    The Room is spacious and easily accessible by car.

    Easy access via a single national road from the Gotemba IC, with a spacious parking lot. The Room is large and comfortable. However, the toilet door hardware was loose, and the slippers smelled as if they were made of vinyl. I would prefer cloth or paper slippers instead. Considering how new and spacious the Room is, the reasonable price was a plus.

    Both the building an...

    Both the building and the Room were new, and everything felt clean throughout, making for a very pleasant stay. The Facility also felt new, which left a great impression. Breakfast is served buffet-style. While I don’t have any major complaints about the food itself, I felt there could be a wider variety of options. In particular, I was personally quite disappointed that there was no rice or miso soup. If it is intended to be a Western-style buffet, that is of course fine; however, there was no clear note about this in advance, so I assumed some Japanese options would be available as well. For guests who place importance on breakfast, it would be helpful if the contents were clearly described beforehand. In addition, systems designed with automation in mind have been introduced in many areas—such as check-in/check-out and amenity pickup. I understand the goal of improving efficiency and think it is a reasonable approach for Hotel operations going forward. On the other hand, explanations on how to use these systems—and what steps guests should follow—were not sufficient, which made it feel like the system’s potential wasn’t fully utilized. Automation should not simply mean removing human interaction; true convenience comes when guests can proceed naturally without confusion. In that sense, I felt there could be further improvements to signage, explanations at check-in, and the overall flow leading up to use. The Facility itself is new and clean and has plenty of appeal for a comfortable stay. That’s why I believe that improving breakfast options and guidance related to automation would lead to an even more satisfying experience.

    The French dinner was exquisite!

    It was a very comfortable stay. The French dinner was outstanding, and we were truly satisfied! The bread was also excellent. We hope you will maintain this level of quality. The bath and the room layout were well designed, and we felt thoughtful attention to detail from the guest’s perspective. We would love to visit again.

    Ideal for long-term stays

    Not all Rooms may have one, but it’s very convenient to have a washing machine in the Room (there are also shared machines). The Room is spacious and feels comfortable, like living in a high-end apartment. The bed mattress is also good quality and easy to sleep on. Meals were buffet-style breakfast only, and it was quite tasty. However, some of the bread wasn’t very good depending on the item. I was concerned that the surface of the water in the large public bath looked dirty. The water seems to be circulated, but I wonder if it was just bad timing or if there is an issue with cleaning. Operations feel basically self-service, so if you expect Hotel-like service you may be disappointed; however, if you think of it as staying in a resort condominium-style Accommodation, it makes sense. That said, the check-in/check-out system assumes you register in advance on your smartphone, which can be difficult unless you use it frequently (for example, I was surprised that when I tried to pay by card at check-out, I had to enter my card number myself). I would like them to make it easier for general users as well. Even so, the cost performance is high, and I’d say it’s an easy-to-use Hotel for long-term stays.

    The Onsen and the meals were great!

    We stayed in a Room with an open-air bath, but for a family of four (including two sons over 25), having two people sleep on the sofa bed with only one comforter meant we couldn’t really get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the Room lighting was dim (especially the entryway of the Room we stayed in—it was far too dark. There may have been a light switch somewhere, but we couldn’t find it...). Other than that, the Onsen was at a comfortable temperature and easy to enjoy, and the dinner course was very delicious. Our whole family was impressed by the soup, and the roast beef main course was cooked perfectly. One of our sons has allergies and foods he can’t eat, but he enjoyed his meal very much even with those ingredients removed. The Room was spacious, with a proper refrigerator, a microwave, an ice maker, and there is also a 7-Eleven right in front—so I think even a Multiple Night Stay would be easy. That said, I highly recommend the French dinner because it’s excellent! For alcohol sparkling options by the bottle were limited to Champagne only, so it would have been nice to have an affordable sparkling wine available by the bottle as well. I would like to visit again if I have another opportunity.

    The spacious Room is comfortable.

    The spacious Room is comfortable, and the Hotel is quiet overall—ideal for getting work done. I went to breakfast before 9:00, but nearly empty plates were left out for a long time, and compared with previous stays, the service felt slightly worse.

    Ideal for young travelers and families.

    This Hotel offers affordable Accommodation by keeping services to a minimum. You handle all procedures yourself. The Room is spacious and designed with no unnecessary extras. It seems suitable for families with small children and for younger guests on a Multiple Night Stay, but it wasn’t a good fit for me.

    A good Accommodation for the price.

    I have stayed here three times so far. For Hakone, this Accommodation is relatively affordable. It seems to be fairly popular with younger couples and inbound travelers from the mainland (there is plenty of guidance available in Chinese). However, their troubleshooting response was poor, so I am writing this in a Review. This concerns the cleanliness of the bathtub. When I requested a Room change because of slimy grime stuck to the indoor bath tub, I was told they were fully booked and asked to put up with the same Room. Even when I asked them to re-clean the tub, they said the cleaning staff had already gone home, and on top of that insisted, “There is no grime!” Even after I explained that you could tell by rubbing the discolored area with your finger, they kept repeating, “Hmm… it isn’t dirty.” When their senior manager came and checked it, he immediately said, “This is clearly grime buildup. I’ll wash it right now—could you please wait?” That resolved everything. Thanks to him, the tub returned to a clean surface again. It was disappointing because the private open-air bath itself was very nice.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    The best thing about this Hotel is, without a doubt, that the Rooms are quite spacious. On the day I stayed, unfortunately, due to snowfall I wasn’t able to visit the sightseeing spots around Hakone, but I was able to relax and spend time comfortably in my Room. It was a wonderful vacation.

    A good Hotel.

    We stayed for one night. The Room with an open-air Onsen bath was very comfortable. The Room has a kitchen with a microwave, but the microwave was placed inside a shelf and it was dark and hard to see. The refrigerator is large, and it seems suitable for a Multiple Night Stay.

    A very comfortable space.

    I stayed with my elementary school-aged son. We only had breakfast included, and for dinner, we cooked ourselves by bringing our own ingredients. The availability of cooking utensils for rent was extremely helpful. Since it was a New Year's Day stay, we opted to cook as there were likely few open restaurants or they would be crowded. The room was very spacious, allowing my son and me to relax comfortably. The public bath was very clean and not particularly large but provided a comfortable space. Breakfast was buffet-style, and every dish was delicious. My son even said the quality rivaled or exceeded that of five-star international hotels, which made him very happy. We are deeply grateful to the kitchen staff who worked hard during the New Year holiday period. The reception staff welcomed us with wonderful smiles upon arrival and also sent us off with warm smiles at checkout. Next time, I would love to stay for a multiple night stay!

    A Hotel That Respects Your Privacy

    Minimal staff interaction ensures a comfortable distance, with additional towels for Multiple Night Stays conveniently hung on the doorknob. The Onsen experience varies; last time it seemed like a simple Onsen, but this time it had a rich sulfur aroma, which was very satisfying. While the Room cleaning could be more thorough in some areas, it's not a major issue. This Hotel is especially recommended for those who prefer a low-key and quiet stay.

    The Facility was excellent, but the meals!

    The Room and bath were excellent. The meal was served in the Room, but everything from the soup to the main dish was brought at once. While I could enjoy the warm soup, it was disappointing that the main steak had cooled down. If possible, it would have been better if the steak had been served at a different time.

    Stylish Hotel.

    The entrance is a bit hard to find. As this is primarily a smartphone-compatible Hotel, there is no pick-up or drop-off service. The Room was spacious with a great view, which was very nice. Regarding the water dispenser system where guests collect water themselves, it might be better to place one on each floor. The smell in the Room personally bothered me quite a bit; I couldn't identify what it was, but perhaps an aroma scent would have been nice. At the restaurant, I had beer and wanted some water as a chaser, but despite asking several staff members, no one brought it to me in the end. I would have been willing to pay for it if necessary but eventually gave up trying. As for breakfast, while it was an elegant French-Italian-style buffet, since I had already had a French course meal the night before, I honestly wished for something simpler and more traditional in the morning.

    A Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    I was able to spend time alone and relax. The room's bath was small, but I could take a bath whenever I wanted, which was very relaxing. The meals were delicious, and the staff maintained a comfortable distance, making the stay pleasant. Here are some observations and requests: The room had an unpleasant smell. I couldn't identify the source, but it was bothersome. I managed by using the air purifier and the deodorizing spray provided in the room. I wanted to open the window, but there was no screen, and I was afraid of insects coming in, so I kept it closed. It was unfortunate, especially during such a pleasant season. Please consider changing the lighting in the bathroom to daylight white. The yellowish light made it difficult to do makeup. As mentioned in other reviews, I hope female staff members can experience this firsthand. Netflix was still logged in with the account of a previous guest. I logged out, but I hope the staff can check this in the future. I wanted to answer the hotel's survey, but the character limit was insufficient, so I wrote this on IKYU. I would love to stay at this hotel again. Thank you very much.

    A cozy Hotel.

    Despite a last-minute reservation, we were provided with a room with a great view. The autumn leaves had just started to turn, making the scenery outside the window look like a painting. Having used this place occasionally since its opening, I’ve noticed how the trees have grown and changed the view over time—it seems it will become even more beautiful in the future. The breakfast was as delicious as always, but there were some items out of stock due to an influx of international guests. It’s good to see its growing popularity... However, there were only men's slippers available for use outside the room, which made walking uncomfortable, and the welcome drink offered at check-in was cleared away before we could enjoy it. It would have been nice if it had been kept in the refrigerator for us. That said, these were minor issues overall. I’ll definitely stay here again!

    Very friendly staff!

    Wonderful Time in Sengokuhara

    We stayed as a couple. The hotel was new, chic, and stylish with excellent facilities. The room, bath, meals, and service were all delightful. We would love to stay again someday.

    New, clean, spacious, and comfortable Room.

    This was my second stay. Last time, I was bothered by the strong scent (aroma?) upon entering the Hotel, but this time it was perfect. Check-in and check-out using QR codes were very convenient with no waiting required. The Onsen was relaxing, and I enjoyed the massage chairs after bathing. However, in the Room, when two people are using them, even if one chair is free, it might be uncomfortable for women to use (perhaps placing them in an open space would be better). The breakfast buffet was delicious and satisfying (though it might disappoint those who prefer Japanese-style meals). Despite the unfortunate rain, I had a comfortable and relaxing time in the spacious Room. The staff were friendly and accommodating; I would love to stay again. PS: The fabric cushions placed in the courtyard rest area were left out in the rain. It might be better to bring them inside—it felt a bit lonely seeing that scene.

    Lighting improvement requested, caution with deep bathtub.

    Stayed for two nights without meals, combining work and leisure. Initially, only rooms without open-air baths were available when making the reservation. However, upon checking again the day before my stay, I was able to change the reservation to a room with an open-air bath due to a cancellation. Thank you to the female staff member who kindly assisted me over the phone. The hotel is relatively new and clean inside. For those using public transportation, its proximity to a bus stop is very convenient. There’s a Seven-Eleven across from the hotel and a Cocokara Fine drugstore just a few minutes' walk away. One downside was the dim lighting in some areas of the hotel. While acceptable in the lobby, hallways leading to guest rooms were quite dark—almost cave-like during daytime when stepping out from bright guest rooms into these corridors. The bathroom vanity lighting in my room was also too dim for makeup application; I had to use a stand mirror provided in-room and rely on natural light by stepping out onto my terrace. Perhaps this low lighting aims for relaxation effects? However, it compromises usability significantly. I suggest female staff members try applying makeup under current conditions—it might help highlight this issue better. On my first night arriving after 9 PM: Although I informed one female staff member about my late arrival time (past 9 PM) during our call regarding room changes beforehand... A male staff member still called en route asking about arrival timing—indicating prior communication wasn’t shared internally effectively enough between team members! Additionally: inquiries made during stays sometimes required re-explaining details repeatedly due lackluster inter-staff coordination efforts observed firsthand here too unfortunately...     The room was spacious and comfortable for the price. For dinner, I had reserved steak, and it was mentioned that the time would be confirmed upon arrival. However, I was told shortly after arriving that an early fixed time would be the final option. If I had known this, I wouldn't have chosen a dinner-inclusive plan.

The room is spacious at approximately 50 square meters, offering a relaxing stay with views of the mountains from the balcony. The clean and tranquil atmosphere adds to the comfort of your experience. The Onsen includes both an open-air bath and a regular bath, both well-maintained and not crowded, ensuring a pleasant experience. At the restaurant, dinner features a French course menu with deliciously balanced dishes including beef, duck, and fish. Breakfast is served buffet-style with plenty of options for food, drinks, and bread to enjoy your morning meal fully. Access to Ashinoko Lake or Owakudani is also relatively convenient for those planning visits to these attractions.

    Everything is excellent.

    It was a very lovely and luxurious Hotel. The Room was spacious with a calm interior, providing a refreshing and wonderful experience. I only had breakfast, but it was very delicious. The staff provided excellent hospitality and pleasant service. Thank you very much!
