Delicious cuisine and Onsen and

All rooms have an Onsen, and there is no large public bath, which is a high point for me. When the room has an Onsen, I don't go to the large public bath, so I feel a bit like I'm missing out. Therefore, it's better to focus on the room's bath without a large public bath. I was very satisfied with soaking in the Onsen many times until checkout. The room amenities even included a foaming net for face wash, which impressed me. Also, the wooden toothbrushes and razors seem to be environmentally friendly. It's the times we live in. The standard room was just the right size for two people to stay and relax. Since it's in the city, you can't see outside, but I could relax like at home, taking a leisurely bath without worrying about the surroundings, lounging around, and enjoying drinks and tea. The food was delicious no matter what I ate, and the presentation was outstanding. They used plenty of local ingredients, and being able to enjoy local specialties is one of the pleasures of traveling. I'm not good with things like salmon roe, sea urchin, or turban shell, but the salmon roe was so bursting and delicious that I was moved. The sea urchin was fragrant and delicious without a flat taste. The turban shell was delicious with sake lees sauce. The sake lees sauce was so delicious that I asked for more. Needless to say, the fish was delicious, and the meat was surprisingly tender and odorless, even though it was from a mature cow. Also, I could try various Shimane sake, whiskey, and shochu, which I used as a reference for souvenirs. The food paired very well with the alcohol, making it an irresistible dinner for someone like me who loves alcohol. Of course, I bought all the sake, whiskey, and shochu as souvenirs. By the way, by the end of dinner, my fullness level was off the charts. Breakfast was also beautifully presented, and since I love Shimane rice, I had seconds. I'm not a fan of buffet style, so I was happy that it was served as a set. In any case, the food was excellent! Regarding customer service, the moderate distance was nice. However, when I arrived, I couldn't find the front desk and thought it was upstairs, so I took the elevator. It would be kind if the front desk guidance was clearer. The interior seemed to have various elaborate designs, but there was no particular explanation, so I only took a quick look, but I thought it was beautifully arranged.
