    Is it really an Onsen? The chair in the Room is uncomfortable and I can't relax at all.

    This feels more like a regular bath than an Onsen. There is no sign explaining the Onsen, and the open-air bath is empty without water. The temperature in the large public bath is low, making it cold. Even worse is the chair in the Room. It feels like a cheap sofa bed, and you can't lean back comfortably, making it hard to relax. Surely, this must have been suggested by the designer who designed it, but unless both the front and the Room change this chair-like thing that is not a chair to a comfortable chair, I won't revisit. The price is first-class (over 100,000 yen for three people). However, the interior is clean and well-maintained, and the meal, although expensive, was good. During check-in, I had to wait a long time, and during that time, I wasn't offered any complimentary drinks in the nearby lounge. Well, if you are expecting Takeo Onsen, a Ryokan near the old tower gate would be better.

    The facilities and amenities are perfect.

    The room and the property are new, well-cleaned, and comfortable to stay in. The amenities are also well-equipped and satisfactory. With the all-inclusive package, I could use the lounge, spa, gym, meditation room, and massage chair without hesitation. Swimwear, gym wear, and juice were available for free rental. The meals were delicious and satisfying in quantity. However, the rice was cooked with solid fuel, which made it hard and not tasty. The additional curry rice in the morning was delicious, so I would like the rice to be served in a regular rice container. Alcohol was free in the morning but charged separately at night. I wish it were the same at night. The only negative point of this stay was the unusually long wait at check-in. I don't understand why it took so long. I hope for improvement.

    Luxury Stays with Sauna & Spa at Takeo Onsen

    A luxurious Ryokan at the edge of Lake Takeo Onsen. There is a lounge next to the front desk where you can freely enjoy snacks, coffee, and alcohol. After checking in, we immediately toasted with Heineken beer. The spa Facility draws in Onsen water, allowing you to enjoy an open-air bath feeling while overlooking the lake, and beer and other drinks are also served here. Dinner featured sukiyaki as the main dish, but there were many other items, and the sashimi and grilled dishes were delicious. The Room also offered a view of the lake, with a good view and a spacious layout for relaxation. Even those who are not sauna enthusiasts are highly recommended to use it. We were very satisfied in terms of cost performance!

    I was satisfied.

    The Facility, rooms, and amenities are impeccable. Drinks and light snacks in the lounge are free, and I was surprised that drinks in the rooms are also free. The staff's response was satisfactory. The meals were Japanese, but they were very sophisticated and delicious. I was very satisfied.

    Get ready at a tranquil Stays surrounded by lush greenery

    The lounge, room, meals, and sauna were all wonderful, and I was very satisfied. The indoor bath in the room and the breakfast were the best among the properties I have stayed at. The sauna had a large window with a view of the forest, which was pleasant. Personally, it would have been helpful if there was hot water in the shower booth next to the sauna and if body soap was provided.

    For a honeymoon

    I was able to relax very much.

    The facilities are very well-equipped. Next time I visit, I would like to check in early and enjoy the lounge and spa more. The service and the staff's hospitality were pleasant, allowing for a comfortable time.

    The large public bath was the only disappointment.

    The private bath was very nice, but the large public bath did not have an open-air bath, the washing area was cramped and lacked partitions, and there were few washbasins in the changing room, which was disappointing. Other than that, everything else was wonderful, so these issues stood out.

    Ultimate Hospitality

    We used this for our couple's anniversary trip. From arrival to farewell, we felt the hospitality and thoughtfulness of the staff. In one word, the impression of the hotel is "extremely satisfied!" We used various facilities within the hotel, and there were ingenious touches everywhere to keep us entertained. Bathing clothes and swimsuits were prepared in the room, and we went to the pool immediately after arrival and before dinner. We enjoyed beer at the infinity pool and used two types of saunas. After bathing, we had a Black Mont Blanc ice cream, and after refreshing ourselves, we went to dinner. We chose sukiyaki. The appearance, taste, and quantity were perfect, and the alcohol went down very well. After that, we went to the lounge. Stylish snacks were prepared, and even though we were full, we couldn't help but reach for them. We enjoyed champagne, wine, and sake with them. After that, we relaxed with a massage chair and then soaked in the onsen in our room, relaxing again. We fell asleep while enjoying a surprise champagne from the hotel after bathing. The breakfast the next morning was beautifully presented like a treasure box. There were also many free additional menu items such as egg over rice, curry, steak, and champagne, which made us happy. After that, we spent a relaxing time reading a book in the lounge until checkout. It was such a pampered and healing trip that we wondered if it was okay to be so indulged! Thank you very much.

    Girls' trip

    We used this place for a girls' trip with four classmates (all over 60). The facilities, food, and rooms were all excellent, and we had a blissful time. Everyone is saying they want to visit again soon. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

    It was disappointing...

    It was disappointing that there was no open-air bath. It would have been better if it was an open-air bath instead of a spa. All the staff were kind, and I had a very pleasant stay.

    I am enjoying a hot ...

    I am enjoying a hot spring tour with an elderly couple and a Westie. It was a refreshing experience at a type of hotel I had never encountered before. The facilities are so enjoyable that you can't fully appreciate them without staying for multiple nights. The sauna and hot springs, the spacious and clean rooms, and the meals are, of course, more than sufficient, offering every possible comfort. If I had to say something, the customer service doesn't have the feel of a luxury hotel. I wasn't expecting that, but there were many times I felt annoyed. This is a matter of personal perception, so I am considering staying again next time.
