This was our first t...

This was our first time staying as a family of three. We reserved an ocean-view room, but upon check-in, we were informed of an upgrade. However, when we entered the room, it was on the parking lot side, which was disappointing. Additionally, the buffet seating was self-service and overcrowded like a competition; we would prefer reserved seating for meals. Other than that, we had an enjoyable stay.
