  Satisfied with the price.

  Our family was mostly satisfied, but it was unfortunate that the hallway and changing area were hot, and the room had a musty smell. However, the room was spacious and maisonette-style, which our grandchild loved. The stairs were a bit steep, so caution is needed when going up and down at night. The food was all delicious, and having unlimited alcohol was a great bonus. However, the dining area overall had dim lighting, which was disappointing. Brighter lighting would make meals more enjoyable and allow for better visibility of the dishes. This was our second stay at this accommodation. We would love to use it again if we have another opportunity!

  Convenient access an...

  Convenient access and a pleasant surrounding environment allowed for a relaxing stay. The meals offered a wide variety and were delicious, thoroughly enjoyed. Although the reserved dinner time was slightly delayed due to the large number of guests, everything else was excellent. The room was spacious, providing a comfortable accommodation experience.

  The dinner on the terrace was fantastic!

  In June, dinner on the terrace was a bit chilly in the evening, but the staff kindly provided blankets, making it comfortable. There was a wide variety of food to enjoy, and I ended up eating more than I expected. Highly recommended for those seeking relaxation in nature. If anything, the sauna in the bath area felt a bit small, but with an open-air bath and delicious buffet meals, it more than makes up for it.

  Satisfaction

  I didn't have high expectations, but the buffet exceeded them. The Mapo Tofu was authentic, and there was a wide variety of drinks. Above all, the Onsen was amazing. Thank you!

  Even though it's crab...

  The cleaning of the Room and other areas was thorough. I really liked the comfort of the puff pajamas. Dissatisfaction: There is no outlet by the bedside. There is no towel for handwashing in the toilet. I would like a deodorizer in the shoe box. It smelled when I opened the door. The crab was too salty, which was disappointing. Please be careful with the boiling method. The sauce is also salty. Boiled crab tastes better with sweet vinegar. I'm sorry, but please make improvements as it was disappointing.
