  A promising Stays

  Overall, I think it was good. The facility has a Showa retro feel. It seems that the bath will be renewed. I'm looking forward to the next stay.

  Autumn Retreat Trip

  During a comfort trip with five company OB friends (with the aim of visiting the Tomioka Silk Mill in Gunma), we used this Onsen. The building was a rather old Onsen Hotel with a historical feel. There were two baths: a large public bath on the top floor and an open-air bath on the first floor, both of which were sulfur springs with a sulfur scent. (It was very warming and nice.) The large public bath on the top floor had washing areas on both sides of the bathtub, but one side required going around from the back, making it feel strange as you had to get into the bathtub first and then go up to the other side. I thought of trying it, but there was no hot water, so it seemed inconvenient and unused. (It added to the image of an old Onsen.) The food had a wide variety of dishes, including aperitifs, appetizers, fried foods, grilled fish, and desserts, all of which were very delicious! Breakfast also had a wide variety of dishes, including porridge and yogurt, and was almost the same as the recently popular buffet style, which was satisfying enough. Overall, although the age of the Room's Facility and the bath cannot be denied, the attentive service of the staff and the food made up for it, and I was satisfied.
