    A long-awaited hit!!

    It was a very satisfying hotel after a long time. First of all, the comfort of the service upon arrival healed my fatigue. Thank you to the hotel staff for their heartfelt service, such as guidance, explanations, assistance when retrieving forgotten items from the car, and guidance during meals. We stayed in a room with an open-air bath. The room was clean and spacious, and the view from the open-air bath on the top floor was extremely beautiful. The bath room was also spacious enough and very relaxing. I definitely want to stay again.

    Satisfaction

    The staff's hospitality was excellent. Although I did not use the dining services, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, so I was able to enjoy my stay with No Meals Included.

    It was my first stay.

    The response of the front staff was very pleasant. I was impressed by the attentiveness of the young staff during meals. I usually stay in a room with an open-air bath, but since it was my first stay, I booked a regular room. The large public bath had a rotation system, so I was able to try both, but it was a bit disappointing that there was no sauna or open-air bath. The view was not satisfactory, but it was nice to be able to relax.

    It was a bit disappointing.

    The light in the toilet of the Room was out immediately upon entering. Upon contacting the front desk, a Facility staff member promptly addressed the issue. However, I expected some form of follow-up or compensation at checkout, but there was none. Aside from this incident, my stay was very satisfying overall, which makes it a bit disappointing.

    Shirarahama Beach is...

    Shirarahama Beach is right in front, and the bus stop is also right in front, making it a great location for train passengers as well. The staff provided a very pleasant service, greeting us with "Have a nice day" and "Welcome back" whenever we came and went, and smoothly guiding us with bus schedules.

    I wanted to relax in an Onsen and looked for an Accommodation with an open-air bath. Since the in-room bath was described as “free-flowing from the source,” I chose Sanrakuso. The Hotel is right in front of Shirahama Beach, and the staff came to greet me at the Hashiriyu bus stop nearby, providing courteous service. The in-room bath uses natural hot spring water and is large enough for two people to soak comfortably. It was very relaxing to listen to the waves while looking out over Shirahama. The vanity area had large mirrors on the front and both sides, and there were individually packaged amenities including makeup remover, face wash, toner, and moisturizing cream. I was also happy to find a rotating hand dryer, which you don’t often see at other Hotels. The Japanese kaiseki dinner was elaborate and delicious, but the spiny lobster wasn’t as impressive as I expected. Since it’s close to Ise, I thought it would have been nice if a full-course spiny lobster option were available as a separate menu item. The Room had air conditioning, and even though it felt a bit warm in winter, I could switch on cooling mode and stay comfortable. The Facility itself doesn’t seem new, but thoughtful touches could be felt throughout. Thanks to the polite service from all staff members, it became a wonderful memory of Shirahama.

    Worst

    I have also filled out the hotel survey, but I will not stay here again. The reasons are that during dinner, plates with leftover food were taken away too quickly, and small pot dishes were served only to be removed immediately. The hotel should review its practices and improve staff training in the dining area.

    I enjoyed a leisurely solo trip.

    Since it was No Meals Included, I had little interaction with the Hotel staff except for check-in and check-out, allowing me to relax at my own pace. The amenities were of an appropriate variety, and the self-service drink corner was efficient, leaving a good impression. The bus stop is right in front, and the shuttle bus is also available, making it convenient to move around in Shirahama. The Room was spacious for one person, and since it was a renovated Room, it was clean and comfortable. The view is also fantastic!

    Meals, Bath

    Both dinner and breakfast had a wide variety of menu options and tasted great. It was described as a kaiseki plus mini buffet, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the content was good. The larger bath was nice, but the smaller one was a bit lacking. The hot water was pleasant.

    Very satisfied.

    I wanted to spend my birthday quietly, so I decided to visit Shirahama, where I used to go often, and stayed at a property. When I mentioned it was my birthday at the time of reservation, the front desk and the restaurant for dinner congratulated me, which was humbling but made me happy. Thank you for the gift as well. The room was impeccable. It was clean and very beautiful, and the view was absolutely stunning. The sound of the waves was soothing. There was no dirt on the windows, and they were sparkling clean. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. It was my first time experiencing a Mirabus, and I’m glad I did. The onsen had the best quality water. I felt warm enough that I couldn't stop sweating even after getting out. During check-in, the hospitality was excellent, such as moving my car and offering assistance. For dinner, I would have preferred more warm dishes. I wanted to have freshly fried tempura. The appearance and taste were very good and delicious. I was able to spend a very nice birthday. Thank you very much. I would like to stay again.

    Parking Service

    This Hotel uses a valet parking system where staff handle the cars, but after checking out, while waiting for the car in front of the hotel entrance, a staff member driving another guest's car backed up significantly beyond the waiting space, almost hitting us, and nearly involving our two children. As a Hotel, aren't you neglecting safety driving education and driving aptitude checks for the parking staff? Also, since towels are not set up in the Onsen changing room, it is inconvenient to have to bring back towels from the Room each time. There are many excellent points such as the view from the Room, two types of high-quality Onsen sourced from the sea and mountains, free drinks after bathing, and a clean breakfast venue, but...

    Comfortable stay with a pleasant view

    Smooth check-in and courteous guidance, along with the staff's warm smiles, left a great impression. The prompt response to prior inquiries made the Hotel stay even more enjoyable. The Room was comfortable, and both the private Onsen in the room and the large public Onsen were exceptional. With the beach right in front, it’s easy to go for a casual stroll, and having a convenience store within walking distance makes the location perfect. The entrance is located at the top of a steep slope, so it might be slightly challenging for those needing walking assistance (though there are stairs on one side that weren’t being used).

    Sunset view and mirror bus

    Since we were going all the way to Kinan, we booked a room where we could see the setting sun. The entrance has quite a Showa era feel, but the corridors, guest rooms, and large public bath have been fully renovated, and they were new and impeccably clean. In particular, the bath attached to the room has windows that open, allowing you to enjoy the sound of the waves while bathing. My wife was very satisfied with the Mirable shower and jet bath for their skin and hair beautifying effects. The hospitality of the staff was also excellent. The meals were... well, considering the price, it's understandable. I also recommend the massage chair, which gives a floating sensation. It was a great inn, just as reputed.

    Very satisfied!

    The room includes a private onsen bath! The view was fantastic! We reserved a Japanese-style room, and it was clean with a wide selection of yukatas. We chose in-room dining, and the luxurious meal left our family very satisfied.

    I think this is the ideal Accommodation for fully enjoying the beaches of Nanki-Shirahama. When I contacted them to say I would arrive late due to work, I was told that dinner could not be served after 8:00 PM, and that if I didn’t show up a Cancellation Fee would still apply. I rushed over by taxi—honestly, I’m not sure which cost more—but I managed to arrive in time and enjoy dinner. I mentioned that I’d like to come back soon and stay longer, but was told that the Cancellation Fee cannot be carried over to a future stay. It was disappointing that I could only stay a short time (of course, those are the rules so it can’t be helped), but overall I’m glad I went. All of the staff were cheerful, and the dining staff in particular were very attentive. One young female staff member shared lots of local tips and stories with me, and it turned what had been an exhausting day into a genuinely enjoyable time. The meal was also delicious—kaiseki-style with some buffet elements as well—and thoughtfully prepared using fresh local seafood. I chose a Room with an open-air bath, and it was absolutely the right choice. The location offers breathtaking views: an ocean view overlooking the beautiful sea of Nanki-Shirahama. The hot spring water is drawn directly from the source, with excellent quality—perfect for a luxurious moment of relaxation. It was soothing to see the sea and sky blend into one. With its beachfront location right in front of the beach, I think this is an ideal Accommodation for enjoying Nanki-Shirahama—including its beaches—to the fullest.
