I visited Kurokawa Onsen for the first time with my mother, who lives alone. With so many Accommodations to choose from, it was hard to decide, but I’m glad we chose this one. We made a Reservation for the “Sazanka” Room. Located near the front desk, it offered easy access to the rear entrance, the indoor bath (private family bath), the dining area, and the open-air bath. The balcony facing the river had a wonderful view, and in the morning we woke up to the sound of flowing water. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and more than enough for all three of us—we had a truly lovely mother-and-child trip. I take my mother to an Onsen area every year, and she said this was the best one yet. Thank you very much.
