    Excellent!

    I wanted to refresh nearby, so I made a Reservation that same day without doing any research. It turned out to be amazing! I didn’t expect to have access to the lounge, and it was wonderfully quiet. I only had breakfast, but it was delicious—I regretted not having dinner as well. I’d love to come back regularly.

    We stayed here for his birthday.

    Because the expressway was heavily congested, we arrived much later than our planned check-in time, but the front desk staff kindly assisted us without any sign of displeasure, and it instantly eased our fatigue. The location was also great—close to the sea—and my partner was delighted, so we were able to enjoy a wonderful birthday! We would love to stay again. Thank you very much.

    I’d love to stay here again.

    I stayed here with my child. The building blends beautifully into a quiet, peaceful town, and its wonderful atmosphere instantly soothed both body and mind after a long day of walking. Both dinner and breakfast were cooked right in front of us, making for an enjoyable, delicious, and truly memorable time. I’m really glad we chose to stay here. Thank you very much.

    We were completely satisfied with everything: having several multilingual Hotel staff members, the large public bath, the excellent breakfast, the quiet guest rooms, the well-equipped lounge services, and the close proximity to the sea.

    No matter how many times I stay, this Hotel always makes me feel happy. This time, we stayed to celebrate my son’s birthday. The Napolitan you prepared at our request was truly delicious! We’ll be back again in September!

    I was really looking forward to it...

    Because it is close to the station and the beach is just nearby, I stopped using the Hotel I always stayed at and chose this one, looking forward to checking in. The Facility is spacious, and the Room and amenities are excellent. One disappointing point was that my food dislikes were not shared with the restaurant staff; although I informed them, cream cheese was still placed on the canapés. It is not an allergy, but since it involves food, I wanted appropriate handling. Also, I was concerned about other guests’ manners in the lounge. I never even saw the pre-bedtime Danish pastries or the morning muffins. I think it would be better to have staff stationed there.

    The meals were absolutely delicious.

    Every dish prepared by Chef Arai, who became head chef today, was outstanding. We chose the free-flow option and enjoyed plenty of delicious drinks as well. We also enjoyed the lounge beverages. The Room was comfortable, and we used the bath and sauna many times. This is an Accommodation we would definitely like to visit again. Thank you very much.

    This was my first st...

    This was my first stay. The Room has high ceilings and feels very open. The lounge, bath, and breakfast were just as described in the Reviews! The IKYU Diamond benefit of 1,000 yen can be used in the lounge, where they have several kinds of jerky. It also seems it can be used for local Kamakura beer. Although it was May, it was humid and my water bottle ran empty; I would appreciate it if there were complimentary water service at the front desk during summer. The female staff in the lounge and at breakfast were very pleasant, and I would love to visit again.

    I was very satisfied overall. However…

    We visited as a slightly older couple traveling together. With a lounge where you can enjoy alcohol, a large public bath, and a location close to the station, it was the perfect fit for us. The lounge had plenty of light snacks and drinks, so we initially thought choosing the all-inclusive dinner Plan might have been a mistake—but the meal was so delicious we finished everything without leaving a bite. The complimentary drinks were also impressively substantial, with some rare options, and we were very satisfied. The next morning started with drinks again and ended on another high note—we genuinely felt like we want to come back. Above all, the service from the dinner chef and dining staff was excellent, which made the meal even more enjoyable. That said, one request—assuming we will return in the future: I would like lounge entry at any time to allow Room wear and slippers. Since the lounge is for guests only and is on the same floor as the large public bath, it’s also somewhere you naturally want to stop by before or after bathing. I understand wanting to keep it stylish, but if it’s meant to be a place that relaxes tired travelers, requiring shoes feels slightly off. Going back to the Room just to change footwear before heading to the bath…? Because everything else was so satisfying, this one point stood out as something I still question—shared as feedback from someone who truly plans to visit again.

    This was my second stay, and my companion was delighted again, saying it was wonderful. The restaurant felt very upscale and not somewhere we would usually go, but being on a trip made it feel special and we truly enjoyed it. The chef and staff served us with lovely smiles, and we had a delicious seasonal meal paired with wine. The light snacks and sweets in the lounge were all excellent as well. The room was very comfortable, and my companion—who already loves to chat—was even more talkative than usual. A walk to Yuigahama Beach just one minute away on foot also made this an unforgettable trip.

    Though compact, the service was attentive and thorough.

    I stayed here while looking for an Accommodation with a sauna. The sauna is compact and listed for up to 3 people, but in reality it feels too cramped for more than 2. The temperature was sufficient, and it was clean. I also used the lounge; the food selection was decent. Alcohol is described as champagne, but it is actually sparkling wine. It said Danish pastries at night and muffins in the morning, but it was the opposite: muffins at night and Danish pastries in the morning. Both are frozen.

    Easily accessible by both car and train.

    The building design makes great use of the location, and it was impressive how the guest rooms and other areas used by guests were designed to feel relaxing. The lounge staff provided service with just the right sense of distance, and I was able to unwind as if it were my own study. This Hotel’s signature breakfast!! From the wake-up plate to the final dessert, it was full of warmth. We were able to fully enjoy an extraordinary experience as a family—one of the main purposes of our trip—and it looks like it will become a wonderful memory. As others mentioned in their Review, I hope the noise level from the air conditioning (humidifier, etc.) can be reduced a bit more. Other than that, we were very satisfied—Done: this is an Accommodation we want to visit again. Thank you very much.

    Cozy and comfortable in a compact space.

    This was my first time staying here. Given the location in Kamakura, there were many international guests, so the Hotel facilities also felt designed with overseas travelers in mind. The Room layout was unique and very convenient to use. The staff responded quickly and were friendly. It was a shame that the TV did not support Netflix, so I watched on my PC instead. The lounge was great as well, with light snacks available and free drinks. I wish the public bath had been a bit larger. The bed had just the right firmness, which was excellent. It would also be helpful if more towels were provided in the guest Room. I only had breakfast, but the service from the staff was wonderful and the food was very delicious. Overall, I am very satisfied.

    Spring Trip

    This was my first stay here. I had high expectations after seeing the photos and Reviews, and it turned out to be an even more wonderful Accommodation than I imagined. First of all, the Room’s South of France-inspired color scheme made me feel like I was on vacation the moment I walked in. I was also happy that the amenities were all L’OCCITANE. It was great to be able to use the lounge before dinner. I only meant to have something light, but I ended up starting with beer and then having a bit too much wine as well. For dinner, we ate at Teppanyaki Kōsan, and I truly appreciated how kindly they accommodated our last-minute additional request. Everything from the appetizers to the fish dish and meat was delicious. After the meal, I went to the large public bath and was able to thoroughly soothe my tired body in the hot water. Having a large public bath in a Hotel of this size feels rare—in a good way. Another nice touch was that the loungewear came as separate pajama-style pieces. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly until morning. After breakfast the next day, we took a walk to Yuigahama Beach on foot. It’s about a 5-minute walk from the Hotel, so I thought the location was excellent as well. Since we wanted to sightsee using an Enoden one-day pass on this trip, it helped us a lot that you could store our luggage in the morning before check-in. Thanks to that, we were able to explore hands-free, and it became a trip we were completely satisfied with in every way. I’ve found another favorite Hotel here. Next time, I’d like to enjoy an even more indulgent evening with Teppanyaki’s full course menu and free-flow drinks compared with this visit."""

    Highly Satisfying All-Inclusive Hotel

    I stayed for one night with breakfast included. It was great that from March, check-in was moved one hour earlier, so I could enter the Room from 3:00 PM. The lounge also offered a good variety of light snacks and cookies. The bath area had two large tubs, so I could relax and soak comfortably. Breakfast lived up to its reputation, and I was very satisfied with both the quality and variety. I would definitely like to stay again.

    I visited again afte...

    I visited again after a long time. The lounge offerings were excellent, and all of the handmade light snacks were delicious. The drink service was also very well stocked, making the Hotel stay even more relaxing. Dining at the restaurant is one of the main reasons I stay here. With plenty of seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, every visit brings fresh, wonderful dishes that I truly enjoy. In particular, the made-to-order breakfast galettes prepared right in front of you are a perfect way to start a day in Kamakura. It was a stay that made me want to come back again.     Breakfast is exceptional.

    The breakfast is outstanding! The galettes are cooked right in front of you, and even the appetizers beforehand are elegant, with great quality and generous portions. The galettes are perfectly cooked, and you can choose from three types—whichever you pick, you can’t go wrong. You’ll be very satisfied! Even the final dessert is served in chilled dishware, so you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast—highly recommended. Also, the free drinks and food are impressive; compared with other luxury Ryokan, both the alcohol selection and snacks feel thoughtfully prepared, showing this Hotel’s attention to detail. My only disappointment was that the noise from the Room’s ventilation system (?) was quite loud and distracting... unfortunately my sleep wasn’t as restful as I’d hoped, so I really want this to be fixed. I also noticed an odor coming from the coin laundry area near the large public bath.

    Exceptional hospitality

    We had a wonderful stay. The staff were excellent, and we felt comfortable at the front desk, in the lounge, and in the restaurant. The lounge snacks and sweets were delicious and more than we could finish. We also appreciated the thoughtful option to take items to go depending on the time of day. The restaurant meals were outstanding—both the dinner course and the breakfast course exceeded our expectations. Each dish was creative while still letting the simple flavors of the ingredients shine. We would definitely like to stay again.

    Satisfaction as a reward for the year

    The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant, mostly male, were all very pleasant, with no formal atmosphere at all—very friendly and kind. The interior of the Hotel features a calm color scheme, is impeccably clean throughout, and offers maximum comfort. The large public bath was incredibly spacious, washing away a year’s worth of fatigue in an instant. The meals at the restaurant were top-notch with just the right portions. This is a Hotel I would love to stay at again next New Year’s.

    I stayed at this accommodation two years ago, and I had the pleasure of staying here again this time. As before, the room was impeccably cleaned, making it a favorite hotel for someone like me who values cleanliness.     Would love to stay again.

    The staff were all friendly and kind, making the stay very comfortable. Their dedication to improving this accommodation was evident, which I believe contributed to the welcoming atmosphere for guests. Specifically, the club lounge was very cozy. The tea and dishes were thoughtfully prepared, allowing me to relax with my friend. Next time, I would love to visit with my family. Additionally, there were various baked goods available, all of which were delicious; however, the popcorn was exceptional. Although I'm not usually a fan of popcorn, this hotel's popcorn was the best I've ever had. The flavors change daily and are always delightful—I could feel the chef's care in every bite. This has become one of the accommodations I definitely want to visit again!

    The meals were incredibly delicious.

    The meals here are truly delicious! It's a fusion of Japanese and French teppanyaki, and everything from the amuse-bouche to the main course was excellent! The tableware is stylish, and the breakfast galette was also fantastic. The Room is simple yet clean and well-maintained. The L'Occitane amenities were wonderful. This place is perfect for enjoying great food and a relaxing bath nearby.

    Wonderful Hotel

    A girls' trip with four friends meeting after a long time. We planned around Kamakura but decided to stay along the Enoden line and made this Reservation. It was a Hotel that exceeded our expectations! Located in a quiet residential area, just a short walk to the beach! Perfect for an evening or morning stroll. We enjoyed relaxing conversations in the free-flow space, and both dinner and breakfast were highly satisfying. Above all, the staff's hospitality was exceptional; their warm service at every moment made our stay truly pleasant. My friends also commented on how rare it is to find such a comfortable Hotel—they were thoroughly satisfied. We've already decided this will be our spot for the next girls' gathering! Thank you for taking care of us.

    The teppanyaki was delicious.

    It might be a bit tricky to find when walking from Yuigahama Station. It is located next to the soba restaurant Matsubaraan. The Room was spacious and comfortable. The lounge felt smaller than expected and slightly inconvenient to use. The teppanyaki dinner was very delicious, and the galette for breakfast was also tasty, though it felt a bit too filling due to the generous amount of ingredients inside. I really liked the cat figurine decorations. I would love to stay here again!

    It was a wonderful trip to Kamakura after a long time.

    The meals were delicious... The quiche and vegetable wrap tortilla in the lounge were delightful, perfectly paired with sparkling wine. The breakfast galette was also tasty, and the presentation and portion size felt as satisfying as a full-course lunch. However, since I choose accommodations partly for their sauna facilities, it was disappointing that there was no cold bath in the women's area. There are two bathtubs available, so I would greatly appreciate if one could be converted into a cold bath. The sauna reached 100°C but had a dry heat with plenty of sand timers available, making it comfortable even for multiple guests at once. Despite the weather not being great, I enjoyed seeing the ocean and had a wonderful trip to Kamakura. Thank you very much!

    It was excellent.

    This was my first visit, and everything was absolutely perfect! The bath was clean and relaxing, providing a soothing experience. The staff were very polite and attentive, making the stay even more pleasant. Every dish we had was delicious, and we were completely satisfied with the meals. Breakfast was also incredibly tasty. The entire space felt comfortable, and it’s definitely a place I want to visit again!
