Well-equipped for children, but the Accommodation’s core comfort and dining need improvement.

[Overall] While the kid-friendly offerings—such as the play area and planetarium—felt like a great improvement, there were unacceptable shortcomings in the basics expected of a Hotel (sleep, dining, and amenities). [Guest Room] The curtains are not blackout; there are only thin curtains and non-blackout blinds. The Room became bright early in the morning, and our child woke up at 5:00 a.m. As a Resort Hotel, improving the sleep environment should be an urgent priority. [Dining] To be honest, my overall impression was “convenience-store quality,” which fell below expectations. The salads were the only standout—fresh and tasty—which made the gap in quality with the main dishes even more disappointing. [Bathroom] The provided shampoo is low quality. Our child’s hair is usually smooth, but after drying it became stiff and rough. If you are targeting families, you should reconsider your amenity selection. [What was good] Our child really loved the newly added play area and the nighttime planetarium and enjoyed our stay because of them.
