    It might be priced a bit on the higher side.

    It was a new and clean Hotel. However, a few points: The Executive Lounge hours are short (it opens late in the morning). Even though it was a suite, there was no water in the Room. The bathroom is small. It was a bit disappointing.

    Well located and newly built.

    It was new and close to the station, and the Room was stylish and very clean. The amenities were three, and since both my child and I have recently been into lounges, we tried it out. The lounge is small, but it was fun because they had carefully selected items such as Miyakojima banana cake and local drinks. However, it was truly disappointing that children under 13 are not allowed after 5:00 p.m. Some Hotels accommodate families by offering alternatives at another restaurant, but this policy is very tough for guests with children. I would really appreciate it if we could use it at least until 6:00 p.m., even just at the start of cocktail time... Also, there were noticeable differences in staff quality. The staff in charge of check-in and the lounge were very polite, but at check-out, the early-morning taxi I had requested the day before had not been called. Even though we were short on time, two young female staff members were searching for a taxi company while playing with their hair... There was no explanation of what was happening; when I spoke to them, they only said “Please wait.” Luckily we checked out a bit early by chance, but since our flight time was approaching, losing 5–10 minutes in the morning felt significant and made me very anxious. In the end, I think this Accommodation is excellent for families if you prioritize location and stay without using the lounge. It also seems like a good option for business trips.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    It was very convenient and close to the station. My daughter and husband went to the pool, I went shopping in Omoromachi, and in the evening we all had dinner nearby. We’d love to stay again!

    Flexible and responsive to your needs

    This time, I accidentally made a Reservation for the Universal Twin instead of a standard twin. When I asked the front desk if it was possible to change to a different Room, they kindly switched me to an available Room, and it really helped me make the most of my trip. Some hotels stick strictly to manuals and won’t even listen to requests, so this was truly appreciated. The pool in the Facility felt smaller and more basic than I expected. Still, I’m genuinely grateful for the support from the staff member who assisted me (they were a foreign national). One thing to note: I couldn’t quite understand the underground parking system. There seem to be spaces for both the Hotel and the bank side, but it wasn’t clear whether there’s any specific distinction when parking on the Hotel side...

    It was really great!

    Both the Hotel and the Room were stylish, and the breakfast menu was excellent! The tableware was high quality piece by piece, and we were very satisfied! We also received amenities for children, which was very helpful. It felt very clean, and we would like to stay again! The Room had stylish downlights throughout, but it would have been even better if it could be made a bit brighter.

    A Comfortable Hotel

    I chose this property because it is close to the station. It really was very close, which was a huge help during the extreme heat. Thank you for upgrading my Room since one was available. From the Room, I could watch planes coming in to land, which was exciting. All of the staff were very kind, and I had a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again next time.

    I would like to stay here again.

    My first trip to Okinawa. It was right by the station and close to Kokusai-dori, so it was very convenient. The Hotel was clean, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. When I come to Okinawa again, I’d love to stay here again.

    From the lobby, the property had a resort-like feel, and the rooms faced an open atrium, creating a wonderful sense of space. The overall design was calm yet sophisticated, with an adult atmosphere. The only issue was that housekeeping still hadn’t been finished even in the afternoon; I wish I had checked with the front desk before heading out. Overall, I was very satisfied.

    This was my second s...

    This was my second stay! This time I stayed with my partner. No matter how many times I visit, the Room is spotless and beautifully maintained. The location is truly excellent—just a short walk from Kokusai-dori!! Honestly, the quality at this price is impressive. The value for money is outstanding! And the breakfast is genuinely delicious. The menu had changed slightly since my last stay, and I enjoyed trying some new dishes. It’s a great plus that it never gets boring, even after multiple stays. The interior design throughout the building—and even small details like the tableware—has great taste. Overall, it has a calm atmosphere and feels very comfortable. For anyone planning a trip to Okinawa, this is a Hotel I truly recommend. I’d love to stay again. Since the parking lot is mechanical, it can take a little time before you can get your car out. It also seems to fill up sometimes. That’s understandable, but if you’re in a hurry, it’s something to keep in mind! Also, they actively promote dinner at the on-site restaurant! It caught my interest, so if I have the chance next time, I’d like to try it!!

    Clean and friendly

    The staff—especially the restaurant team—were truly attentive and wonderful. The pool is on the smaller side, but it’s in the city, so that’s understandable. The Room had a rain shower, just like at home, which made me very happy. The facilities are lovely, and you use high-quality amenities… That kind of attention to detail really scores high points with me. Thank you very much.

    Accommodation due to flight cancellation caused by a typhoon

    I stayed here after my flight to Naha was canceled due to a typhoon in July. I was worried about the rain and wind, but I’m glad I was able to check in during a lull when it was only windy. In the Room, the strong winds outside were hardly noticeable—excellent soundproofing and construction. I imagine it must have been difficult for the Hotel staff during the typhoon, but breakfast service was still running properly, which I truly appreciated. Due to my flight schedule, I ended up extending my stay by one more night, and I’m grateful that the front desk was able to arrange the extension without any issues. (In the morning there were no available rooms on IKYU, so I requested an extension just in case and was happy it worked out. Later in the afternoon, it became possible to make a Reservation on IKYU for about 10,000 yen less—which is just one of those things. Still, I’m glad I didn’t have to pack up and move Hotels in unstable weather.) Next time, I’d like to stay again when there isn’t a typhoon and relax properly. Thank you very much.

    Convenient

    In terms of location, price, Room layout, and pillow comfort, this Hotel scores very highly overall for me. Since it is near Kencho-mae Station, it is convenient for getting anywhere. I would like to stay again.

    Since it’s a new Hot...

    Since it’s a new Hotel, the Room was very clean and I had a comfortable stay. I also liked that the toilet and bath were separate, and the bathroom had a washing area. The amenities by the sink are individually wrapped, but some packages were wrinkled. Even if unused, it might be better to replace them if the packaging looks like that. The hot-water pipe in the bath gets very hot, so it would be nice to have a cover for just that pipe. Some Hotels provide this. I’ve stayed at the Midosuji location several times as well; overall, this is a clean and comfortable Hotel. I will stay again.

    A Hotel with great dining makes your stay even better!

    I had previously visited the dining venue for lunch and was impressed by the great location, Facility, and attentive staff, which made me want to stay here. The Room had a modern, relaxing atmosphere, and I especially loved the bathtub and body wash. The reception staff clearly explained what they could not accommodate and offered a sincere apology as well. It also left a very positive impression that international staff members worked together to assist me. I made my lunch Reservation through another site, but I’m a huge fan of the taco bar. The soup and the main fish dish were also delicious. They also told me there are sushi and teppanyaki options in addition to the main dining venue, so I immediately made a Reservation! Since I visited alone, I ended up chatting a lot and probably took up too much of the staff’s time—thank you for responding with such warm smiles. I’m already looking forward to next month’s teppanyaki dinner and my stay in January as well.

    Overall, I’m satisfied!

    I stayed on the Executive Floor. The lounge is small, but the cakes and potato chips were delicious, and it was rare to see a full lineup of IESODA. The cocktail-time snacks weren’t extensive, but they were satisfying. As this is a new Hotel, the Room was clean and the amenities were more than adequate. I never expected to have an ocean view from my Room, so I felt very lucky. Thank you very much. I would like to request the following improvements: - The air conditioning in the Executive Lounge was far too warm. Was it intended to discourage guests from staying long? I was sweating and couldn’t relax at all. - I noticed an unpleasant odor on the 7th floor. Around the front desk to the Executive Lounge area, it felt like something had mixed with the original herbal scent. - I understand that appearance matters, but in summer please keep the entrance/exit to the pool closed. The lobby space in front of the front desk became extremely hot and uncomfortable. I love Royal Park Hotels, and THE ICONIC Osaka Midosuji is my favorite. I would appreciate it if Naha could be made even more comfortable going forward. Thank you for your consideration.

    Everything was simply amazing!

    It’s less than a 10-minute trip to Kokusai-dori, and with the monorail right in front, you can get to the airport in no time! The Hotel was very clean and smelled wonderful—I felt so happy. Breakfast at The 7th Terrace was amazing; everything was delicious and I went back for seconds again and again! The chef was also very kind, and the eggs Benedict made right in front of me were incredibly good... There were other fun touches too—like being able to enjoy Blue Seal ice cream and make your own pork tamago onigiri—so I had a great time even traveling solo. Since it’s close to the airport, I recommend staying here around the last day of your trip if you want to enjoy Kokusai-dori as well!! I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Okinawa.

    We made a Reservatio...

    We made a Reservation for two Rooms with friends. We chose this Hotel because it was new and well located, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff were also very pleasant, which made for a great start to the day. However, when my friend’s daughter joined us and we requested an extra bed (since it was a twin room), the explanation about the additional charge felt very unfriendly. We were told something about a “box-type Hotel,” which we couldn’t understand, and it ended with just “Okay.” We weren’t trying to avoid paying—yet we felt pressured, which was disappointing (a female staff member who seemed like a supervisor).

    Clean and conveniently located, but there are a few small things that could be improved.

    It feels like a slightly upscale Business Hotel, or a city Hotel with minimal services. So if you think of it as a Business Hotel it works well, but if you expect a full city Hotel experience, some aspects may feel lacking. Pros: - Since it’s new, the Room is very clean, spacious, and airy. The table and chairs by the window are also great for relaxing. However, the power outlets are far from the desk area, so charging a laptop may be inconvenient for business use. - Breakfast was excellent, with both Western options and an Okinawa-style Japanese selection. There were plenty of seats, so I could eat at a relaxed pace without waiting. - The bar inside the Hotel is also refreshing. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to use it due to my schedule, but there is also a spa and pool, so even on a business trip you can still enjoy a bit of a resort feel and unwind. (It’s helpful that pool gowns and bags are provided; if flip-flops were also available to borrow, it would be even more convenient—then you’d only need to bring your swimsuit.) - The steam iron and ironing mat were very useful. Cons: - Since the Room power turns off unless you insert the key card, the Room gets hot when you return after being out for long hours during the day. - Under the banner of SDGs/environmental protection (?) there was no drinking water in the Room; you have to take a carafe to a shared water station. The carafe is small and my Room was far from the station, so going back and forth multiple times—especially after bathing—was inconvenient and unrealistic. In the end I bought water at a convenience store. - I felt similarly at The Royal Park Nagoya: I wish the bathroom lighting came from in front rather than directly overhead. With overhead lighting my face was shadowed and I couldn’t do makeup properly; I ended up moving to the window area and using my eyeshadow palette mirror instead. Men may also struggle when shaving because they can’t see clearly. - Compared with other Business Hotels in this class, there was very little space around the sink counter with nowhere to place items.

    A truly wonderful Hotel

    This was my first stay here. Both the teppanyaki restaurant and the Japanese restaurant were truly delicious. The Room was very clean and thoughtfully designed. I would like to stay again next time.

    Convenient for busin...

    Convenient for business trips, right by the station, and within walking distance of familiar dining spots. The Room bath was spacious and wonderful. Next time, I’d like to use the restaurant and bar.

    Comfortable bed

    The hotel is near the station, and the lobby is on the 7th floor. The check-in staff were friendly. The bed in the room was very comfortable and excellent. The only odd thing was that some used towels and cleaning items weren’t removed during our three-night stay. Even so, we still had a wonderful vacation in Okinawa.

    A Hotel where every staff member greets you warmly!

    Thank you for the wonderful two days. I had been looking forward to staying here for a long time. The view from the Room was great, and on the first day the weather was beautiful—I could see the sea, islands, and far into the distance.\n\nI also used the lounge, and I really appreciated how perfectly considerate and comfortable the staff’s approach was. Thank you as well for your advice on my unplanned travel Plan. The lounge offerings were excellent—perfect for getting some work done or enjoying a drink before dinner.\n\nBreakfast was also very satisfying! The atmosphere was calm, and I could relax and take my time. However, I was disappointed that there was no jushi on the second day.\n\nOne inconvenience was that to get drinking water, I had to return to my Room to pick up the provided pitcher and then go back out again. It may be helpful to bring a personal tumbler or keep an empty plastic bottle.\n\nI’d love to plan another trip to Okinawa with hopes of staying in the same Room again. Thank you very much.

    A wonderful Hotel with great convenience.

    From the moment you step into the Hotel, you’re soothed by its fragrance. You can feel Okinawa’s traditions in every detail, from the interior design and decor to the amenities. All of the staff welcomed us with warm smiles, and it was a truly wonderful Hotel—we were completely satisfied!

    Overall, it was good.

    First, the bathroom door was clear glass, which made it difficult to use. As a quick fix, I thought it might help to apply a white frosted film to the door so the inside is not visible. Also, the vanity area could be brighter for applying makeup. It might be worth changing the light bulb in the washroom or adding a safe, shatterproof plug-in light. Other than that, it was very convenient—close to both Kencho-mae Station and Kokusai-dori. Everything felt new, and the pool, jacuzzi, and fire pit created an urban resort atmosphere with plenty of greenery. It was excellent overall. The breakfast items were all very delicious. Overall, this is a Hotel I would definitely like to stay at again when visiting Naha.
