Polite and attentive service
Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the Hotel staff provided courteous service, ensuring a comfortable stay. The birthday Plan I inquired about via email was well-prepared, and the staff warmly congratulated me several times during my stay, leaving a very positive impression. I was also highly satisfied with the view from the Room, Sky Spa, and breakfast.
