    The service was polite and attentive.

    Thank you for your hospitality. During my previous stay, I was impressed by the staff's courteous service, which is why I chose to stay again this time. The room was impeccably clean, with not a speck of dust in sight—truly outstanding cleaning standards. The entire hotel has a warm and cozy atmosphere, making it very comfortable to spend time here. Thank you so much for everything. I look forward to visiting again.

    Hospitality, view, and room were all satisfying, and I would like to use it again.

    We stay at a hotel in Yokohama City every New Year with my mother-in-law, who lives in senior housing. This was our first time staying at this hotel, and the whole family agreed that we would love to come back next year. - The front desk, restaurant, and bar are located on the 20th floor. With plenty of seating available, we enjoyed a pleasant space overlooking Yokohama's harbor. - There was a triple room available, and by making an early reservation, the price was reasonable despite it being during the New Year holiday. - Since my mother-in-law had been hospitalized in autumn and her mobility had weakened significantly, we contacted the hotel in advance to borrow a wheelchair. They kindly brought it to us at the car drop-off area on the first floor. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. - It seemed they arranged for us to stay in a barrier-free room near the elevator. (The bathroom had handrails installed, which made my mother-in-law feel secure using it.) - We received an email notification beforehand about breakfast being scheduled into time slots due to expected crowds. Breakfast offered various delicious options. - The gym featured large mirrors with great views and was well-maintained for comfortable use. - The bartender was friendly; I’d like to visit even when not staying overnight. - There were New Year's events such as piano performances and calligraphy demonstrations where they wrote characters on decorative paper for us—a wonderful memory. The staff kindly took our family photo as well; overall, it was an extremely satisfying accommodation experience. Thank you very much. (As additional advice unrelated to this accommodation) On January 1st during New Year's Day celebrations, many nearby restaurants and convenience stores were closed or fully booked. For those planning stays during this period, preparing or reserving dinner arrangements ahead of time is recommended.

    Separate bath and toilet appreciated

    I stayed here for the New Year's Eve concert at Pia Arena MM. It was great to rest in the Room until the last minute since the venue was just across the deck. The Room had a washing machine and microwave, both of which were very helpful! Especially the washing machine—it dried my clothes by morning after putting them in before bed, which was fantastic. Noise from other Rooms wasn’t an issue either. I appreciated that the toilet was completely separate from other spaces, making it comfortable and convenient. However, there wasn’t a dressing area; instead, you step directly into the shower and bathtub area from the hallway. This layout might be fine for solo stays like mine but could feel awkward depending on your relationship if staying with someone else. The floor near this area felt slightly soft due to moisture exposure, which made me think maintenance must be challenging. That said, I loved how deep the bathtub was—it allowed me to soak up to my shoulders and truly relax after a long day. A Plan offering bath salts would be a nice addition! The hairdryer provided (ReFa) was lightweight and dried my hair quickly—very convenient! While most shops in Minato Mirai were closed during my stay, having a convenience store in the same building open late was incredibly helpful. Since everything else nearby had shut down early, I dined at Hotel’s bar where they served filling food options—perfect for satisfying hunger! Unfortunately, I couldn’t try breakfast this time but look forward to experiencing it on my next visit!

    It is a good Hotel.

    I stayed at the accommodation to attend a live concert at Pia Arena. It was very close to the arena, convenient, stylish, and clean. The bathroom with a washing area and the hairdryer were great. I appreciate that my request for a room with a good view was kindly accommodated. The staff provided service with smiles and were very polite. The French toast at breakfast was delicious. I would love to stay here again when there’s another live concert at Pia Arena!

    Stay to Enjoy the Scenic View

    The view from the window of the Executive Corner Twin Room introduced on the official website was so captivating that I decided to stay in that room. I was deeply impressed by the illuminated Queen's Square and the scenery of Grand Mall Park, where illuminations and a Christmas market were being held. Although part of my room's view was slightly obstructed by the roof of the restaurant (Ristorante Evolta - Unico Polo), the terrace on the front desk floor offered an unobstructed, breathtaking view. However, since the terrace is a shared space, I alternated between enjoying drinks and meals in my room while appreciating the scenery. I also enjoyed a helicopter tour. It was fun trying to spot our hotel from above. I've included aerial photos for those interested—why not try finding where our hotel is located? The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. There were so many options that it was hard to decide what to eat! Everything tasted great, likely because high-quality ingredients were used (especially noticeable with vegetables). When making my reservation, I debated between staying without meals or including breakfast—and choosing breakfast turned out to be a great decision!

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    The entrance of the Hotel had a luxurious and soothing fragrance. The Room was clean, offered a great view, and allowed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were attentive, and I would love to visit again.

    The Room was clean, the view was great, and the price offered excellent value for money. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and was very satisfying. The lobby was stylish and elegant. However, the temperature control in the Room could not switch between heating and cooling; increasing the temperature activated heating, while lowering it activated cooling, making adjustments a bit challenging.

    It did not meet expectations for the price.

    I booked a Corner Deluxe room. Since it was during the holiday season, it cost just under 80,000 yen. Being a five-star hotel, I chose it for a bit of indulgence, but: - The breakfast variety is limited. Special orders like café latte are not available. Personally, enjoying a latte at hotel breakfasts has always been my morning delight, so this was disappointing. It felt more like a good Business Hotel in this regard. - The amenities do not feel five-star; they are more akin to those of a Business Hotel. While I understand the minimalist approach to avoid waste, I believe high-quality essentials without excess would be better. - The location is somewhat inconvenient for sightseeing. The staff provided excellent service; however, I don't think I'll choose this hotel again when visiting Yokohama next time.

    First Stay

    I chose your hotel for my first stay as I wanted to visit "MARK IS" and "Iseyama Kotai Jingu Shrine." The proximity to Sakuragicho Station and Minatomirai Station made it very convenient. Especially, the pedestrian bridge connected to Sakuragicho Station was very helpful. If there is another opportunity, I would like to stay with my spouse again.

    The atmosphere upon ...

    The atmosphere upon entering the Hotel was wonderful, making me feel very elegant. The guest room, with its white-based design, felt clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep. Thank you. However, the only downside was having to pass through the front desk every time I returned from going out, which felt a bit far. The scent near the elevator was delightful; I would love to know what fragrance is being used.

    It feels like living in a luxury tower apartment.

    The Hotel had a stylish design. There was a washbasin inside the Room. The mirror was surrounded by lights, giving it a "vanity light" effect, which was lovely. The hairdryer was from ReFa. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is highly recommended, especially the exquisite French toast. Check-out can be done via a machine. It’s a Hotel I’d love to stay at again!

    Hotel with an amazing atmosphere

    The entrance has a wonderful fragrance that excites you! From the front lobby to the room, the design is very simple, yet it feels open and is a lovely hotel. With landmarks like Landmark Tower and Yokohama Museum of Art nearby, it’s in a great location for sightseeing. Definitely a hotel I’d love to stay at again!

    New and clean Hotel

    Opened on May 16, 2023, the Hotel is new and well-maintained in a clean condition. The breakfast offered a variety of salads, fruits, and drinks. During my business trip with a 5-night Multiple Night Stay, I found two inconveniences: (1) there was no place to change clothes or store documents out of sight from housekeeping staff, and (2) the desk for working on a laptop was the darkest spot in the Room.

    The room was comfortable and allowed for a relaxing stay.

    Breakfast: The shumai and other creative dishes were delicious. The honey for the yogurt was authentic! I didn't try the signature French toast as my husband found it too sweet and left it. The view, comfort, and sleeping experience in the Room were excellent, allowing us to relax fully.

    Comfortable with modern interiors

    The room features modern lighting, a bath, toilet, and washbasin, providing a very comfortable stay. The large windows allow you to enjoy the changing scenery over time, even if your room is not on the ocean side. However, there was some delay in guidance from the staff during check-in.

    It exceeded my expectations.

    We splurged a little and chose the Executive Corner Twin Room, which offered an amazing view, spaciousness, and excellent facilities. The staff were pleasant, and the breakfast was very delicious. However, there are a couple of small improvements that could make the experience even better: 1) The coffee at the breakfast venue was pre-brewed rather than from a machine type, and honestly, it wasn't very good. The coffee in the room made with a machine was much better. 2) Also regarding the breakfast venue: the toaster for warming bread was not placed near the bread corner but among other buffet dishes. This made it feel awkward to use as I worried about getting in others' way. It would be better to place the toaster near the bread section.

    Stayed here after attending a nearby live event. Despite the unfortunate weather, it was great to relax in the room right after the short commute from the venue. The room was clean and comfortable. However, I felt it would be nice to have a curtain or some kind of privacy screen as my companion could see me clearly in the mirror while changing after taking a bath. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, all of which were delicious. It was slightly disappointing that there were many coffee grounds at the bottom of my cup and that one of the table legs was wobbly.

    The breakfast was delicious!

    I stayed at the accommodation because there was a live event at K Arena. Since Pia Arena is very close, I would like to stay again when there is a live event at Pia Arena! The room was clean, and the staff noticed immediately when I needed something and kindly assisted me. The service was excellent! The breakfast buffet was very delicious, and I enjoyed it enthusiastically!

    Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the Hotel staff provided courteous service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The birthday Plan I inquired about via email was well-prepared, and the staff warmly congratulated me several times during my stay, leaving a very positive impression.     The room had simple and pleasant interior design. Amenities were available next to the front desk, allowing guests to select and bring them to the room, which I found efficient. However, the bathroom in the room had a slight odor. It was great that guests could use the sky pool for free, but the available hours were short, making it hard to relax. At night, it was crowded with couples and felt less peaceful. Additionally, there was no lifeguard at the pool, which felt concerning. The facilities and rooms were excellent overall; enhancing service quality would make it even better.

However, as there is no changing area, it may not be suitable for stays with friends. At one point, I heard the sound of running water from somewhere, which was distracting but eventually stopped—possibly noise from showers or bathtubs in nearby rooms. The room's hairdryer was by ReFa, which felt luxurious to try out. Amenities could be picked up individually next to the front desk, which I found convenient; however, it would have been nice if skincare products were also available. I was startled to find what looked like a bloodstain on the bath mat when I unfolded it in the room. Being on a high floor offered better views than expected; in the morning, I enjoyed seeing Mount Fuji's silhouette—it was beautiful.

    30-minute wait for check-in

    After waiting in line for 30 minutes to check in, when it was finally my turn I was made to operate the machine myself and enter details such as the guest’s name. After that, I received only about 15 seconds of guidance from staff, but they did not explain that a key card is required to use the elevator or how to use it, so I ran into trouble at the elevator. Breakfast is crowded no matter what time you go. Rather than being told that, I would have preferred an explanation about the key card. As for breakfast, this was the first time I’ve ever had coffee this bad at a Hotel. The petit cakes were just overly sweet and tasted awful. The exterior and interior were wonderful, but I felt the service was terrible.

    Comfortable

    The room features wood-grain flooring, giving it a clean and fresh feel. The bathtub is spacious enough to stretch out comfortably, and the shower has strong water pressure. You can enjoy a quiet stay without hearing noises or voices from other rooms. The closet is also relatively spacious, which is convenient. Having a washing machine in the room is very useful for Multiple Night Stays, and it's thoughtful that they provide one portion of detergent. During my Multiple Night Stay, I hung the "No Cleaning" sign on the door but was pleasantly surprised to find towels and water neatly placed in a paper bag outside my door. The staff were polite and had a natural friendliness that left a good impression. The breakfast buffet offers just the right variety of Japanese and Western dishes, so even during Multiple Night Stays, you won't get bored with it. I would love to stay here again if I have another opportunity!
