    I visit every year o...

    I visit every year on my birthday. I always look forward to the delicious breakfast. Some items were no longer available, such as the large-cut fruit and salmon roe, but the sushi was excellent, and the roast beef was outstanding. I went back for seconds and returned to my Room completely satisfied. While enjoying the beautiful view, I had the Osaka specialty mixed juice from the refrigerator, and we said we’d like to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful time.

    The specialty salon was, needless to say, wonderful. The staff were consistently welcoming and greeted us with lovely smiles. It has become one of the best Hotels for my spouse and me.

    We stayed with our child, and thanks to the friendly staff who spoke to us warmly, both parent and child were able to relax and enjoy a comfortable stay with peace of mind. The meals and drinks served at SPECIALTY SALON were also excellent. Next time we stay, we would love to try breakfast at THE MOMENT as well. Thank you very much.

    Used to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

    To express my gratitude to my wife on our 34th wedding anniversary, we stayed at a Hotel we had long admired. After contacting them in advance, the staff prepared handwritten congratulatory messages and a bed arrangement with an ornament made from bath towels. The staff were warm and unpretentious—nothing like the stiff atmosphere you sometimes find at luxury Hotels—and every dish in the club lounge was high quality and delicious. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay exactly as we had hoped, and my wife was very satisfied.

    It was nice that I a...

    It was nice that I arrived early and was still able to check in and go to my Room, but I wasn’t informed in advance that early check-in was possible, which was a bit confusing. The guest Room and amenities were excellent. However, the air conditioning in the Room and the shower water pressure in the bathroom were somewhat weak. At both the specialty salon and the gym, a male staff member asked me partway through, “Are you alone?” I answered yes, but there was no further response. Going solo isn’t unusual these days, so it’s unclear why I was asked. The jam at the specialty salon was delicious, so I asked if it could be purchased somewhere. I was told it couldn’t be bought, but I later found it for sale at the boutique downstairs. Overall, staff training felt lacking. Above all, the quality of the food at the specialty salon was very different from what friends and family who stayed last year had told me (e.g., no Laurent-Perrier, no melon, and no uni on the seafood rice bowl). That said, the foreign staff members were very polite and pleasant.

    A Treat for Yourself

    I’d been curious about this place for a while, so I stayed as a treat for myself. I’ve visited various Hotels with lounge access, but the staff at the Specialty Salon here were exceptionally kind and approachable. Their service struck the perfect balance—attentive without being intrusive—and it was a very comfortable space. The food quality was high, and the snacks were also very well selected. I heard the champagne used to be Laurent-Perrier, but it has since changed to a different brand, which was a little disappointing for my personal taste. What bothered me was hearing a male staff member behind me giving instructions to his subordinate in the salon, which took away from the sense of escape. If possible, I would appreciate it if such coaching could be done somewhere out of guests’ earshot. Also, while this isn’t necessarily the Hotel’s fault, there were people speaking loudly in the hallway late at night, and it was noisy. In addition, a child was swimming in one of the OFURO baths. It may have just been that day, but there were moments that felt disappointing for a Hotel in this price range. I really liked OFURO—especially the sauna—and used it twice during my stay. Despite some concerns, I was more impressed by the salon’s overall quality and the staff’s hospitality than anything else. I’d like to return again with family or friends.

    Not as good as I expected...

    I had mixed feelings considering the price of this Hotel. First, at check-in, the payment details were not properly confirmed (I had paid in advance, but was told it would be paid at the Hotel). Also, while friendliness at the front desk is important, I felt it is equally important to behave professionally (one staff member seemed unusually animated with a guest). There were plenty of amenities in a nice box in the drawer, but there was no skincare set. When I asked at the front desk on my way out, I was told they could provide one if needed. (If so, this should be clearly communicated.) As for breakfast, for this price it was disappointing. As others have mentioned, there was no egg station. The soft-serve ice cream may make children happy, but I’m not sure about adults (personal opinion). I’d rather see that effort put into other items. The fruit was delicious.

    Spectacular Views

    The view was wonderful, and the night scenery was amazing. In the evening, we enjoyed the night view with a welcome drink and then relaxed in the bath. And breakfast: from morning nigiri sushi to an impressive variety of breads, everything tasted exceptional. The strawberry jam was delicious, and so was the fruit. The Room was great and the location was great—everything was perfect. We would definitely like to stay again.

    Stayed to celebrate a birthday and was very satisfied.

    This was my first stay, and I chose a Room with access to the specialty salon. The appeal of this Hotel is its delicious food, the wonderful night views from the upper floors, and a design filled with the history and playful spirit of Osaka Station. The food in the salon—sweets, bread, and savory items—was excellent in both quality and taste, so good that I wanted seconds, and combined with the high-floor views it made for a truly luxurious time. I was also happy to receive birthday wishes from the staff along with a small gift. The bath area also had a sauna and cold plunge pool, and it was quiet and very relaxing. It was such a great Hotel that I wished I could have stayed longer. If I have another chance, I’d like to try the regular breakfast as well. Thank you to all the staff members.

    Enjoy an exceptional stay.

    Last month, when our daughter came home, we stayed at Osaka Station Hotel, and while we were still moved by the experience, my husband and I visited again. I’m glad we were able to secure a Reservation this time for the hard-to-book Specialty Corner Twin Room. With large corner windows, the night view is stunning and the sense of openness is wonderful. My husband also loved the view bath. The Room after turndown was very comfortable to spend time in. Whenever we stay at a Hotel, we are grateful to the housekeeping staff. At the Specialty Salon again this time, we were able to enjoy delicious dishes that brought out the natural flavors of the ingredients, along with the view from the 38th floor, at a relaxed pace. For us as a couple past our 60th birthday milestone, this view brings back memories of Osaka in our younger days and lights them up—we never run out of stories—and I’m sure your staff’s thoughtful words and care also add to how welcoming and comfortable the salon feels. Thank you again for such a wonderful time. We would love to return again for a refreshing getaway.

    A Hotel where everything you need is right here.

    We stayed for two nights in a Suite and a connecting Room. We were completely satisfied with the Room, the service, and the food. Since the Hotel is located inside KITTE Osaka, we could enjoy dining outside the Hotel without ever having to go outdoors. On the first night we had dinner at a takoyaki shop in KITTE, and on the second night we enjoyed a dinner buffet at the Hotel’s restaurant. We didn’t go outside at all (laugh). We did go out on day two to visit USJ, but even then it was all indoors since it’s directly connected to Osaka Station. In the lounge, we had afternoon tea and breakfast. The selection wasn’t huge, but everything was truly delicious. A sweet bun I don’t usually eat was so good that I ended up eating too much (laugh). That said, at check-in we had to wait a little because cleaning checks weren’t finished yet. Also, on day two I forgot to press the button requesting Room cleaning; when we returned and asked in a hurry, some items like towels and minibar refills were not fully replenished. Since it was during Golden Week, they may have been very busy. One more thing—this seems common with Suites at many Hotels—but I still can’t quite get used to layouts where the sink area and bathroom are in one space while only the shower booth is in a separate room. The floor always ends up wet when moving from the shower booth to the bathtub. I can’t write much due to character limits, but overall it was an extremely satisfying stay. When our child is a bit older, we’d love to try out the pool and baths as well.

    We recommend access to the Club Lounge.

    My third stay at the Station Hotel. I really love it. The hospitality in the club lounge is truly outstanding. The food is delicious, and the staff are always attentive—every time I visit, I’m impressed by the Osaka Station Hotel.

    A stay on our Specialty Floor offers the finest hospitality.

    I had been looking forward to visiting the Osaka Station Hotel, which has great Reviews in Osaka. As the Reviews said, my stay was wonderful from check-in to check-out, and I was very satisfied. The Specialty Salon offers dishes made with premium ingredients, and everything was truly delicious. The tableware and glasses are also stylish and well chosen. At any time of day, the salon feels spacious and quiet, and I felt it truly deserves the name “Specialty.” The OFURO also provided a calm, relaxing time in line with its “journey into the deep sea” theme, helping me unwind. The view of Osaka from the 38th floor was amazing as well, making this a very satisfying stay overall. This has become one of the Hotels I would like to visit again. Thank you very much.

    Spacious and relaxing

    Step in through the automatic doors from the crowded station area and everything changes. Going up to the front desk on the upper floors, you’ll find an even more spacious and elegant lobby with great views—it feels wonderful. The front desk staff were attentive and I was very satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable. I just wish the shower pressure in the bathroom were a bit stronger. The breakfast venue was extremely crowded, which took away from what should have been an enjoyable experience. The bread was delicious with a wide variety, and the Mont Blanc was also excellent. There were many international guests and not much space, so I even wished they would use unused areas such as the bar space for seating. Even though the Hotel has only recently opened, the staff are outstanding.

    Exceptional hospitality

    This is my second stay at Osaka Station Hotel. This time, I stayed in the Specialty Corner Twin, which I had been wanting to book for a long time. It was a truly wonderful Room, and I was impressed. At the Specialty Salon, the food during evening cocktail time was exceptional. It’s no exaggeration to say it may be the best club lounge in Japan. I will make another Reservation.

    An Era to Look Back On

    Everything about our stay was pleasant, the food was excellent, and above all I am grateful for the warm and welcoming service from all the staff. It’s been a long time since I’ve been able to relax and enjoy myself so comfortably. I was especially impressed by how you are rethinking, from the system design stage, the “hollowing out of lounges” and the “confusion caused by excessive perks” that have become apparent at many foreign-owned Hotels in recent years. By clearly positioning lounge access as part of a Room category or as something provided in exchange for appropriate value, you maintain a quiet atmosphere and a stable guest profile, making it less likely for so-called “lounge refugees” to occur—an extremely rational approach to operations. It also left an impression that your staff are not being overburdened and do not seem rushed, which naturally helps maintain service quality. Your approach—grounded in an understanding of Japan’s long-established Hotel tradition—is wonderful, and I hope it will become a leading example for your entire group going forward. Thank you very much for taking care of us; we will definitely return.

    Room noise

    From early morning, a very loud noise (like the Room creaking) continued nonstop from near the bedroom window, and I could hardly sleep. It seems there may be an issue with the building. After that, the Hotel’s response was far too insincere, and I felt disappointed that this is considered a Hotel representing Osaka. I don’t think I will stay here again.

    A Unique Hotel on the Former Osaka Station Site

    Based in Fukuoka. After a hectic year-end and New Year period, I wanted to take a breather and refresh, so in November last year I planned a two-night trip to Osaka. For the first night, I chose a Hotel with a lounge I love. For the second night, I selected The Osaka Station Hotel, which is highly rated on IKYU, and when making my Reservation I left a comment about having a speaker for listening to music. The next morning, I received a reply email right away. This kind of responsiveness is one of the reasons I choose a Hotel. After arriving, I had lunch at Moment Grill (I had made a Reservation). It was extremely crowded—clearly very popular—and we enjoyed the meal. There were many dishes, and the quality of the ingredients was excellent. The sushi in particular, as well as the Japanese beef dishes, were outstanding. About the Room: It was slightly darker than it appears in the photos. You can hear train noise, and the shower water pressure in the bathroom is low. At night, however, there was a sparkling view outside, and we were able to relax on the sofa until late. The welcome food offerings, complimentary drinks in the refrigerator, and both the variety and great taste of breakfast were all wonderful. I believe this Hotel will become well established as “the Hotel” that represents what used to be Osaka Station. Lastly—because I was worried about how to get to the limousine bus stop for Itami Airport—one of your female bell staff kindly guided me there while even carrying my luggage. Thank you very much. Thanks to her help, I returned safely to Fukuoka. With sincere appreciation.

    Since it was a suite...

    Since it was a suite Room, which is slightly more expensive than other Rooms, I would have appreciated assistance with carrying my luggage. Other than that, the Room, the bath, and the meals were truly excellent. The staff's service during meals was also very good.

    The Perfect Year-End Stay

    This was my second stay. I enjoyed the luxurious year-end atmosphere and relaxed in the bath with a stunning view. The sofa was relatively spacious and satisfying. I also had a leisurely time at the lounge café, and above all, the breakfast was excellent. This is one of the hotels I would love to revisit.

    I had a very high-quality accommodation experience.

    The hotel's location is excellent, and the interior is clean with stunning views from the upper floors, making for a perfect stay. The staff's hospitality was pleasant, with thoughtful gestures like asking, "Is there anything I can assist you with?" leaving a very positive impression. At the specialty salon, we enjoyed high-quality food and beverages offered at different times of the day. Everything was exquisite; however, indulging too much during check-in (tea time) might lead to regrets during cocktail time. Although I prepared by watching various videos before my stay, it was hard to resist overindulging when everything I wanted was right in front of me (it could even affect your appetite for breakfast). During cocktail time through night hours, knowledgeable staff served champagne, cocktails, highballs, and wine while providing detailed explanations about each drink. This added to the luxurious and extraordinary experience. On the 30th floor OFURO (bath area), the clean space felt incredibly relaxing as I refreshed myself thoroughly between sauna sessions and cold baths. The post-bath lounge also offered premium drinks and snack foods that were delightful to enjoy. In my personal experience compared to domestic Ritz-Carlton club lounge plans I've used before, this hotel provided a more comfortable atmosphere and superior experiences overall. If planning a repeat visit in Osaka currently, this hotel would undoubtedly be my top choice!

    The train noise was loud.

    Assigned a Room very close to the railway tracks, possibly because I booked through IKYU.com and not as a Marriott member. The train noise was loud, making it hard to sleep late at night and waking me up early in the morning. No assistance was provided for carrying suitcases to the Room, and the service did not meet 5-star standards. There were also many unnecessary amenities with excessive packaging. The bath and shower were average. While transportation access is convenient, I would not consider revisiting.

    Excellent service

    The moment you step into the Hotel entrance from KITTE, the shopping mall atmosphere disappears. True to its name as a station hotel, there are traces of railways thoughtfully placed throughout. The Room was incredibly comfortable, and as a railway enthusiast, having a constant view of the trains from the Room was absolutely delightful. One minor concern was that the cleansing product in the Room made it slightly difficult to remove makeup. Other than that, everything including the minibar was perfect! I would love to stay here again.

    Room was satisfactory, but the meals could be better.

    The entrance is a bit hard to find, and the hallway from the elevator hall to the front desk is slightly dim. However, the atmosphere improves afterward, possibly due to its layout. I was guided to my room, a corner twin on the northwest side with an excellent view and beautiful night scenery. For this price, the room offers high satisfaction. Having stayed at many luxury hotels before, I would rank this room and its view among the top. The manual curtains add a charming touch but do not affect overall satisfaction. On the other hand, regarding the restaurant: as a couple in our mid-60s, we found that while it offered a select buffet style, it felt somewhat lacking and might not use it again next time. Breakfast also seemed questionable for its price. I would prefer if they aimed for more traditional luxury by offering smaller course meals with some à la carte options instead of an all-you-can-drink alcohol option at dinner. While some staff members are capable of working at top-tier hotels, others still have room for improvement. This stay reminded me of what makes first-class hotels truly exceptional. We stayed for two nights with breakfast twice and dinner once. The location and facilities are excellent; however, I hope they improve their restaurant offerings and service quality to aim for becoming one of Osaka's top hotels in the future.

    The delicious meals at the club lounge remain exceptional.

    This was my second stay at the accommodation, having stayed here during New Year's this year. During my previous visit, I felt there were some areas for improvement in room operations and breakfast service, and unfortunately, I had similar impressions this time as well. The check-in process seemed tailored for first-time guests, which was disappointing. For a class exceeding 100,000 yen per night, the service did not meet expectations. Requests made during my initial visit were not fulfilled as expected. As it has been a year since the opening and there are likely repeat guests now, it would be better to keep track of past guest histories. This time too, despite calling in advance to request an extra bed, the information was not shared properly and resulted in a room change after 10 PM—this was also disappointing. On a positive note, the meals provided at the club lounge were truly delicious with some variations in offerings; this unique service is something that makes me want to return even if other aspects fall short compared to other hotels. I hope that next time will be a stay where everything feels truly exceptional from start to finish!

    Thoughtful Hospitality

    Arriving at the Hotel a bit early, I was informed that the Room was not yet ready. Since I arrived quite early, I waited at the front desk, and soon after, they handed me the key with an apology for the wait. When I entered the Room, I was surprised! I had mentioned it was my husband's special day, and on the bed were a wreath made of towels and a little bear. The bear even wore a traditional celebratory outfit! I felt so happy knowing this had been thoughtfully prepared for us. Thank you for such heartfelt hospitality. I will visit again!

    Warm hospitality

    I stayed here during my summer vacation while visiting the Expo. I chose a room with salon access due to the great reputation of the specialty salon. Although I couldn't enjoy breakfast as I fell ill during my stay, I was able to enjoy tea time and cocktail time. The extensive menu and warm, professional service left a lasting impression. From check-in to check-out, every staff member provided excellent service. This is a hotel where guests of all ages can feel comfortable and at ease.

    風の旅

    I had a relaxing time.

    Although we live in the city, we stayed at this accommodation to celebrate my wife's birthday. As it is a new hotel, the room was clean, spacious, and offered an amazing view. The dining service at the specialty salon was delicious, especially the à la carte menu—we enjoyed it so much that we ordered the same dish twice. My wife was very pleased as well. The next morning, I took my time relaxing in OFURO and felt refreshed from daily fatigue. It is conveniently located, and I look forward to visiting again.
