    It was below expectations.

    The rate for one night was over 40,000 yen, so I had high expectations. The Room was a corner room, but it only had one window, which was closed and offered no view outside. The lighting was dim, and while drinks were all-inclusive, as a senior who doesn't drink alcohol, three glasses were enough for me. Dinner was excellent; the pairing drinks were reasonably priced. However, I found the breakfast lacking in variety and quantity. There was no large public bath; it’s a small-scale Hotel. I believe it could become an even better Hotel with some improvements.

    Delicious and Enjoyable Hotel

    Dinner was absolutely delicious and very satisfying. Watching the straw-grilled bonito up close was a wonderful experience. The friendly service from the staff made for an enjoyable time.

    The staff provided excellent service. The clay pot rice was very delicious, and they even made rice balls for us. Breakfast was also delightful.

    Very satisfied.

    After finishing a business trip in Kochi, I stayed for one night to rest my tired mind and body. I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast, and was captivated by each dish, which made the most of Kochi’s local specialties and ingredients while incorporating modern elements and techniques. It was an outstanding course that truly captured the charm of Kochi, and everything was delicious. The Room and Facility were all clean and lovely, so I had a very comfortable stay. The complimentary coffee and bath salts were also great. The service and hospitality were excellent overall, though if I had to mention one thing, it would have been even better to receive an explanation on how to connect to the Room Wi‑Fi. Overall, it was a wonderful Hotel. If I have another chance to stay in Kochi in a different season, I would love to stay again with breakfast and dinner included. Thank you very much.

    Creating Memories

    I was traveling alone. Surprisingly, there were only three guests including myself, making it almost a private stay. For dinner, I had seared bonito, and the chef went out of his way to show me how to grill it over straw just for me. They also served all types of wine in small amounts so I could compare them with the dishes. The staff frequently checked in on me to ensure I wasn't bored and provided attentive service that made my stay enjoyable. From check-in at 3 PM until check-out at 11 AM the next day, I mostly stayed inside the hotel. The only exception was a morning jog where I enjoyed the nearby townscape. Before checking in, I visited the Kochi Prefectural Sakamoto Ryoma Memorial Museum (Kenritsu Sakamoto Ryoma Kinenkan) at Katsurahama and viewed letters addressed from Ryoma-san to his sister Otome-neesan among other exhibits, allowing me to get a glimpse of Ryoma-san's character before enjoying my stay at this birthplace hotel (Seitan-chi Hotel). I'm sure I'll visit again someday.

    The best moments.

    I live in the prefecture and, having seen it in the media, I used the service with great expectations. The meals were luxurious, no matter which one you looked at. The drinks were plentiful, and my stomach was happy. The view from the rooftop was great, and I felt like I would like to use it outside of the cold season as well. Next time I use it, I might consider trying the sauna, which I'm curious about. Overall, it was a moment that exceeded my expectations.

    A relaxing Hotel filled with the charm of Kochi

    I stayed for one night by myself. The interior was stylish and photogenic everywhere, and I ended up taking a lot of pictures!! The staff at the reception were very polite in their explanation, and I felt satisfied from the beginning! The food featured various dishes using Kochi's specialties, and the course had Sakamoto Ryoma's story hidden in it, which made it exciting and delicious! Besides the Room, there was a floor where you could enjoy all-you-can-drink alcohol and snacks freely, allowing me to relax! A Hotel I want to stay at again! Thank you very much!

    Stay in a suite

    The Room is fully equipped with a sauna, which I enjoyed until just before bedtime and right up to check-out. I was impressed to find Oronamin C and Pocari Sweat in the relaxation area. The entire Room has a warmth of wood, and the whole Room was pleasantly lit with warm colors. Above all, the all-inclusive option was very attractive, allowing me to make my own drinks and bring food and beverages into the Room. I enjoyed all the Facilities in the building and had a dream-like time. The hospitality of the staff was excellent, and their service kept me smiling throughout. Thank you very much!!

    I live in Kochi, but the service was so good that I didn't have to go out of my way; it was complete for a day at nansui. The meals were, of course, satisfying enough that I would like to request two meals included for my next stay as well.

    I heard that a wonderful Hotel has been built, so I went to check it out!

    First, regarding the Room, there was a raised sofa in addition to the bed, and I was able to work remotely comfortably without being bothered by any surrounding noise. For dinner, the eight types of appetizers were particularly impressive, with a striking elegance that delighted both the eyes and the palate! I was also very satisfied with the breakfast; the freshly shaved bonito flakes had a wonderful aroma, and I was deeply impressed by how I could enjoy changing the flavors multiple times with the two types of rice with egg! All the staff responded with smiles, and I felt they took pride in working at this Hotel, making it a very pleasant stay. I will come back again!

    It was a comfortable and relaxing Hotel!

    Upon arrival at the Hotel, the staff greeted us at the front and guided us to the front desk. If there was anything we didn't understand, they responded promptly and courteously, making our stay very comfortable. The staff's smiles and attentive service were excellent! Since it was all-inclusive, we could enjoy Kochi's sake and snacks whenever we liked, and from the rooftop, we could see the illuminated Kochi Castle and enjoy the view of Kochi City, which was great! The Room was just the right size, allowing us to relax comfortably. The bustling downtown area was also nearby, making the location convenient. This time, it was No Meals Included, so next time, I would definitely like to come for dinner and breakfast.

    I was able to spend a very relaxing time. The "Bar Lounge" and "SHI-SHI Library" provided personal spaces where I could enjoy reading and conversations in a calm and relaxed manner, offering a different kind of enjoyment compared to the restaurant. I was pleased that I could take drinks and snacks back to my room. The "Yugao Terrace" was a unique and unparalleled experience, as it's rare to have access to a rooftop at a property, offering a sense of comfort and openness that is unmatched. From the welcome to the farewell, the smiles and atmosphere of the staff made me feel truly welcomed. I especially appreciated the staff who kindly answered questions and engaged in casual conversation during dinner, as well as the chef's pleasant demeanor.

    Stylish and very lovely Hotel

    A statue of Ryoma Sakamoto welcomes you in the hotel lobby! The front desk is on the 7th floor, and checking in while overlooking the cityscape of Kochi through the large glass windows was wonderful! The staff's hospitality was also excellent! There is a bar? at the back of the front desk, where you can enjoy unlimited drinks for free! Both the drinks and snacks were abundantly prepared with products from Kochi Prefecture, and I ended up quite tipsy (laughs). Sober up on the rooftop terrace was a great memory (laughs). The breeze felt nice. Every space was stylish and lovely. This time, I used a plan with breakfast and dinner included, and the food was so delicious that I was moved. I was able to fully enjoy Kochi's specialties and famous products. The chef was friendly and talked a lot with us, which was GOOD! A perfect score with no complaints!!! I will definitely visit again!!!

    A new Hotel has opened in Kochi, so I went to check it out!

    The staff's response was very clear and good! Above all, their smiles were the best! The Room's lighting settings matched the situation well. The sofa bench was also comfortable. The meals were a mix of Kochi style and the best of Japanese and Western cuisine, and were very delicious. The desserts were also extremely delicious. The Hotel's concept was well expressed and very easy to understand. The bar was self-service, allowing for carefree enjoyment!
