    A Hotel where every staff member greets you warmly!

    Thank you for the wonderful two days. I had been looking forward to staying here for a long time. The view from the Room was great, and on the first day the weather was beautiful—I could see the sea, islands, and far into the distance.\n\nI also used the lounge, and I really appreciated how perfectly considerate and comfortable the staff’s approach was. Thank you as well for your advice on my unplanned travel Plan. The lounge offerings were excellent—perfect for getting some work done or enjoying a drink before dinner.\n\nBreakfast was also very satisfying! The atmosphere was calm, and I could relax and take my time. However, I was disappointed that there was no jushi on the second day.\n\nOne inconvenience was that to get drinking water, I had to return to my Room to pick up the provided pitcher and then go back out again. It may be helpful to bring a personal tumbler or keep an empty plastic bottle.\n\nI’d love to plan another trip to Okinawa with hopes of staying in the same Room again. Thank you very much.

    A wonderful Hotel with great convenience.

    From the moment you step into the Hotel, you’re soothed by its fragrance. You can feel Okinawa’s traditions in every detail, from the interior design and decor to the amenities. All of the staff welcomed us with warm smiles, and it was a truly wonderful Hotel—we were completely satisfied!

    Overall, it was good.

    First, the bathroom door was clear glass, which made it difficult to use. As a quick fix, I thought it might help to apply a white frosted film to the door so the inside is not visible. Also, the vanity area could be brighter for applying makeup. It might be worth changing the light bulb in the washroom or adding a safe, shatterproof plug-in light. Other than that, it was very convenient—close to both Kencho-mae Station and Kokusai-dori. Everything felt new, and the pool, jacuzzi, and fire pit created an urban resort atmosphere with plenty of greenery. It was excellent overall. The breakfast items were all very delicious. Overall, this is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again when visiting Naha.

    Calm and comfortable atmosphere

    I stayed one night with breakfast included, using a twin Room as a single. The entrance had a refined, adult atmosphere. Taking the elevator up to the front desk floor, I found a bright yet calm area that opened out toward the outdoor pool. There was also a restaurant on the same floor. The front desk staff explained everything politely and clearly. The Room also had a relaxing feel, and the amenities were fully provided. Perhaps for room service? There were lovely plates and cutlery in the chest of drawers. Drinking water is available from the water dispenser on the accommodation floor—something you see more often these days. You do have to step out of your Room, but it’s reassuring to know you won’t run out of water. Since this stay was for attending a concert at Naha Art Museum (Naha-to), I also made use of the Bluetooth speaker. The loungewear was comfortable and I really liked it! Breakfast the next morning was buffet-style. At the egg station, they made me an omelet with goya (bitter melon) and cheese. Japanese, Western, and Okinawan dishes—there were so many options I couldn’t decide. Everything was delicious. I finished with ice cream and coffee and left very satisfied. Since reception is on the 7th floor, there wasn’t anyone at the driveway drop-off area on the 1st floor. It would be helpful to have a luggage cart there for guests arriving by taxi to unload their bags. If it’s unattended, that may be difficult. My original plan was two nights but I changed it to one night, so next time I’d like to stay several nights and enjoy Kokusai-dori as well since it’s within walking distance. Thank you for your hospitality. I’ll be back again.

    I stayed here on a t...

    I stayed here on a trip to Okinawa. It was conveniently located near Kencho-mae Station and Kokusai-dori. As mentioned in other Reviews, a few things stood out: the entrance was hard to find, the first-floor elevator hall was dark, the sink area in the Room was too dim for doing makeup, and the lights for the sink/toilet/bathroom were linked together, making it inconvenient to adjust at bedtime. That said, there were many positives as well. The breakfast was delicious—I especially liked the mango juice and Okinawan-style omelet. The Room was clean and relaxing. Great location.

    Executive Floor Stay

    I heard it opened in January, and I wanted to stay there, so I chose this Hotel for my trip. The Facility, the meals, and the lounge were all very satisfying. The flat bench seat at the foot of the bed was especially great—it was convenient for placing bags and small items. Normally I end up getting ready on the bed, but thanks to the bench seat, getting ready was much smoother. This Facility is definitely a big plus! I didn’t use it, but since the pool is on the smaller side, families staying mainly for the pool might find it a bit lacking. I’d love to stay again.

    I stayed for three n...

    I stayed for three nights. The service was very good. Some staff members seemed a bit intimidating, but overall it was good. I had breakfast all three days. It was tasty, but the only difference was the soup: day 1 purple sweet potato soup, day 2 pumpkin soup, day 3 purple sweet potato soup. Everything else was exactly the same each day, which felt a bit tough. It would have been nice to have rice porridge as well. The Room bed was on the narrow side, so I would have preferred it to be a little wider. I’d rate it 3 out of 4 for now, with hopes for improvement in the future.

    The experience was excellent.

    The hotel’s location is excellent—it's right above the Bank of the Ryukyus, though the entrance takes a little effort to find. The room and Facility were both very good, and it was very comfortable to stay there. Unfortunately, due to our schedule this time we didn’t get to have breakfast, which was a shame. If I go to Okinawa again, I’ll probably choose to stay here again.

    It was a wonderful birthday trip.

    Surrounded by the wonderful staff, it became a truly special birthday trip for him! Everyone cheerfully helped us, even with arranging the surprise, and we were so happy. The food at the restaurant was absolutely amazing! If you’re in Okinawa and want to try Okinawan cuisine, be sure to visit the Hotel’s restaurant as well. It was incredibly delicious!

    A 2-night, 3-day stay. This Hotel smells wonderful. The design throughout incorporates Okinawa’s nature, culture, and traditional crafts, and I felt it is an urban Resort Hotel in a central location. As I wrote in the title, the staff’s smiles were truly lovely—everyone was kind and warm, and it was very soothing. I’m also grateful for the excellent, quick-thinking service. I made a Reservation for a standard twin Room, but it felt similar to a superior king Room. The wood-grain interior is quiet and relaxing. I did not add the restaurant at the time of Reservation, so we used it for breakfast on the day. Everything we tried was delicious. We were very satisfied. The Room supports sustainability by reducing plastic waste: there is a bottle in the Room and you go to the water dispenser to refill it. I think this is a wonderful, eco-friendly initiative. It’s eco-smart, but one bottle is not enough (I should have asked the front desk for an extra one). Refilling multiple times can’t be helped, but it’s inconvenient—and if you run out of water at night or want water as soon as you wake up in the morning, women may need to walk down the hallway without makeup to reach the dispenser area. Pajamas and slippers? Will I run into other guests in the hallway or at the dispenser? That made me hesitant. I hope this can be considered from a woman’s perspective as well. The sink area in the Room is too dark; if it isn’t bright enough you can’t see well, which is inconvenient. Also, the water flow at that sink is quite weak—I would prefer stronger flow. The parking lot fills up early, so we couldn’t park there for both nights. Are there too few spaces? Still, because of the outstanding hospitality, food quality, and location, I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Okinawa. Thank you very much.

    Breakfast includes Okinawa soba, champuru dishes, tacos, and Blue Seal ice cream (three flavors), so you can enjoy a good variety of Okinawan cuisine. My favorite was the squid-ink curry. The live-kitchen omelet was also delicious. It was nice to see handama in the salad as well—very Okinawan. The roast beef was tough, and the champuru wasn’t great either. What disappointed me was that staff came to clear plates repeatedly. They almost took away plates I was still eating from (even though I had placed my fork and knife in a V shape), so I told them, “I’m still eating,” and after that they stopped coming by. I think it’s wonderful that they have enough staff on hand. However, despite being such an open and lovely restaurant, I found the service too restless to feel comfortable. The Room is stylish with a spacious layout. The bathroom is also large, and the towels are excellent quality with no complaints. The bed and pajamas were extremely comfortable as well. However, when I stood at the sink to do my makeup in the morning, it was dark. Even with all the lights on in the Room, it was still dark. It was also dark in front of the full-length mirror. In the end, I opened the curtains fully and did my makeup near the window. The entrance area being so dim at night felt scary too. I had been looking forward to this newly opened property, but because of how dark the Room felt and how uncomfortable I found the restaurant service, I don’t think I would return. The location is excellent though.

    If you’re staying in Naha (near Kokusai-dori), this is the place!

    I was staying one night in Naha and looking for a Hotel when I found this one before it opened. I figured a newly renovated place would be spotless, so I made a Reservation. The Reviews after opening were also great, so I arrived really looking forward to it. In the end, I was extremely satisfied!! [Hotel] First of all, the Hotel smelled wonderful. The lobby felt open and airy, and the Room was clean and a comfortable size—very easy to relax in. [Location] It’s right behind Department Store Ryubo, so it’s not as noisy as being directly on Kokusai-dori, but still close enough to head over anytime. Very convenient. [Service] I didn’t need any additional requests, so my only interactions with staff were at check-in and check-out, but everyone was very kind and made my stay pleasant. Considering the price as well, I was very satisfied, and I’d love to stay here again when visiting Naha!

    Good Hotel

    The entrance was hard to find, and I only reached the front desk after asking someone for directions. From the entrance, it felt dark but pleasantly scented, which I think gives a good impression for younger guests. This time I stayed in a Room with lounge access, and all the staff were very helpful—especially the accommodation manager, who was extremely pleasant. During cocktail time in the lounge, there were not many snack options, and I wish there had been more; however, the drink selection was good, including Orion Draft Premium Beer. The Room and Facility were clean since it has only just opened. Breakfast also had a wide variety of options and was satisfying.

    A stylishly designed Hotel in a prime location

    The guest rooms, lobby, and restaurant are all unified in a calm Ryukyu-inspired style, giving the Hotel a refined, design-forward feel. Breakfast was also delicious and on par with the quality of Resort Hotels in areas like Onna Village in the ADR range of around JPY 30,000–40,000. The location is excellent as well—very close to Kencho-mae Station with easy access to Kokusai-dori. One area for improvement would be the front desk staff’s demeanor when they are not actively assisting guests. There are several sofas around the front desk, and since guests must pass directly in front of it when going out, staff are easily seen even during downtime. While I happened to notice this when I was sitting on a sofa, some younger staff members (possibly part-time) were chatting continuously and kept chatting without acknowledging guests passing by on their way out or back in. That atmosphere felt out of place compared with the otherwise calm tone of the Hotel and came across as simply too casual. In my view, it would be better for them to step into the back office during such times or consider relocating the front desk to the right side upon entering (I am not saying they must greet everyone). On a positive note, one mid-level staff member who assisted us at breakfast provided very pleasant service. I hope team members like this will help raise the overall service level going forward—I have high expectations.

    Looking forward to what’s next.

    As it has only recently opened, it felt like a few things were still missing, but I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. It’s in central Naha, yet still has a pleasant resort-like feel. The Superior Room had large windows and was very comfortable. The entrance on the first floor is dark, like a cave. There were no particular issues with the Room cleaning. There was nowhere to store clothes, which was inconvenient. I would have liked a slim chest of drawers in the space where the suitcase stand is. There are also too few hangers. Breakfast is buffet-style, but the atmosphere was calm and the food tasted good. There is no desk, so it’s not ideal for working.

    I stayed in a top-floor Room with lounge access at the opening special rate. From the Room, I could see the harbor and the sea, and I was amazed to find such a view in the city center. I visited the lounge for both tea time and cocktail time. The selection isn’t large, but the food quality is high, and it happened to be a quiet day so I could relax. Above all, breakfast was packed with Okinawan dishes. Everything was delicious as well as beautifully presented, and I regret that I couldn’t try everything because I got too full.

    As this is a new Hotel, it is clean.

    As it’s a new Hotel, the Facility is clean, and the towels are new and fluffy. The pool is small—just enough for a quick dip. The jacuzzi looked comfortable (I only saw it), and the gym has so little equipment it can hardly be called a gym (lol). The Hotel entrance is too dark. The bed was comfortable, and you can watch YouTube and more on the TV. I didn’t use the restaurant, so I’m not sure about that. Overall, I think it’s a decent Hotel. I would recommend it.

    The 【Grand Opening Anniversary Plan】 was very affordable.

    Clean, with the bath and toilet separate—at this price, there’s nothing to complain about. In this price range it’s unbeatable, but if the rates go up in the future, I wonder what distinctive strengths it will need to compete with higher-end hotels. One thing: perhaps you’re aiming for a contrast from the dim hallway on the 1st floor to the bright waterside area on the 7th floor, but as a Hotel entrance it feels too dark.

    A Hotel in a convenient location where you can enjoy a resort-like stay

    The building has a lovely atmosphere and is even visible from the station. From the station, cross the bridge and walk to the left while enjoying the many flowers blooming in the plantings, and you’ll find the Hotel entrance. Plumeria flowers were blooming right in front of the entrance, which immediately gave a resort-like feel. The entrance was lined with many celebratory orchid arrangements, and when I stepped inside, even the dark hallway had rows of white orchids. Farther in, a large foliage plant lit by spotlights welcomed me. I took the elevator up to 7F, and when the doors opened I could see a symbolic tree beyond fabric that looked like a noren curtain just like in the photos. Because it’s an open-air front desk area, the breeze felt wonderful and it almost made me forget I was in the middle of town. After leaving my luggage at reception, I could easily walk to Kokusai-dori for lunch or even to Naminoue Beach—perfect for a nice stroll. It was a bit chilly so I returned to get my jacket, and at that time a staff member checked on my Room status; although it was still one hour before check-in, they kindly let me into my Room. I was feeling a little tired, so I truly appreciated it. When I went up to 8F by elevator, an airy courtyard with floor-to-ceiling glass walls and white stones immediately came into view. Walking down a wide corridor with dimmed lighting and a calm atmosphere brought me to my Room. Opening the door revealed a comfortable space with striking dark-brown ceilings and doors. The toilet and bathroom were separate, and there was also a washing area in the bath space, so I could enjoy bath time comfortably as if at home. (I also liked that there was no fragrance added to the bath salts—perhaps so they wouldn’t clash with scented toiletries.) Since there is also a door separating the wet area from bedroom area, hallway noise is less noticeable and you can sleep soundly at night. There were cutlery items as well, so I could relax in my Room while enjoying cake I bought from Ohacorte. I felt this Hotel lets you enjoy both city convenience and a resort mood at once. All of staff were kind, and it really came through that they are working hard to build excitement around this new Hotel—an excellent impression overall. Thoughtful touches throughout my Room made for an extremely comfortable stay. Thank you very much.

    A Convenient and Relaxing Hotel

    From Kencho-mae Station, the Hotel is easy to find, with the Ryukyu Bank Head Office Building as a landmark, and is conveniently close to the station. My shipped suitcase had already been delivered to my Room, and the front desk staff handled everything smoothly. The garden pool in front of the front desk was beautiful, and attractions such as the “Tsushimamaru Memorial Museum” and “Fukushu-en Garden” were also within walking distance, so I could visit them after check-in. The Room had a calm atmosphere, and the bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet included Okinawan dishes and was delicious.

    Room change on the second night

    The Room was spacious, clean, and had a great view, so we could relax and take our time. The location was amazing, and we were able to get everywhere we wanted to go smoothly. I’d love to stay again and would recommend it to friends. There were lots of great options for breakfast too. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and wonderful. My daughters were also very happy with the stay. If I go to Naha again, I’ll definitely stay here!

    Ideal for family trips

    The location was excellent. The Hotel was clean, and the staff were very friendly. However, something we had confirmed at check-in was missing. They addressed it right away, but it was disappointing. As mentioned in other Review comments, there was no water in the Room, but that wasn’t a problem for us.

    I slept very well.

    It was new and very comfortable. It was a little inconvenient having to go to the water dispenser to refill water, and when going to the bathroom in the middle of the night, I couldn’t figure out how to turn on only the toilet light (all the lights in the other wet areas would turn on as well...). Other than that, everything was perfect! Above all, breakfast was wonderful. Before this Hotel, we stayed at a Resort Hotel with an excellent breakfast too, but while there were fewer items here, it had a great selection of things we really liked—and there was ice cream as well—so our child was thrilled. We definitely want to stay again!

    The staff are terrible.

    Even after speaking with someone who seemed to be in charge, I asked if we could change our Room to one at the very end of the hallway near the elevator because I have difficulty walking. I was told to “please wait,” but there was no response even after 15 minutes, so I asked again and was told it would require an upgrade with an additional fee.

    No repeat visits.

    Even while I was waiting my turn to check in, a staff member disappeared into the back right in front of me without saying a word. The pool and gym are unbelievably poor for a Hotel of this size. The bar is directly in front of reception, so it’s not relaxing at all. In the dining area, they cleared one person’s plate even though the other was still eating. Most plates were oddly rimmed rather than flat, making them hard to eat from. The sparkling wine was flat, and I was shocked at how bad the wine selection was—yet they were quick to push the next wine even when my glass was still more than half full. In the Room there wasn’t even a USB outlet by the bed. The hallways are long and wastefully designed. The bathtub is smaller than the one at home. They use “SDGs” as an excuse not to provide even bottled water and make guests go fill it themselves. The worst part was the parking: due to a Hotel mistake, my parking ticket wasn’t recorded when paying, so the parking staff refused to process it because there was no record. While I went back up to reception on the 7th floor again, I wasn’t even allowed to wait in line at the parking exit. At reception there was no apology for their error, and after that I had to line up again for 30 minutes at the parking exit before finally being able to leave. It’s been a long time since I’ve stayed at such a terrible Hotel. There are plenty of much better Hotels in Naha.

    First, the entrance ...

    First, the entrance to the Hotel is very hard to find, and there is only minimal signage. Since you need to notice an additional door further in from the entrance, I think they should add more guidance or signage. (First-time visitors will likely struggle.) The staff service and the overall atmosphere of the Hotel felt quite matter-of-fact, and I didn’t really feel much hospitality. Because the entire Facility is new, its cleanliness stands out, but there seems to be room for improvement in housekeeping quality—for example, there was dust on the phone in the Room. Also, perhaps because aroma diffusers are placed around the property, a fairly strong scent fills the entire Facility, which may be a matter of personal preference. I don’t think it would be a top candidate for my next stay when visiting Naha.
