Although it can be crowded, it’s a wonderful Hotel.

Despite the severe cold wave, I was worried about travel disruptions due to snow, but both the expressway and national roads had been cleared, so the trip went smoothly. (It seemed the trains were running on a planned schedule.) There were simply a lot of guests, and the lounge and dining area were crowded. It felt a bit cramped, but the food was delicious, and I was happy with the all-you-can-eat crab—even though it was on the small side. The cream puffs at the dinner buffet were absolutely amazing. I wished I could have had them again at breakfast. When Istructioned back to my Room to look for a lost item on my way home, the housekeeping staff kindly helped me search as well, which I truly appreciated.
