Everything except the kids’ room is comparable to a Business Hotel.

We chose this Hotel because we have children and it has a kids’ Room. Since it had just been renovated, the kids’ Room was very clean. With features like a ball pit supervised by Little Planet, our child seemed to really enjoy it. This was the only part we rated highly. The large public bath had only a few washing stations, there was no view to enjoy, and it felt like a Business Hotel. Because the Hotel is an older property that has been forcibly renovated, the Room was so small that two people could barely pass each other. The food—especially the fish—was fresh and tasty, but it felt like there weren’t many options. We were more satisfied with Hotels in Hakone of a similar class.

We were delighted to welcome you on this special trip with your child, and we truly appreciate your kind comment that the renovated kids’ room was “very clean.” On the other hand, we are sincerely sorry for the aspects that did not meet your expectations. As our renewal work makes use of the existing building, there are some structural points that are difficult to improve immediately; however, we take your feedback seriously and will use it to enhance our Facility and services so you can enjoy an even more comfortable stay.
