Shoe rack only
The facility and meals were satisfying. However, switching to wooden clogs was a bit inconvenient, so I rated the facility slightly lower. Overall, it was a well-located accommodation with great hospitality! Thank you for your service.

It was a very meaningful time.
Despite some accidents such as personal matters and mix-ups on the reservation site, thanks to Izumi-san's flexible response, we were able to enjoy our stay just as described in the title. On the day of our stay, we also received kind and attentive service, making it a place I would definitely recommend to friends and family. I would love to use this accommodation again if I have the chance!

This Facility is not suitable for IKYU.
The building is new, and the room was clean, making the stay itself comfortable. However, there were some minor issues with explanations from the staff at check-in and initial reception around the front desk, but no major problems in basic aspects. The price is comparable to a mid-to-high range Onsen Ryokan, while other aspects are on par with a Business Hotel. Even during Golden Week, would you pay 100,000 yen per room for a stay at ○○ Stay or ○P○ Hotel? The service does not match the price—this is my evaluation. No security box in the room. Guests must manage valuables themselves (carry them) or leave them at the front desk. No large public bath (this was my mistake in choosing this accommodation). There’s a possibility of becoming a dinner refugee. While you can use the meat restaurant on the first floor of this facility, it’s also open to non-guests, so you may not be able to dine at your desired time. Due to recent rice supply issues likely affecting this situation, I believe that foreign-produced rice was served during meals. The private bath in the room used Onsen water; however, if I had planned to visit an external Onsen facility anyway, I should have chosen accommodation with a large public bath from the start. In terms of shower facilities: hot and cold water knobs are separate and need individual adjustment for volume control—sudden boiling water could cause burns. Despite being new construction overall as a Facility lacks attention here. Service quality within dining areas ranks below average; breakfast especially felt disastrous unless prompted by guests directly regarding missing items/actions required! While staff interactions weren’t bad overall—the physical infrastructure disappointingly fails expectations visually misleadingly polished externally yet lacking substance internally operational-wise! Being associated w/ Nara-ya-related properties doesn’t justify inclusion under "IKYU.com" listings given current standards observed firsthand

A clean room and an open-air bath leave a good impression at this accommodation.
The new Facility ensures clean Rooms and a comfortable open-air bath, which we highly recommend. Here are some personal suggestions for improvement: For guests without meals, this may not apply. However, regarding the dinner (sukiyaki) and buffet breakfast service, the only noticeable menu change was replacing sukiyaki (dinner) with grilled horse mackerel and tamagoyaki (breakfast). Other items like rice (slightly dry), miso soup with plenty of ingredients, and side dishes remained unchanged, lacking freshness. While the Hotel prepares these anew for each meal, from a guest's perspective it feels repetitive—almost as if leftovers are being served again. In terms of amenities: - Towels could be of higher quality and preferably white in color. - Foot mats should be thicker for better comfort. - The positioning of the TV relative to the sofa should allow direct viewing for more comfort. Regarding location: Please update navigation systems so that entering your address or phone number directly displays "Yubatake Sensui" accurately on GPS devices as soon as possible. Currently, inputting these details does not show your Facility’s name or location clearly, causing significant inconvenience. Additionally: It would be helpful to include in your guidance that upon arrival at the Facility guests can temporarily park in front to unload luggage and have it stored at reception briefly. This would make traveling lighter when heading from Now Resort to your Hotel. Thank you!

Clean and conveniently located
Since it is a new accommodation, it was very clean and conveniently located, making it perfect for exploring Kusatsu on my first visit. The complimentary breakfast was also much appreciated. The onsen in the room allowed me to enjoy it as many times as I liked at any time, which made my stay truly enjoyable.

I would like to use it again.
I used it for the first time. The Room was spacious and clean, and the bath was very nice. I thought it would have been nice if a shower cap was provided in the amenities. For meals, I had sukiyaki gozen. The portion was just right, and I was very satisfied. There was also a free breakfast, which made me wonder if it was really free because it was so delicious. However, to mention one thing, there were no seating instructions at breakfast, so I thought it might be free seating and sat at the same table as dinner; during my meal, I was asked to move to a two-person table. In that case, when entering the restaurant, perhaps they could say "Please use a two-person table." Other than that, it turned out to be a very satisfying trip. I will use it again. Thank you very much.

This is not a No Meals Included Property.
It was newly built and the Facility was very clean. Although it was introduced as a No Meals Included Stays, dinner was included at a sister Hotel, and I was able to have a hearty breakfast as well. I am very satisfied.

Satisfaction
This was my first time using the service. I chose it because there was an open-air bath in the room. The Onsen that only my family could use was very appreciated. To be honest, I wished there were a few more dishes for the meal. I can't be too demanding since it's free. I hope to change the position of the TV or the sofa. It's hard to see. Overall, I was satisfied, so I would like to use it again.

It was excellent.
Everything was very clean, and the sukiyaki for dinner was very delicious. If I had to say one thing, it was a bit uncomfortable to be watched by the staff during the meal. The Onsen was also excellent.

A rare property with guest rooms featuring onsen baths in Kusatsu
Perhaps because Kusatsu has excellent onsen water, guests still come even if the service and facilities are outdated. However, this property offers onsen baths in every room, and the rooms are modern, still new, and equipped with underfloor heating, making the interior perfectly comfortable even when the outside temperature is minus 10 degrees! The temperature control of the onsen in the rooms is also perfect and excellent, as expected from the Naraya (Naraya) group. The option to have dinner with no meals included offers high flexibility, which is a point. Even if meals are not included, the service breakfast provides a sufficient Japanese meal, which is nice. The drink corner on the second floor, which can be used freely, was also very convenient. I will visit again.

Excellent!!!
It was really good. If I were to be greedy, I would be happy if the bathtub were a little bigger. There was no dissatisfaction with the interior, bath, or meals. It didn't make me want to look for a new Onsen area next time.

We were able to enjoy the Onsen in Kusatsu at a leisurely pace.
I was attracted by the reasonable price, good accessibility, and comprehensive services, so I made a reservation. Upon arrival, without me having to ask, they suggested and provided nearby sightseeing information and towels for the footbath. I also had a small issue and consulted with them, and they responded more than adequately. Thanks to the staff's thoughtfulness, I was able to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing time both during sightseeing and within the facility. Thank you very much for this experience.

It was the best Stays!
I stayed for a birthday celebration. The room was very clean, and the open-air bath attached to every room was excellent! I had both dinner and breakfast, both of which were delicious Japanese cuisine. Additionally, there was a service where I could order a cake for the birthday celebration and have it placed in the room's refrigerator in advance, which was very helpful! It was a property I would like to stay at again. Thank you very much!

The cleanliness of t...
The cleanliness of the Hotel, its proximity to the hot spring field, and the reasonable price with a guest room open-air bath made us choose this place! I really liked the cleanliness of taking off shoes and stepping up to the Room after entering the lobby!! The customer service was also very pleasant! The complimentary breakfast was delicious. The chef's smile was wonderful, and I had a pleasant morning. If I may be a bit selfish, I would have liked a bit more variety in the free drinks on the second floor... like cocoa, for example. I also thought it was great that we could park our car for free at an affiliated Hotel. The bus to the hot spring field runs frequently, so there was little waiting time and no stress. I would like to stay at the affiliated Hotel next time! I would like to use it again. Thank you very much for this time.

It was a memorable trip!
The other day, I stayed for one night and two days! The exterior was very beautiful, and the room I stayed in was just as stylish as I saw in the photos!! It had a private open-air bath, and I was able to fully enjoy it! At night, I was very satisfied with the buffet, where I could freely eat a lot of delicious food! It was my first trip to Kusatsu Onsen, and I was very glad to stay at this hotel! I want to stay again!

There was no hallway...
There was no hallway, and the Room was immediately upon opening the door, which felt strange at first, but with no wasted space, the Room was spacious and allowed for a relaxing stay. The sofa, cushions, table, and vanity mirror at the washbasin were stylish and easy to use. The bath was always warm and adjustable, which was fantastic! There were many young staff members, but their efficient and heartfelt service was excellent. I would definitely like to use it again.

Excellent!
This is a new accommodation in Kusatsu Onsen. The staff were very kind and friendly, and even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, they allowed us to enter the room. The room was clean, spacious, and new. The bed was also large and comfortable. The open-air bath in the room was very pleasant. The amenities, such as the toothbrush and hairbrush made from bamboo crafts, showed attention to detail. Having a hair iron in the room was also great! The mini kitchen was convenient, especially with a freezer in the refrigerator. For dinner, we enjoyed shabu-shabu meat at the restaurant on the first floor while soaking our feet in a footbath. It was delicious. The location was also excellent, being close to Yubatake and in an easy-to-access area for free hot springs. I would like to use this place again next time. I was extremely satisfied with the complimentary breakfast provided. Thank you very much.
