has been fulfilled here. The well-organized service, down to the smallest details, including the staff's attentiveness, was truly impressive. For example: having two room keys, a basket to carry when going to the bath, pockets on the yukata jacket (tanzen), and amenities available both in the room and at the bath area—just to name a few (there’s even more!). I’ve never wanted to stay at the same hotel twice before, but I definitely want to stay at Juraku again. I had such a pleasant and comfortable time here. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

    Delicious

    I usually look for accommodations with buffets because I can't eat seafood, and I didn't have high expectations since buffets in Izu are often seafood-focused. However, there was a wide variety of dishes, each carefully prepared and delicious. It was a wonderful hotel that I would love to visit again.

    I want to visit again!

    My husband wanted an inclusive experience, so I searched and found this place. In conclusion, we were very satisfied. The facility is old but clean. The buffet-style meals were absolutely amazing—the best we've ever had during our stays anywhere. Of course, we enjoyed drinks right after check-in and even the next morning! As someone mentioned, the squeaky window frames were a bit noticeable, but other than that, the room was spacious and comfortable. The large public bath was fantastic (and having Onsen in the room's bath was incredible—though we didn’t use it). The separate outdoor baths are a bit small but having two of them is great. There's also a pool, so we'd love to come back in summer! My husband was delighted as well; it was truly an enjoyable experience!

    This was my first stay after the renovation. The room had a nice view and was clean. Since it was all-inclusive, I ended up drinking more beer than usual (laughs). The lounge might be full at certain times, so you may not find a seat. For dinner, you just need to enter within the designated time, but it gets quite crowded with people everywhere. It would have been helpful to have a guide sheet in advance showing what kind of food is available and where... With so many people, choosing food leisurely was quite challenging. There are enough seats available. The quality of the food is neither good nor bad. I was surprised by the contrast between breakfast and dinner as I could enjoy breakfast at a relaxed pace. The menu is ordinary; both Japanese and Western dishes can be enjoyed along with alcohol if desired. After breakfast, I stopped by the lounge but found there were no glasses available which was inconvenient. Overall, there seems to be a lack of replenishment—whether it's toilet paper, hand towels, alcohol or glasses... Perhaps it's due to staff shortages but I hope they can improve this aspect somehow. Also despite being all-inclusive highballs are not served in the morning. We don't drink them so it wasn't an issue for us but other guests seemed disappointed. That said we still had an enjoyable experience overall!

    It was excellent.

    I stayed in a premium room with an open-air bath on the 11th floor. It is beautiful. I think the Onsen is also wonderful. I often stay at all-inclusive hotels, but I've never experienced a hotel where you can drink so freely like this one. Even at hotels that charge twice as much as this Hotel in Atami, it was the same system, but it didn't feel like you could drink after meals. I've never seen another hotel with such a variety of alcohol available during meals. The food is also delicious. I definitely want to visit again in summer. The staff were smiling and kind to children, which made me understand why there are many families here. It was mostly Japanese guests who maintained good manners, which was very nice. I think it's a wonderful Hotel.

    It was my first stay, and it was very nice. The room was spacious and clean. The meals were colorful and delicious. One thing, since you take off your shoes in the room, I think bath slippers would be more useful than white disposable slippers. Please consider this suggestion.

    Revisited with the change of seasons.

    I stayed here in the summer and had a great experience, so I visited again this winter. The lounge opened earlier than last time and was quite crowded, which made me a bit concerned about the Onsen and meals. However, both dinner and breakfast were not too crowded, allowing me to enjoy my favorite drinks and meals at a leisurely pace. As before, I timed my visit to the Onsen, and although I couldn't have it all to myself, I was able to enjoy it with just 2-3 other people. I would definitely like to visit again.

    I had a great time.

    We stayed for three days and two nights with a family of three, including an elementary school boy, at the beginning of the year. The shuttle service from Ito Station was excellent, and it was helpful to use it even for a quick trip to the nearby Seven-Eleven. Check-in is available immediately upon arrival, but you are guided to your room a little before 3 o'clock. However, we didn't have any idle time as we could enjoy drinks like alcohol and coffee in the lounge, soak our feet in a foot bath, and choose a floral yukata. The room and restaurant had been beautifully renovated, which was delightful. There was a wide variety of alcohol (we could drink from the morning), and the live kitchen meals were delicious. There was a pizza oven, and the freshly baked pizza was so tasty that we ate a lot. The child enjoyed soft serve ice cream both in the morning and evening. One thing, if the bread were a bit tastier, it would have been even better. It was a bit disappointing that there were no towels in the large public bath (even small ones), so we had to return to the room each time, but the room towels were replenished, so it was within an acceptable range. There were water bottles available, and there was a water server in the hallway, which was very convenient. The staff was pleasant, and we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. A new massage machine and board game room (very spacious and clean) were available. We had a great time and talked about coming back with the family in the summer. Thank you very much!
