    The best.

    It was truly amazing. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious. On the first night, sushi; on the second night, sukiyaki was the main dish. After the bath, there were Guarana soda, ice cream, and probiotic drinks—everything you could ask for. The Kyoritsu Group is incredible. We’ll be back!!

    Truly exceeded expectations!!

    We used this place for a family trip at the end of the year. From the room, the large public bath, to breakfast, everything was perfect! It was truly the best. After reading everyone's reviews and watching content uploaded on YouTube, we had some expectations, but also prepared ourselves for the possibility of disappointment. However, the whole family was very satisfied. The room was a two-bedroom, with separate slippers for the room and the facility, and it was really convenient to move anywhere in the facility with the facility wear and slippers. The room offered a panoramic view of Mt. Hakodate, was clean, and they provided 500ml bottles of water for each person, as well as a 2-liter bottle, which was a high point. The coffee from the coffee mill was also delicious. (The coffee mill was a sturdy type and easy to grind) The bath water was very good, always clean, not crowded, and extremely comfortable. The preparation of ice cream (with daily changing flavors) and drinks (changing in the morning and night) after the bath was excellent. The night soba was also good. Above all, the quality of the breakfast was high, each dish was clean, delicious, and the best! Since it was the end of the year, we wanted to eat live squid outside, but there was no catch and no stock, so we plan to visit Hakodate again for revenge. We definitely want to stay again when that time comes!!     Christmas in Hakodate

    I booked this property to enjoy the Christmas Fantasy in Hakodate in December. The lobby was beautiful, and the room was neat and pleasant. With the snow from the previous day, it was a silver world, and the red brick warehouse was nearby, allowing us to enjoy various activities. The sushi for dinner was small but plentiful, and the beef shabu-shabu was more than enough. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of dishes, including seafood and Western cuisine, with delicious items that couldn't be tasted elsewhere. Although I was worried about the crowd, I was able to enjoy my meal calmly. The bus stop for Hakodate Airport was also nearby, and despite the snowy Hakodate, there were no issues with the cold or transportation, allowing us to enjoy sightseeing. On the contrary, Christmas in Hakodate was very beautiful and enjoyable. I would like to visit again in a different season.

    The open-air bath is excellent & the Room is spotless.

    This was my second stay, and this time I opted for a dinner-inclusive plan. I informed them in advance about my allergies, so they kindly changed the shabu-shabu to crab shabu-shabu. I was also pleased to be able to choose my favorite sushi, and the dinner served in beautiful dishes was an extraordinary experience, truly the essence of travel. It was convenient to check the availability of the open-air bath via smartphone, and the outdoor bath in the large public bath was warming amidst the falling snow. One of the highlights was the "yonaki soba," and I ordered the salt ramen, which was delicious. The breakfast offered a wide variety, and I enjoyed a light buzz from the sparkling wine, finishing with red and yellow tomato juice (for those who usually can't drink it), which was very sweet and rich. Thank you to all the staff for taking care of us.

    It is a calm and quiet Stays.

    Choosing this Hotel was a great decision. I have stayed at the non-ANNEX side before, but this one is definitely better. The Room was spacious, everything was new and clean. The service, Onsen, and breakfast were all very satisfying. Next time I stay, I plan to choose a Plan with dinner included.

    The meals were delicious and I enjoyed the Onsen! I would like to stay here again when I visit Hakodate. The reason for giving the staff 4 stars, which is lower than others, is not because there was anything negative, but simply because there was no particularly positive impression.     New Hotel

    Is it a business hotel one rank higher?

    As advertised, salmon roe and tuna are provided, and drinks are all-you-can-drink, but are the other dishes tasty? Not really, which was a bit disappointing. Especially the soups (e.g., soup, miso soup, hot pot) were so cold that I wondered if the warming temperature setting was wrong. I expected the hot pot to be piping hot, but it was cold. I was surprised to see that the floor controller, who is always present at other hotels, was absent. I think more meticulous attention should be paid. I was also surprised when I went to the dining venue, as it was almost the same quality as that of other Business Hotels, which was disheartening. I think the atmosphere would change significantly just by making the lighting brighter, but why not create a sense of quality? It's a waste. The plates are the same. I think they should be changed from the rustic plates to the white ones used by other luxury hotels. Overall, the well-crafted front desk and lobby, the dining venue, the smallness of the Room, and the dirtiness of the floor slippers are unbalanced, and I don't feel a coherent concept. I used the restaurant and shop of the neighboring international Hotel, and as expected of an established place, the quality was far superior. I was disappointed because I had high expectations. I thought it was a Business Hotel of a higher rank.

    I appreciate having a massage available as I suffer from chronic back pain and shoulder stiffness.

    Moreover, it's quite good, and for me, that's worth repeating. The onsen, meals, and room are all good, and like other La Vista properties, the private bath that can be used anytime if available is also nice. I will use it again when staying in Hakodate.

    First trip to Hakodate

    I had heard that the breakfast was delicious, so I stayed at the new annex of La Vista. Usually, I eat a small amount in the morning, but there were so many dishes, and they all looked delicious, so I had a lot. It was disappointing that the free drink coffee on the first floor was out and I couldn't have any. The night soba, salt ramen, was very delicious. I would be happy if there was coffee milk available after a bath.

    Breakfast buffet that exceeds its reputation

    I stayed looking forward to the breakfast buffet. It was very fulfilling and great. The bath was also wonderful. However, the motion sensor at the entrance of the guest room was too bright, and every time I got up to go to the bathroom at night, the person in the same room would wake up, so I thought it might be better to improve the frosted glass of the room door, etc.

    A trip with my wife

    The room is a Western-style room with a Japanese touch, creating a very comfortable space. We used it for my wife's birthday because the breakfast is said to be wonderful. The bath has a strong salt content and is a smooth hot spring that warms you up very well. The thoughtful gesture of providing cola and ice cream after the bath is also appreciated. Dinner is served in a separate building, which requires going outside, and I think walking in winter can be tough. The food is delicious. However, the glass of wine is not tasty. Breakfast was as delicious as rumored. The salmon roe is very delicious. The dessert pudding is especially tasty. The provision of sparkling wine and sake is an irresistible service for alcohol lovers.
