It's a great facility, but disappointing.

The facility is a designated Important Cultural Property and a wonderful place. However, while our luggage was carried from the parking lot to the room upon arrival, no assistance was provided to carry it back to the parking lot after checkout, which was disappointing. Despite having quite a lot of luggage, there was no offer of help, leaving an impression that it falls short compared to other high-end hotels or ryokans we have stayed at. This was especially unfortunate as there were no particularly negative impressions regarding room guidance or other services and considerations. Although the closet in the room is spacious, there are too few hangers, which should be improved. While this may seem minor, there were other points of concern as well; I believe more effort should be made to provide services with greater consideration for guests' perspectives.

We deeply apologize for causing any discomfort by failing to assist with your luggage upon departure, despite having helped during your arrival. We regret that our staff's lack of attentiveness, especially when it seemed you had many belongings, resulted in a response unbefitting of a first-class facility. Moving forward, we will ensure thorough guidance and assistance during check-out to prevent such occurrences and strive for improvement as a team. Additionally, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the insufficient number of hangers in the room. Recognizing that the provided amenities were inadequate relative to the closet space, we are promptly addressing this issue and increasing their quantity as needed. For any other points you may have noticed, we will earnestly work on improvements from our guests' perspective to provide better services during their stay. We sincerely apologize once again for not meeting your expectations despite choosing us for your stay. Should there be another opportunity to welcome you in the future, all our staff will do their utmost to ensure a more comfortable experience.
